Do not deal with these people -- the worst! Poor communication and they actually could not care less. I needed to modify my order, so they canceled it without telling me and reordered it with the modification, which changed the delivery date by a week. After finally finding out what had happened, I accepted the new delivery date, but when I went down to pay for the modification, there was no order and I had lost the new delivery date. Was there any effort to help or even an apology? Just dead retail eyes. They did offer to refund my money. Wow!

I agree with all of the other customers, I bought a refrigerator four years ago with the extended warranty. The refrigerator has been broken for 9 weeks and still not fixed. I went to to the store and was told there is nothing we can do to help. My big mistake was to was to buy an appliance with warranty. Dont make the same mistake!

NO STARS!!!!ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH!! All of their customer service representatives are in another country and they cannot understand English well which makes trying to get something fixed very difficult. AND they gave me the runaround for a week while a had no refrigerator. They said they would call me back in 1 to 2 business days and never called all week. They gave me the number for a repair shop in Iowa (I’m in Hawaii) on 3 different phone calls (I called them) saying that was the only business “Listed in my area”. They are a TOTALLY unprofessional and inept company to do any business with. It’s unfortunate I wasted hours on the phone with them. Won’t ever buy any item that uses them as the warranty company. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!

I honestly wish I could leave NO stars!My bf decided to surprise me and buy me a brand new samsung washer and dryer back in Sep of 2015 because our old one kept breaking. Fast forward to August of 2016, and our dryer was broken. It wasnt generating any heat and wouldnt dry our clothes. For a month I played back and forth with Pacific Sales trying to get my dryer fixed, but I kept getting the run around. I was told they were unable to help me because I technically didnt have my dryer for a year, and that I needed to contact Samsung for further assistance. To say the lease a month and a half later, and a couple hundred dollars spent at the laundromat later - my dryer was fixed.Which brings us to a little over a year later! My dryer is broken YET AGAIN! Same issue, dryer isnt drying my clothes. I called Pacific Sales a week ago and a half ago and set up a claim. Was given a ticket number and told I was going to be called by a repair company they use. I was contacted by the repair company that night, but havent heard from them since. MomoTech 808, told me I would be contacted by last Thursday (11/9) to set up a repair visit. HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE OUR CONVERSATION on 11/2. Ive called, left a ton of messages, but NOTHING! I decided to contact Pacific Sales, and they said it was out of their hands. That I just needed to wait for the repair company..If youre looking at buying a new washer and dryer, go to sears or somewhere else!! Save yourself the hassle and headache

I would not buy another appliance from Pacific Kitchen & Home. I bought a Bosch dishwasher two years ago. The soap dispenser is not opening during the wash. I needed service with the extended warranty which I purchased. Its been five days, I have been calling the local service contact for the past few days. No response whatsoever, I cant even make an appointment for service. This is so upsetting and frustrating.
