Great customer service. Very helpful and explained everything to me. Since they dont have their courtesy shuttle, Mac ordered a lyft ride for me to go and come back for my other appointment while waiting. Turns out the cause for my issues was my battery. As it turns out because it was covered under warranty, the diagnostics was covered . So no charged for everything today!!! Well worth the wait!!😊

Robert was our salesperson and he was awesome. We upgraded our 2020 CX-5 to the new 2021 CX-9 and he did a wonderful job at getting our paperwork through smoothly also gave us $5 to purchase drinks/snacks at their machine. We came last year and purchased with Nick as our salesperson and he did so wonderful of a job that we were determined to come back again for when wed decide to upgrade and this was the time. Yet again, impressed and happy with the end results! When difficulties arise during the purchasing process, its a great way to see how employees react. A couple hiccups came up, both before and after the purchase of my car, and every single person that I worked with showed outstanding kindness and demonstrated a desire to arrive at a fair outcome for both myself and Mazda. Sam is a great sales rep. Mac was outstanding in the service department. The general manager also had empathy and kindness. All in all it has been a great experience. Thanks Cutter Mazda!

My experience buying my 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring at Cutter Mazda was great! Be sure to request to work with Yosuke! He is a great sales agent who cares about his customers and helps them find the car that they will enjoy driving and matches their needs! He was supportive and helpful the whole way and never pushed me to buy anything. He helped me consider several different vehicles and even went to their other location to get one for me to test drive. I ended up going for the one that I felt the best driving and am happy with my choice. I feel they also were willing to work with me to meet in the middle at a great price. After my purchase he handled the whole shipping process of the car from Honolulu back to Maui for me and handled all the paperwork in just one week. I highly recommend speaking with Yosuke, seeing their inventory and taking a few test drives. Mahalo!

The people here can not be straight forward and will waste your time. I came here and none of my questions were answered. They definitely treat people differently based on their income. If my time was treated valuable and they were just honest with me I probably would have came back to do buisness with them. Treat people with kindness. I won’t be coming back here again.

Absolutely awesome new sales experience! The sales specialist, Jose, was very calm and friendly. Jose is by far the BEST car salesperson that I’ve ever worked with. He took his time and was very knowledgeable. The staff is very caring and it has excellent new management and leadership. Much better than it was a few years ago. Needed a second car and have always been a Mazda fan. Got a smoking deal from Steve and Matt. Got upgraded with roof rails and a roof rack, couldnt squeeze Apple Car Play in the deal but maybe next time ;)A few months after the purchase I had to get my windshield replaced and Matt Wong, the GM was kind enough to cover the cost. Truly amazing service.To top it all of - I needed a new rearview mirror as the plastic broke when changing the windshield. Matt Wong went above and beyond and hand delivered the part to my door the next evening after I asked about it.Top notch crew and service to match. Cruise by you wont regret it!

I have been to various cutters because one of the things I hate the most is the process of buying cars so I usually walk away; However, Cutter Mazda made it super simple and way less stressful. The whole staff is friendly and very welcoming. During the whole process from start to end Dimitri, my sales person, was very helpful and accommodated me with my car needs and any questions I had. which were a lot. Peter, the manager also provided me with so much help. Hes very knowledgeable. When Im ready to purchase me next car I will definitely comeback!

Great buying experience. Purchased a used 2015 Mazda CX-5 from John Kim. He started by sharing Cutters company customer service policies. Next we discussed what I was looking for and my budget. Based on my budget, we discussed purchasing a used vehicle verses leasing a new vehicle. He showed me all the available units they had in stock on his computer and discussed the merits of each vehicle. We focused on on the units. John gathered up the keys and we checked out all three. That narrowed the field to 2 vehicles which I took for test drives. We focused in on the vehicle I eventually purchased. After a couple rounds of financial calculations we got the month payment into my budget and closed the deal. Super happy with the whole process and highly recommend John to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I want to include my compliments to assistant manager Peter Worth who insured the whole process went smoothly from the moment I walked in the door until I drove off the lot with my new vehicle.

