Today was a great visit, we didnt have to wait too long to see someone, the girl who cashed us out was very helpful, patient, and kind. Wish everyone worked like she did, great customer service! Definitely makes up for the last trip here.

The appliance store is convenient and well priced. Recommend using Mr. Bruce extremely helpful and knowledgeble. Home delivery is currently 3 weeks 6 April 2021.

I thought they would have better pricing but I was wrong... update, prices still more than home depot but they do warehouse so if you need it now, you might not have a choice.

Decent product, but not cheaper than going to Lowes or Home Depot, as those places give a 10% military discount that more than offsets the lack of tax.

We were truly wowed by Kahakuoleilah’s knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. We stopped in THREE TIMES to learn about the refrigerators and choose the right one. Each time she was there to help and really made us feel not only comfortable with our purchase, but really quite pleased. She encouraged us to use a scratcher and we saved over $300! We will be back the next time we need a major appliance.

Got a top of the line discontinued Samsung dishwasher for $400 off. Well chuffed! Service staff was joking that they try their best not to give good service and I was with my 85yo dad in a wheelchair and told them they better give him good service or hell buss them up!

Very limited selection but apparently major appliances are not being manufactured at the same pace as before the covid-19 scare.

This a great place to purchase your home appliances if you need new ones. You do need a military Id to shop here. They do specials every so often like 0 percent interest and free delivery and many more!

We got our washer and dryer here on sale which was nice. Staff was knowledgeable on the extra parts we would need like the electrical plugs, water hoses and dryer duct hose. They also offer delivery and install service, showed up on time and installed our washer and dryer for us. Installers they use are friendly and professional. If I ever need another major appliance while in Hawaii I will be going back.

For military this is a great little place to go and get appliances. Its not very large but it does have a decent selection with modern appliances. I bought my washer and dryer around Christmas so I got the sale prices on them. They seem to do it each year so I would reccomend waiting if you can.

Small appliance store catered to military. Store has all the major appliances: refrigerators, microwaves, washers/dryers, freezers, stoves, etc. Awesome prices if you have a military ID.

Staff was knowledgeable when approached but never pushy or in your face. Shout out to Bruce for walking me through every aspect of my washer/dryer purchase, warranty, and installation.

Found a washing machine here. Staff were helpful & pleasant!

I had a washer/dryer unit that would intermittently beep 3 times throughout the day and night. At this time, it was when the extended warranty had kicked in. They couldnt find the solution after 6 visits. Upon expiration of the extended warranty, Asurion says they should not even have come out to troubleshoot because the washer and dryer worked just fine and the beeps had nothing to do with the function of the unit. In my opinion, the beeps say something is wrong and is a warning of some sort. I asked Navy Appliance for assistance with Asurion and all they did was email to them to contact me which they never did. Terrible service on both ends.

The connectivity of cashier transaction is not reliable.Meaning my family and I have been on island two weeks and twice the card readers or system crash in middle of transaction. The latest while trying to purchase washer and dryer. Now 700 dollars of my money is sitting in limbo while the account corrects a charge with no good s delivered.

We were in need of a new dishwasher. We came twice. On both occasions, both ladies were efficient helpful and very friendly. Great experiece!! My husband retired Col. John and I were delighted with excellent customer service. Mahalo, N. Desaegher

We went in briefly to checkout some washers. We apologized for coming in so close to closing. Luke was so rude the whole time he seemed more concerned with his phone. We asked 2 questions and he gave us basic genetic answers to both questions then he got back on his phone. We will never shop at this location.

The employees seem awkward but theyre helpful when you ask questions. We got a good deal on a washer and dryer and were having it delivered.

Homedepot was running a sale. With delivery, take away of the old appliance, and setup of the new one (forgot to mention sales tax) it was still under the NEX sticker price. Shop around, dont just assume its a good deal.
