I was rear ended at a stop light. Auto world Specialists got my car back to brand new and it was cleaned and detailed when I picked it up. They made the experience very easy and comfortable. With an enterprise rental in house I was never without a vehicle and didn’t need a ride to or from the shop as I received an easy rental.

Had Body work done to Hood & Grill. Car was in the Shop for a week and Repairs Look like New! I would have been fine with their Workmanship & Professionalism but they went over the Top. I brought my car in for an alignment. When my car was returned the TPMS sensor light was on. Not sure why, but the mechanic deflated all four tires. Before leaving the parking lot the check tire pressure sensor came on. The mechanic was clueless and very defensive. Not sure if the problem is the mechanic or the technical alignment device or both. I have to spend the money I saved to fix the mistakes...

False promises multiple times. Don’t trust what they say, they notified me 4 times that the car will be ready on a date, the date come and they postpone it, four times!! And When they do postpone it they don’t even feel sorry about it. Bad experience.I am OK to wait, but don’t appreciate the false promises.The other issue, the car carpets were dirty when received!! new stains that are to clean, which didn’t exist beforeOverall I was really frustrated

Once again, I barely write reviews, but this experience has to be shared.First, my vehicle spent several weeks longer in the shop when promised, but thats not what Im upset about. I called the day before my projected release date to check on the vehicle and was told the cookie cutter response that I had seen several times in the sparse emails they sent me. Come to find out, my car needed another week in the shop. The person who I spoke with on the phone assured me it would be done the following day.Something tells me the shop and the main office have serious disconnects in communication and the office staff have little to no knowledge of the repair process or cars in general.Secondly, I understand the need to take all personal belongings out of the car before the repairs began, but I had left a fairly expensive knife in the drivers side cubby because the repairs had nothing to do with that cubby, I assumed it wouldnt be disturbed.Come to find out, it was missing upon picking up my car. I called their office and inquired about my missing knife and they assured me that their manager would do a walk around and call if they found anything. Well, I havent gotten a call, so I assume it was stolen.Now, its never good to have theft be a part of your shops reputation, but I guess theyve proved it.This shop has incompetent staff and thieves among their repair people. Do not go here, if you do, take everything out of your car -- or they will.

Crappy! From customer service to craftsmanship. Would never go here again. Thought they were nice when we turned in the car in, then they started playing with the completion date. Ended up calling us to pick up the car the day it was ready & insisted that we pick it up that day. They over charged us $500 & were very rude when we asked why and to see the work. Whole car was so dusty that we couldnt see the damaged area was STILL DAMAGED. Reason for 2 stars and not 1 star was that the manager stood by their warrant & is paying for us to take the car to another shop. What a waste of time & blood pressure. Highly recommend checking out their Yelp reviews, too.