The Waipahu location is more friendly and upfront. Unfortunately like all Cutter dealerships this one adds on Cost of doing business fees and Car protection plans automatically. Dont waste your time with the manager.If you have time I would take a look at Mini across the street a MSRP dealer. They are doing fine without markups.

I truly have no words to describe how amazing my experience was today at cutter Mazda. Stan, my salesmen and Gator his manager were incredibly kind, professional and fair. I know people often have bad experience at car dealerships, as have I before but this experience was completely different. At no time did I feel pressured, disrespected or the slightest bit of negativity any of the staff. I am truly impressed by the culture in this Mazda store. Gator and Stan both went above and beyond and I had a simply exceptional experience!! I will be back one day!

My experience there was NOTHING BUT EXCEPTIONAL. By far my best car buying experience ever! Dimitry Prokofyev was a very good knowledgeable sales professional. Let us look and test drive the vechicle. Now the VIP Manager Peter Worth came to speak with me as I was talking with Dimitry and I must say Peter is AWESOME! He could tell I was in the service from the moment he started talking to me and he was extremely kind and courteous. Peter made me feel like I was apart of his family! I HAD THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS LOCATION. I felt bad because we had them in there after closing time but I must stay I would highly recommend this location to everyone because they really care about the customer. !!!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!!!!!!I purchased a used 2013 Jetta about a month ago. Its not the car I  wanted or needed, I have a service dog and really needed a small suv. But it was the only thing available in my price range. The sale manager at the time ( now fired ), told me to get the Jetta keep it about 6 months build your credit up and come back and we will do a trade in. And I should be able to get what I need. Ok 👌 no problem. I can handle 6 months right? Since I was putting a substantial down payment on the vehicle I knew Gap insurance would not be needed. The payoff should not be more than the value. I asked for the Gap insurance to be removed, I did not want or need it. The ( now fired ) manager told me that in order to get the vehicle financed the financial institution required Gap insurance. First lie I was told. The financial institution called me to review the information a few weeks after my purchase.  I asked the agent and then also her manager if the lender required me to purchase $895.00 worth of Gap protection in order to get this car financed. Both employees confirmed that GAP PROTECTION IS NOT A REQUIREMENT!There is also another fee on the contract I questioned. This fee is called Automotive Theft protection fee and its $220.00. I asked for this to be removed and I was told that too was required on all vehicles purchased. Im fairly new to Hawaii, the first car I have purchased here. I asked who required this and was told all vehicles must have this done. When you get to the finance office and start signing all the forms, there is a pink piece of paper pertaining to this Theft Protection within the stack of forms. It clearly states This is not a requirement for purchase!  second lie! I wonder how many people have had this same thing done to them. It’s actually worthless. When you finance a vehicle your required to have full coverage insurance. So this Theft Protection does nothing.  When you buy a vehicle they clean it up while youre doing the paperwork. After signing the papers they pulled the vehicle up and there is a huge deep gash in the sidewall of the front right tire. I pointed it out to the sales person and he said no problem, just bring the vehicle in on Monday morning and it would be taken care of.  Third lie! I asked many times, several people if a safety inspection had been done on this vehicle and was told yes. Fourth lie. First of all a cut on the sidewalk of a tire is a safety issue. YOU SHOULD NEVER DRIVE ON A TIRE THAT HAS A DAMAGED SIDEWALL! I returned to the dealership on Monday morning to get my tire fixed. (I could only drive the vehicle to put air in the tire all weekend.) The Service department had no idea I was coming in. My sales person didnt notify them as he said he would. I was told I could not get my tire fixed that day, I would have to wait another 4 days and come back in on Thursday. So I was not able to drive my new car for another 4 days, except to air up the tire.Went into the service department on Thursday morning at 7:30. I was told it would take a few hours. Fifth lie. I only went for the tire issue! About 10:30 I was called saying my vehicle was ready to pickup. So I walked back to the dealership and waited 6.5 hours more. They decided without my permission or knowledge to remove the tint that was on my Jetta when I bought it. Also they decided to go ahead and do that safety inspection they claimed that they had already done. During the safety inspection they found a headlight not working. I was told they removed the tint because it was illegal. I asked why they sold me a vehicle and let me drive it off the lot if it was not legal I got no response from anyone. Everyone acted as if they were doing me a favor by removing it. I was told by the old manager ( fired) that he spoke with the dealership manager and he agreed to have the tint put back on but at a legal thickness. But since he no longer works there I’ve been told there is nothing they can do about it.I have b

