Wrench Werks was very professional and simple to set up an appointment using thier website. Service was above expectations, went in for oil change for my Audi S6, not a very common model, and they looked over everything and informed me of potential future issues to be aware of. Shop was VERY clean. No waiting room, probably due to the cervesa19 hysteria. I will trust my car to them again, and would recommend them to anyone else needing thier expertise.

I needed to get my safety check up and was informed that this shop had great service.But when I called to schedule an appointment, the lady was very rude. Instead of setting an appointment, as I asked. she kept informing me that my car “may have/ may not have been serviced there.I kept politely requesting for a day that i could come in, and still she kept rambling on about non sense accusing me that I wasn’t listening and didn’t take my request for an appointment. After 2 mins of just trying to schedule an appointment (on record@1:21pm) I gave up (said thank you) and hung up. That person needs to be delt with. I went elsewhere.

This shop is amazing! My car basically self-destructed and they were amazing through the whole process of getting it in and making the repairs. Barbara was amazing! Did I mention how amazing Barbara is? I didnt meet or talk to any of the other staff, but the work they did was well above average! I will be using them for all of my BMWs mechanical needs in the future.

Accepted the car on a Saturday despite not having an appointment and upfront advised me that they were fully booked for the day but would look at the car on Monday. Received a call Monday morning with diagnosis and asked for approval to start the job which I gave. Got a call early afternoon that the car was ready. Found them on Yelp because I was looking for a shop that specializes in Audi & VW, which I own vehicles of both makes. These folks are professional and provide exceptional customer service. Every encounter (phone/in-person) from the office (Barbara) to the mechanics/technicians, everyone is very friendly, genuine, and most importantly... knowledgeable! I will continue to bring my cars here to get serviced, instead of being overcharged by the dealer.

Actually the timing of this review is a little off, as the transmission work I am to get doesn’t happen for three more days. I was hoping that, with businesses of all kinds re-opening after COVID-19 restriction, your waiting room would be open to wait while my car is being worked on. But I respect your decision to keep it closed longer.

I have a Volkswagen R32 which is a rare relative of the VW golf and an incredibly finicky car. It tends to like to die a lot randomly. Since it is a rarer, it is also challenging to get it fixed in moments. Having been to several places to get it fixed, I have settled with Wrenchwerks and will not go to anyone else unless it is warranty work.They are professional, reasonably priced and responsive with all my issues and concerns. And Barbara is amazing, she goes above and beyond to be helpful.Go there.Like any place they are not perfect but they are the closest I have found to it on island.

Been coming to Wrench Werks for years. They are the only place Ive found who will work on my 2 Audis. Audi does not make a simple vehicle.

If you have an Audi or VW, take it to these guys! The Audi Dealership Service Department is ripping people off. They were paid to do a repair that wasnt done and Wrench Werks went above and beyond to help me understand what was wrong. They were busy, but took the time to help me. In the end, they did the full wire harness repair on my car. They were very professional and quick. They had my car back to me the next day! They were very good at explaining to me all of the options and explained their recommendations and what needed to be done and what could wait. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! They take pride in their work, and it shows! I cannot say enough about them. Thank you Wrench Werks!

Cant say enough great things about this place!!! It starts with Rod and Barbara. They are genuinely wonderful people that take pride in providing the best service. I had service done by them and there was an issue with a part. The part was covered under warranty and there were no issues getting it replaced.They even took my car in and worked with my schedule to get the work done. They also corrected my brake light issue at no charge and Rod walked me through everything that was done inclusive of showing me the defect on the old part. If you own a foreign auto this is where you want to take it. Mahalo WW!!!

They take care of my Audi like it was their own vehicle. I especially appreciate the reminder calls when my routine service and safety check are due, makes it very convenient for me to schedule an appointment to get it done. Especially since I’m pretty irresponsible at tracking it on my own!I also bring my wife’s BMW here for routine servicing because we enjoy working with them so much. So FYI not just for VW/Audi!Have had emergent issues appear with my car, drove in with little to no heads up to them, and they made time to fit me in and make sure I was back on the road as soon as possible.They offer convenient day-before drop off so I can make arrangements to get to work the next day and not have to take off just to drop the car off.Quick turnaround times.They also have good “bedside manner” when letting us know how much repairs will cost (even though any euro car owner should know what they’re getting into when they buy one). Highly recommended.

