Great service, well organized drop off with shuttle to Enterprise Rental Car, and friendly staff. Work was excellent and the car looked like new when they were done.

The people who work there are really nice and did a great job giving the scratches on my kia soul. The car needed additional work above the original estimate, but they worked with the insurance company so I didnt have any problem it. My car came out of the shop looking much better than I expected it too.

I was unfortunately hit on the H1, and had substantial damage to my brand new Fiat 500L in the rear. I have GEICO as my insurance, and while they’re a disaster, SH Fender did amazing work, and does business directly with Geico. Took them about a month to complete the repairs and body work, but I can honestly say my car looks as good as new if not better! Wendy, their office lady was so nice, and kept me updated through the entire process. When I picked my car up it was washed and waxed, and the body shop worker explained exactly what work was done. While I didn’t catch his name, he was terrific. Certainly don’t hope I have to have anymore body work done- but if I do. I know where to go!! I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family here on Oahu. Mahalo SH Fender!!