UPDATE: Matt, the GM, was very responsive and was able to finally get us numbers to make an informed decision. We did not end up buying the vehicle but can say that Matt really tried to fix the frustration we were feeling. He was understanding and helpful. Mahalo, Matt!The process started off on the right foot and then just went downhill from there. I contact the dealership and let them know the stock# I was interested in, my vehicle info (miles, VIN, payoff, pics). I spoke with Nick who told me the car was in stock and he could only give me rough numbers until we came into the dealership. They asked me to complete the credit app online, so they could get me real numbers. We made an appointment to see the car and gave notice two days before coming down to Honolulu location.Well, we got there and were passed off to Steve. Not a big deal except he didnt have any idea about the appointment and the car was not even on the lot. We test drove another trim level/ color. I requested to see numbers for the original car and the one we test drove. I was told I would get them the next day. Two days later nothing, so I texted Steve. He said Anthony would be sending them to my work email. Couple days later, I text Nick, he sends a screenshot that shows the quotes were sent to my personal email. No problem, spam or junk mail issue. I asked if we could try my wifes email. We finally got it, but...The quote was for a purchase. I had told Nick we were looking to lease. The value Anthony quoted for my care was over $6k less than Nicks rough numbers. Even more confusing, Anthonys numbers were $385 lower than the trade certificate I received from them. I asked Anthony why the numbers were so different. He said we need to see your trade and depending on the condition we can give you $1k more. This is all pretty routine for car buying except I was just there with my car and it has less than 3k miles on it. Even the trade certificate from this dealership which shows incorrect mileage of 12k was $385 more than what Anthony was quoting for the trade value of my car.I told Anthony the quote was incorrectly done for a purchase and he said he would get another quote out to me. Nothing after three days.This is by far the strangest car buying experience, yet.- I let them know I was trading in a car and looking to lease, they sent a purchase quote- They wanted to see if I qualified credit-wise, I did.- They asked me to come down to look at the car, but didnt have the car.- We were understanding and still test drove the wrong car- We received conflicting, documented offers for my trade (meaning two printed documents with different values for the same car)- We told a corrected quote would be coming. Nothing.Why the runaround?On the brightside, Steve seemed like a good sales guy! Friendly and very accommodating.

This was unfortunately the worst car dealership experience we ever had to deal with.We purchased a Mazda CX 5 2020 grand touring. Our process started out good with good communication between us and sales manager Matt F. especially because we bought this car over the phone and online, We agreed to buy our car on January 9th 2021 and let him know it would have to be shipped to Maui. Matt assured us that Cutter would handle the shipping process for us. Once the paperwork had to be mailed to us this went down hill fast. First they put the wrong address on the paperwork so it got lost, then the next set didnt have all the correct paperwork, after the third time that set of paperwork is done. But they also didnt send over all the paperwork the bank needed for our loan so that was more leg work on our side. In the beginning of the process I was told the shipping process was easy and they do it all the time especially during the pandemic. Fast forward to February 4th the paper works done I get an email from Cutter saying my car shipping reservation is on March 1st. We were not happy. I called a half hour after they sent that email and was able to get a reservation a week earlier on February 19th. The shipping representative said car dealerships know to make reservation at least a month before because of limited space. During our paperwork process when mistakes on Cutter sides kept delaying the process they could have easily reserved a spot for our car. I asked Matt about the shipping process a couple of times when we were trying to get all the paperwork done. I asked him about if he knew about making the reservation a month in advance and he said he didnt know about that because in his own words he doesnt make the shipping reservations. Mind you he was the only sales person we were dealing with thru this process till now. It felt like he was lying to us. At this point he stopped returning our calls or messages. We ended up getting our car on February 23 and the cars beautiful nothing wrong. We though we could finally be done with this but unfortunately Cutter forgot to put the spare key with our car. I called Matt and left him a message asking about the spare no response. Luckily towards the end of our experience sale person Stan took over and hes fixing our spare key problem. This experience started off great but quickly snowballed. Its unfortunate. The reviews seemed really good about this place. I wouldnt recommend buying a car online from this place and also dont work directly with sales manager Matt F. go with a sales person.There general Manager contacted me directly to discuss our experience. It was nice that he reached out personally. But going down to the dealership in person would probably be the best way to buy a car