My 2005 VW Jetta had a check engine light come on and I brought my car into Wrench Werks the same day, they fixed the problem with my engine and I was able to take my car home that evening with no problem!! They took care of my car right away and started working on it too right away. They would let you know if theres other problems that needs to be addressed. They check things out and test various things before working on your car. Very busy on the weekend and I was happy they took care of me.

Three words: Execellent customer service! I just recently became aquatinted with Wrench Werks after I bought my first Volkswagen from a terrible used car dealer that ripped me off. I was so confused and lost during that time because I spent so much on a car that was about to break down on me. I found Wrench Werks on Yelp and they took care of me. It literally felt like they were holding my hands and walking me through all the mess. My car is almost done being fixed! It was not cheap but I can feel the difference when Im driving. Im so happy with the quality of work they provide. Their customer service is top notch: I text them everytime something is amiss and they would respond within an HR. I highly recommend them!

It all started with a referral from my trusted mechanic who specializes on Japanese cars. My wife got a VW cc and after years of going to the dealership for routine maintenance, I started to notice we were taking her car in for “routine repairs”! The last straw was when I took a quote from the dealership to replace the headlamp and I went to Wrench Werks to get their quote...I chose Wrench Werks to replace it, nuff said. I also gave the green light to do a major repair to the engine (where I suspected the dealership may have “created” the problem) and my wife’s VW cc has been running fine ever since. Now “routine maintenance” visits don’t end up with, “sorry, but your engine needs to be taken out, turned upside down, and spanked a couple times because it was being bad...this will cost $$$$$$$$$$$$$”. I’m done with going to dealerships for anything but just buying the car. I’m stoked that we found Wrench Werks. They also do Audi’s.

This car shop is a total rip off.Car 2005 audi a4 1.8tFirst my ac wasnt working so I asked them to check it. They told me it has a small evap leak which costs over 3 grand to fix... It turns out all my AC needed was a recharge.Second, they told me my inner cv boots needed to be replaced so I had them do that. It costs me $800. Now its been a year and a few months and both of the cv boots they replaced are broken and the warranty is only good for a year.I called the shop and their front desk staff didnt seem to care about my issue because it was after the warranty. They spoke to management and they said they arent doing anything.This shouldnt have happened. They try to trick people who dont know anything about cars into buying stuff they dont need and they did a horrible job or didnt even replace my cv boots. They claim to use oem parts but my oem ones lasted over 11 years.Do not go here. They are a dishonest mechanic shop.

I was called twice to make sure I would be on time to my appointment. I show up early to an appnt I booked well in advance, the receptionist says the mechanics are out on lunch. I just needed someone to scan the code for a check engine light, which is complimentary, and she said it would take a half hour and the mechanics would be back any minute, and she would call me then. I took a walk, grabbed some lunch. 55 minutes later, no phone call. I come back, no one has touched my car or even looked at it. The mechanics were there, just working on other cars. Frustrated that I wasted that time and showed up early for my appnt to be ignored because I wouldnt make them money. Will go somewhere where my time and business are valued.

Great Service though when asking about aftermarket parts, such as clutch or suspension, they were in a slight attempt to use only Volkswagen genuine parts. The problem I have with the Volkswagen OEM parts is that they are highly marked up prices in comparison to the well known aftermarket parts scene that is so much better and a lot of times lighter in weight while the strength of the parts are equal if not better quality than OEM at an equal of lower price range So this takes more convincing arguments and reseached proof on my part even though it is what me, the customer wants!So unless you do your homework for any aftermarket parts, and understand the differences, they might try to convince you to pay for the more expensive OEM parts! As for labor, labor is what truly hits you in the pocketbook, as everywhere labor is expensive!
