It was not ideal...unpleasant. .. poor scheduling and woek not completed on agreed day. Work needed extension beyond initial agreed timeframe (for additional 5 days) and I was informed that one of the parts had not arrived ... ( car was at the workshop for 10 days by this time).I was asked to rent a car under the insurance coverage. I called the insurance company to confirm details of the car rental and was told that your car was sent to the workshop last couple of days when in fact my car was with Punchbowl for 10 days already.Transparency was absolutely absent and people like us were left with no choice; and the shorter side of the stick for the inconvenience.

Great customer service. They talked through the issues and possible solutions out loud with me. It didnt seem like a minor body fix, yet they were able to make the repair within minutes.

Took my 2017 Toyota Tacoma in to fix my bumper, fender and passenger door. They did it all hooked me up with a rental that I wasnt covered for and got my truck back in 24hours! Definitely going back.

They do pretty good work. The only thing that I didnt like is that they used the wrong plastic rivets to attach the rear bumper to the fender well and they came loose. So Just bought my own and fixed it myself with the proper rivets.

Very good service, good body and paint match, would bring my car back if I had to again.