I returned to Mazda Honolulu to get a second vehicle. I had a great experience two years ago when I traded my Toyota Camry for a Mazda. This time didnt go as well. I was treated more like a quota to be filled than as part of the Mazda family. I am extremely disappointed especially as a RETURNING CUSTOMER and MILITARY SERVICE MEMBER. The sale itself felt rushed by Mr. Yosuke. He didnt want us to leave without a vehicle so he went above and beyond to get us one that fit HIS PRICE RANGE and our budget. We initially went in for a Mazda CX-5 that was advertised online but ended up with a different CX-5 model because it wasnt within our budget. Every other dealership offers a military discount yet Mr. Yosuke said it was included in the discounted price. I have purchased many vehicles so I know how the game is played but I just hope that I would be treated better especially when it came to the financing. I had already been approved by my bank and I had mentioned this to Mr. Yosuke many times. He insisted in getting a temporary approval by a different bank with a way higher APR, that night so we can take the vehicle home, until we could go pick the check up from our bank. We went to the bank the next day and asked to raise the amount from the initial approval but the bank said no. We quickly informed Mr. Yosuke about it and he said he would talk to his manager and definitely work with us and our bank situation. I never heard back from Mr. Yosuke.I was really upset because I received an email the next morning from Honolulu Ford with the same vehicle for a way lower price but I was determined to stay loyal to my Mazda family and really believe they would work with me.After the waiting and texting the finance manager back and forth about the situation, we received a call back a week later. Dana, one of the sales managers told us we needed to bring the paperwork from our bank in ASAP. They never really worked on the issue about our bank approval with us and said that since we signed the initial contract that we had to pay the difference of $500 out of pocket to make up for what our bank didnt approve us for. It was either paying out of pocket to keep our banks car loan or go with their bank and keep the APR that was twice as high.Oh well Mazda Honolulu, you made a SALE at your price range but you lost a lot of future military service customers.Thank YOU for your service.

I cant speak for the sales department since I did not buy my Mazda from them, and this review is for the service department only. Unless, you really like or want to have a Mazda, I suggest finding other auto brands because Cutter Mazda is the only one Mazda franchise dealership on Oahu. In my opinion, the problem with this dealer is that there are no other Mazda dealership to try to win your patronage or go to the extra mile when performing customer service since the Cutter brand is the only dealership on Oahu that sells Mazda. Therefore, you have no choice, if you buy a new Mazda, any warranty work will be performed in this dealership.I have a few noticeable rattle noises in my 2017 Mazda 6 (5k miles approx.); however, each time I bring it in to be diagnosed, the service department will brush it off, and their reasoning was that the car was still working according to the manufacturers specifications. They did test drive it, and the dreaded reasoning was always the same - Could not be replicated at this time. In the end, I found the rattle by myself, and it was from the driver seat. I went on and padded the seat base myself and now, the rattle is gone.On another time, I brought in my car one day as I heard a constant rotational noise coming from the tires when driving and Cutter Mazda recommended in changing the front brake pads and rotors. I declined the service as it was too expensive. However, after going to Lex Brodie for a free inspection, it was clear that the noise came from the two rear tires because those rear tires were freely rotated in front of me by hand up in the jack stand and the same sound could be produced. This showed that Cutter Mazda used the elimination method or they just want to trick customers (who does not know much about cars) into paying for such services that they actually did not need.I am sure my situation will be different if there are other competing dealership on Oahu as Cutter Mazda will fight for your patronage and service. Luckily for me, I have moved from Oahu; hence, I can write this review.Please remember that buying a car is only the beginning, and it is also the shortest process of owning a car. You will spend more time with the service department as you own the car for years to come. Take that fact into consideration before purchasing a Mazda from Cutter.Thank you and have a nice day!

