You get what you pay for with this dealership. Why would you go to some B service mechanic to save 10%? Excellent everything. From the first phone call to the receptionist being super nice. After hours drop off for the vehicle. A ride if you need it. Sean in the service department was on it. Dude knows his vehicles. Great communication and they repaired everything per our agreement and price. I will definitely be back with my Sprinter Van. Thanks Guys!!!!
We have GLE couple and Metris in our household. When you buying Mercedes you should understand it’s not cheap to take care those cars. But with right maintenance in time we never had issues. Price for service A ( oil change etc) was around 550$. Guys did everything in time, got me some options for free. Good location ( like for me). No lines. Friendly ppl. I like be part of our Mercedes ohana. Hopefully they will be same good with electrical cars as well. We are all waiting electrical car in our garage)
Had battery problems and needed a safety check. Mercedes offered me an appointment immediately, replaced the battery, did a safety check and sent me a short video of it, and washed my car. All taken care of courtesy of Mercedes. Great same day service and Warren went above and beyond learning and showing me how to lock the hood (Smart Car).
You get what you pay for. you pay for a benz and expect that service to reflect it. being said, across the street at bmw has much better coffee

Over time, tires loose pressure (low pressure indicator lights up}. I have only 7,000 miles on my GLC300 and this happened 3 times. No leak found.
Ooooomaigaaa!!! Yes!! I appreciate the free car wash and the complementary vehicle inspection..i had noticed over the past month, some rattling noise on the driver front side and have been aware of my driver side oarking light, that does not work..its a loose bulb, size of a dime, thats loose..the entire left side headlight could be replaced, since the Sun is making it look faded..the bulb on eBay is 75 cents, at the dealership, its $103 plus tax..the 2 rear tires, over $1000 dollars for both at your place or $150 for both at other tire stores, includes installation..$560 for suspension rod replacement, at your place, or eBay has it for $25 for the rod, plus installation cost,$100 at other automotive repair shops..I understand, the saying, paying for the name.. Do you want Nieman Marcus or the Dollar Tree?..i appreciate, your intentions, but refuse to indulge..I love my car, and do most of the service maintenance, my self. It doesnt take Doctor Pimple Popper, to pop my own particular pimples, thank God, i very rarely get any and when I do..I love watching my own pimple, splash the bathroom mirror🤣🦾🇲🇽🏳️🌈

This is my third Mercedes(4th counting my w210) and second full fat AMG.Warren is absolutely fantastic and has been helping me since day one. He is helpful and detailed. He listens to my concerns and works with me when I have an issue which has been few and far in-between with my GLE63S.I know hes busy but if you need help with your Mercedes and need an honest opinion go see Warren.
I am very happy with my new battery and tune-up but I am most happy that Devin and the repair team fixed my lift-gate issue. They discovered that my extended warranty was still in effect and it covered the diagnosis and repair! Thank you so very much! The team at MB of Honolulu on Big Island is fantastic! I would highly recommend them for MB servicing.
Very fast service and convenient loaner vehicle. The only negative was they had to have parts sent over from Oahu so it took an extra day for the repair but hopefully they will build up a stock of parts over time. The staff was friendly and efficient and it’s great having a MB repair facility on the Big Island.
From the get-go, our vehicle adviser, Gabby Perez was more than helpful and accommodated us with updates via phone call or text messages. She was responsive and courteous. The service went well smoothly and we were able to get our vehicle back at the time appointed. We would be very happy to have our vehicle serviced there every time.
I was 3 blocks away when my tire warning light came on. Without an appointment, I pulled in and sure enough, I had a nail in my tire. In one and a half hours, my tire was repaired and they even washed my car! I’m astonished at the amazing service!

The service is alright but in Hawaii our competition of luxury car dealer is limited so this is the best you can get. Most of the staffs are friendly, facility is outdated but usable, service adviser just did her job nothing more and nothing less. Aside from that, they are still better than JN dealer in Hawaii (Audi,Land Rover,etc)Update 12/7/2019:Service went from alright to awful now. My vehicle now is asking me to take it in for the same maintenance again. Staff claim it they just forgot to reset the alarm. But if something this simple is left out what other routine maintenance was not done to my new car?
There was much hesitation to bring our SLK -250 in for the annual service and repairs during this pandemic time, however, our service adviser, Devin Kusaka-Gatewood assured us that our car would be vacuumed, washed and sanitized after the work was done. The Mercedes Benz Service Department did an A 1 job in servicing my car . My GLK 350 looks spectacular!They had recommend I rotate my tires and balance them. I am glad they did . I wouldn’t have known I needed that service. My Mercedes drives beautifully!II had asked if I could get the premium hand wash, waxed, and vacuum, They did an amazing job !I commend the staff in the Service Department!I highly recommend them to everyone !Mahalo got an excellent job extremely well done !!

I’d like to give today’s visit to your dealership 5 stars cause it was great but had to minus “stars” for past horrendous experiences.I bought my C350 brand new in 2009 but always felt the E class customers were treated better.It started with a terrible salesman who never really cared for the customer but only saw the dollar signs. It compounded over the years with a woman putting on her false eyelashes in the dealership’s interior. She was the receptionist. I had to wait to talk to her after her lashes were adhered. Sounds like I am making this up, huh?Followed by routine service with waiting for my service advisor. The next service visit I was placed behind an E class customer & therefore had to wait again. The E class customer took my appointment time.I love my car. But I take my car to be serviced far away from the dealership.Have I told my friends about my horrendous experiences? Sure. Wouldn’t you ?

Very helpful. Was able to do a same day safety Inspection on my CLA250, without an appointment! Awesome customer service & there was a complimentary cleaning and vacuum!
CAUTION!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!3 weeks waiting for a part to come in because they had to order it and then ended up losing my car key which is what I was told for the delay. Then when my car was finally done fixing I had asked the service manager Lance Kobayashi if Its and possible for me or my fiance and one of his service members to test drive my car around the block to make sure the issue had been fixed. Lance denied my request and told me that if my car gives me any problems pertaining to the issue which It was brought in for then I could call him and bring my car back to the dealership and hed have it looked at and fixed properly. Believing in Lances word I proceeded to the checkout cashier and made the payment for the part along with the labor which came out to $900, the part that was supposedly replaced was a new fuse box kit which Lance never showed me to confirm it was installed in my After vehicle he seemed to be rushing me out of the dealership for some odd reason which I found out later. After paying for my bill i noticed my car waiting in the dealerships pick up area and was covered in red Dirt. The dirt was so thick that I had to turn on the windshield wipers to dust off the dirt so that I would be able to see out of it. I then noticed some of the other customers cars being picked up and saw that their car been given a complimentary car Wash. So I asked Lance (service manager) how come my car wasnt given a complimentary car wash like those of the other customers? Especially when it is covered in red dirt and moreso when I did not bring my car into the dealership covered.in dirt like that. Lance told me that I didnt request for a car wash thats why I didnt get one.. I told him well I didnt know that my car would be returned to me covered in red dirt. Then I asked Lance if he could have my car washed before I drove home and once again he refused due to his false belief that it would rain soon. FYI Lance, it didnt rain until 3-4 hours after I got home.
Craig is the best in the service dept. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful!Actually I was recommended to him by someone at there when I had several bad experiences. Others I experienced there don’t return calls promptly and are either not knowledgeable of the way the cars work or rude. Maybe I got unlucky in the past and got assigned to new employees.I believed I fired several before going to Craig! The only complaint I have is that he may get a nervous breakdown one day because he is such high demand!Thank you Craig!
