Im fussy about my RX-350 and was bummed when it was hit twice in the past three months. The service from Island Fender has been as wonderful as their work. From reception to technician - everyone is pleasant and great. They have a text message system that kept me aware of how the work was progressing and the receptionists followed up with personal calls at the end of each day. This is a 5-star shop!