I took my Mazda3 in for the 40k miles servicing and my free Safety Check. Only paid for the synthetic oil & filter change, tire rotation on the house. I waited and was told 2 to 2 1/2 hours as a lot of Safety Checks being done on the last day of the month. Just shy of 2 hours my car was ready. I felt like a valued customer, further strengthening my loyalty to Cutter Mazda.

Be a smart shopper, dont give up so easily when making a deal on a vehicle. If youre persistent youll get what you want. Remember this, cause when you go into the finance office,dont let this guy tell you that the only way the bank will finance your loan is if you buy the gap protection, this is your choice, they tried to fool me, but I called the bank and they said that they would not make up or say that. These guys almost got away with this tactic but I called the bank and spoke to a supervisor Loan officer and found out the finance guy was lying to me, they did not or would not force you to buy gap insurance to finance your vehicle. Be careful, we all know about those sales men or women, their a bunch of liars, first they tell and promise you things and then Deni it, saying I didnt say that! It happen to me! Dont let it happen to you! If you were told that you had to buy the gap insurance cause the bank will not finance your car, have this gap insurance removed at once, its your choice to buy it or not. The bank has nothing or would not have anything to do with gap. Dont be a fool! That almost got away! Gotcha! Caught red handed in a lye! I dont like people that rip people off!

Since the beginning, Cutter Mazda’s customer service was phenomenal. I initially went to test drive and get some quotes on there cars. Shortly after, my dad had to leave abruptly and didn’t have time to give me a ride home. Fortunately, John Kim (one of there sales representatives) was kind enough to give me a ride. Talk about going above and beyond! I returned a week later and finalized purchasing my first brand new car with John. He was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable throwout the whole experience. He made if effortless and streamline. I was driving off the lot there within 2 hours. If you are looking to buy from Cutter Mazda, I would highly recommend having John Kim assisting you with your purchase.

This was my first time buying a car on my own while trying to use my old car as a trade-in. Due to the pandemic, those plans went a bit sideways as the DMV, along with everything else closed and shopping online was sometimes frustrating, and all done by appointment! Though I have to say, after shopping several other places first, I chose Cutter Honolulu because not only was I able to find exactly what I was looking for without making too many hard compromises, they were able to help me out with my trade-in as well all under one roof! Many, MANY thanks to my sales rep Yosuke! This guy really knows his stuff, I felt like he truly listened to what I was searching for in a car. If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from here, they sold us a lemon car. My husband and I recently relocated here due to him being in the military. We decided to purchase a Subaru Forester from here because I was pregnant at the time and they’re known to be reliable and safe cars. By the time we got everything set it was late and we just wanted to get home, given that we live 45 minutes to an hour away. As soon as we drove off the check engine and cruise control light turned on. We contacted the man that sold us the car but decided the next day not to bring it in because they ended up shutting off. Throughout the couple of months of owning the car they would consistently turn on and off. Long story short, we brought it to get an oil change only to find out the multiple things that were wrong with the car and for the engine to completely cease. Luckily it didn’t completely break down while we were driving with the baby in the car. Now we’re stuck with a car that doesn’t start with a newborn baby. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers safety as they sold a lemon car to a pregnant woman.We will be in contact with a lawyer.

So the service light came on and made a reservation for oil change and the regular 5000 mile check up about two weeks prior.The reservation is at 9:30 AM, and when I showed up Jerome at service department told me it would take about an hour and a half.Just an oil change basically.I wait two hours, and nothing.I go to Jerome, ask him how things are coming, he makes a call to the service guys, his name is Seth on the other side.After talking to Seth, Jerome tells me they are working on it right now, and your car should be right out. I walk out towards where they work on cars, and I see my car sitting right there in the parking lot. As I was peeking inside my car, while the guys run over, hops inside and takes it away.So in the end, I have to wait more than 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. I didn’t complain to Jerome and other personnel’s that was there. Not one of them, said we’re sorry, or that we appreciate you waiting or anything.So in the end, I have to wait more than 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. But it seemed like Jerome was upset that I got upset. Simply extremely unprofessional. I feel like this is just a play in Hawaii and while I hope the best for the local Hawaiians, they will not make it in this world if they keep working this way.I for certain, will not buy another Mazda to avoid these people.

