Fantastic customer service! We had a fastener on a 25 year old Downsview cabinet that failed. I contacted Luke and brought the failed piece in. He not only provided the replacement part complementary (life time warranty) but helped install it on the drawer. In the modern retail world It doesnt get better than this.