My experience with Cutter Mazda in Honolulu was horrible. I did a trade for a 2020 CX 30. Due to inappropriate processing or paperwork and lies told to me during the negotiation process, I was stuck financially for both the new car and my trade in that is no longer in my possession. They placed the vehicle for sale after I was told by the sales manager that it was not listed. I notified the cooperate office and spoke with a lawyer. Theh each said that the situation is inappropriate and technically we have not completed the deal. They did not hold up their end of the bargain that was agreed on the contract. They also tried to make it appear that I was the overreacting when I stated that I was uncomfortable with being financial responsible for two cars, having the paperwork incomplete and the lack of integrity from their staff. Overall, they just want to make quota and will do anything for it.

Justin Germain and manager Caleo were awesome at helping me find a family friendly car. It was very important to me that the vehicle we came home with was safe and efficient. Came home with a Mazda 6 at a great price. Theyre military friendly as well. I definitely recommend coming here as opposed to other dealerships on the island. We went to Ford Honolulu and got very shady and bad service. And the dealership across the street had horrible customer service. You just cant beat Cutter Mazda. Theres a difference between being rushed and them working fast. I had a baby who was getting fussy so they helped us out pretty quick after we were set on the car we wanted. They provide awesome warrantys and the services department is fast too. Im very happy with the car and service we got.

For my new car, I decided to go to Cutter Mazda due to its convenient location on Ala Moana in Kakaako. I will be honest, I wasn’t sure what car to get or whether to get a new car at all and was very nervous about walking into a dealership and having to deal with the pressure. My salesperson happened to be Brian Wong. He greeted me and was immediately very friendly which put me at ease right away. Brian was very knowledgeable, patient, and nice. He didn’t pressure me into buying a car or use any tricks on me like I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Brian asked me the right questions how and what for I will use my car. We even drove to my parking lot to see if this car will fit into my tiny spot!! Brian offered me a great price which I was more than happy to accept. I love love love my new car! I got Mazda 3. It is small and easy to park (especially with the rear view camera) yet it is spacious on the inside for my surfboard and diving gear. Mazda really feels like a luxury vehicle. It’s very attractive. It has comfortable seats, push to start ignition, and a conveniently located control panel that you can use while driving without having to look at it. This review is for the service department only, I havent dealt with sales. Ive brought my car here a couple times for recalls and theyve been great. Super friendly and they got the work done really fast. The only downside is the lady who checked me in for a recent appointment immediately tried to sell me a new car, spouting bogus reasons like Im losing equity on my car and should trade it in. Complete nonsense. She gave up pretty fast so not a huge deal just a little annoying.

My wife and I were looking for our second car and Cutter Mazda made it happen without all the headache. We spend almost our whole weekend looking for cars and when approached by sales associate Joshua, he was very kind and courteous. We explained our price range and the cars we were looking at. Gave us a test drive, and started on getting us a new car right away. We were already exhausted from the previous searching and told them what we needed and what we didnt. Excellent service from both him and Mr. Don Johnson. Didnt try to rob us or con us into their financing like the other dealerships tried. Gave us a reasonable price for our trade in, stayed late to allow us to finish the contract, and drove off that night with our new car. They made my wife feel extremely comfortable and made her day. I would recommend anyone to come here for a vehicle and to also see both Mr. Joshua Dyer, and Mr. Don Johnson. Highly recommended and by far the best Cutter I have been too.

I brought my car to the dealership because my airbag light was on and all the shops I talked to said that only a dealer can read diagnostic codes on an airbag.When I called to make an appointment for service, I spoke I initially got a voicemail. Brandi, the appointments coordinator, called me back within 30 minutes (note that I called around lunchtime) and scheduled me for an appointment for 2 days later.When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and checked in my a nice gentleman whose name I didnt catch. He directed me to the service department customer service area where Shawn assisted me. He talked with me about what was wrong with my car and advised me that he would call me as soon as they had any news. At about 3 pm that day, he called me to tell me what they found, how they planned to take care of it, and that they found a couple of other problems that would cause my car to fail safety check if I didnt have them resolved. He advised me as to pricing and suggested I shop around if I didnt like the price. I advised him that I was fine with the dealership taking care of it. They took care of the work and my car was ready for pick up at lunchtime the next day. They held on to my car until the following day without any hassle because I couldnt make arrangements to pick my car up until then.Shawn kept in touch with me several times throughout the day and a half the car was at the shop. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didnt try to sell me any services I didnt need.In all my experience with Cutter was exceptional. I would return there for service without hesitation and recommend any Mazda owner to visit them with service needs.

This is my 2nd time doing my service what I noticed is whenever they service my car they always touch my a/c temp. I don’t know why they always touch my a/c Temp. The last time it was on full blast my gas when I came it was 399 gas and when I got my car it went down to 200 gas. Next time please leave my a/c temp do not touch it!!!

Went to Cutter Mazda to look at a used car I saw on the web. I was greeted by Paul who introduced me to one of the salesman (Joshua). After taking the car for a test drive, we went to his office to negotiate on a price. I was on a tight budget and Joshua and Paul was really patient and explained to me other options.Although we couldnt close the deal that day, there was no pressure or hard sales pitch by any of them. They were both apologetic that we couldnt reach an agreement on the price and told me if I had any questions to feel free to call them anytime.The following week, I called Josh to ask if the car was still available. We have bought two vehicles from this dealership this year, a Ford Transit for my husband a few months ago, and just this weekend a CX-5 for myself!When we bought the Ford Transit we were assisted by James. He was super friendly and helpful. He distracted our two little boys with snacks and gum, because we were there for several hours, and they were getting pretty fussy. He was really transparent, personable, and grateful. He made sure to provide good service and answer questions we had after the purchase too. If I could put an zero I would. DO NOT trust this business, they lied to me being a first time buyer saying that if they could not get me financed then I wouldnt get the car which is fine I understood. So weeks pass and couldnt get me financed so I talked to the head of sales and he was like yes bring the car back and that would be it. So like any sane person would do I went to a different business to get financed and right there on the spot I got a car. Once returning the car they stated no you already signed the contract this is your car. So I said so technically right now I own three cars? Paul stated yes you do. Scared and frantic I called friends, family, my current dealership, and a lawyer. Paul then called me about an half an hour later after I left and said hey we can put you in that car for this amount monthly and such I said sorry cant talk right now Im speaking with an lawyer we ended our call. NOT even five minutes later Paul was like yeah you can bring the car back since you didnt sign the contract. Are you kidding me you tried to take advantage of an inexperienced driver and were ready to make it so that this person didnt even have enough money to eat! This place is worthless and horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! Also the car I tried to get was a 2009 Honda Civic with over 46,000miles on it for pretty much $17,000(first rip off) went to the next dealership and got an 2013 Honda Civic with 37,000 miles on it for $14,000 roughly. So you can see how they work compared to other dealerships! HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

TWO brand new Mazdas in under a week!! 2018 Mazda 3 Grand Touring and 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring...two beautiful cars! This deal wouldnt have happened without JUSTIN GERMAINS help! The whole experience was positive and seamless and I am extremely happy with the final deal on both vehicles. Another big point I forget to mention was I traded in two Toyotas, a 4runner and a RAV4 for these Mazdas. Absolutely no regrets and extremely happy!! I had recently purchased a new car from a Cutter dealership and had such a great experience that when my friend needed a new car because her transmission went out, I suggested we head to the Cutter Mazda by where she lives. Once we got there, we were greeted by a completely fun salesman who was hysterical (cant remember his name) and we had a blast testing out new cars (she hadnt had a new car in 10 years). She finally locked eyes with a sporty little Mazda and I knew she was going to go for it even though it was a little out of her price range. Cutter came through and made it work for her and she actually did buy it. This place is fun, relaxed and after researching her deal, she REALLY got a good price... Im jealous!
