A nightmare, stay away from this place, it seems to be nice and polite at first but lacks all kinds of professionalism, they are dishonest, cheat and extremely rude, destroy your electronics they dont know what they do I paid 165 dollars for the replacement of my toddler ipad screen just to throw it away, cheap and badly pieces, the ipad looks blurry and almost white and black, with two black stripes on each side of the screen, and cannot be rotated, ahh and something else, they try to buy your review by offering you a free cover. close that store its a shame to have something like this in our community

This place is polite and friendly at first. Its annoying and highly frustrating when a store is not upfront in telling the customer that they dont deal with your type of phone. This store had no experience with my phone. The screen cracked put into repair. Received phone back after a day screen flashing. Couldnt send a message easily or dial a number. I had to buy a phone coz to fix my phone it would take up to 2 weeks and to get a.refund they taking the screen off. So Im left with a faceless phone. I took the refund coz the fone I bought had no storage I would have to buy storage and I dont see why I should have extra expense, for a faulty fone given to me. I was able to burrow a better fone so I went back to the store to have them put another screen against my better judgement. But they were cheap to repair and I certainly got what I paid for. My fone is not the same as before. Its not an original screen so the sensitivity has gone, lighting is troubled notification lights stop working and it flashed for a while but it stopped flashing. My fone is a OnePlus 5T. This store should just stick to iPhones. Dont repair a fone your not familiar with coZ your just experimenting.

I used them a few years ago for a laptop repair and the service was great. Unfortunately, I had lost their card and the next time that I needed to use them, I ended up going to a different provider, who was not as good. Recently, my xbox stopped working and when looking for a place to fix it, I was able to locate them again.

This place lacks professionalism through my recent experience with them, after paying approximately $175 to have a Apple Watch screen replaced, just to not be able to use it because it will no longer keep charge. Prior to allowing them to fix the screen the Apple Watch fully charged was able to last me nearly two days, now the battery won’t last more than 4 hours. I’m convinced they must have damaged the battery because no work has ever been done to this watch prior to this and the watch is barely used. After I address the issue with the clerk at the store, he then goes on to tell me that he can fix it for an additional $35 but would not be responsible if it was to get damaged in the process, now if that doesn’t sound like a scam I don’t know what is. Anyway i will not be using their services any longer and i would advise anyone who reads this to be careful with them as well.

I’ve Ben coming here for more years than I remember. I do not like to buy insurance for my phones. Paying the deductible plus monthly payments ALWAYS total more than what the it’s and girls here can repair for. Wow wow wow. I left my phone on my truck bed, drove off, and only found it an hour later, in middle of the road while it was pouring. Completely ruined, I thought it was done for. These guys did absolutely everything in their power to figure out how to could make me happy and fix my phone. They did what I thought was impossible for a good price. Highly recommend!

THIS PLACE DAMAGED MY BRAND NEW DELL LAPTOP. Dont waste your time or money coming here! Technicians, assitant and even owner lied to me about what was wrong with my laptop, the work they did, and tried to cover it up. I gave my laptop to be serviced because i had an issue with connecting to the internet. The day I called to find out if my laptop was ready I was told that the motherboard is burnt; to repair it would be the same cost as to get a new one so its not worth it for them to fix it. THEY ACTUALLY DAMAGED THE MOTHERBOARD. Prior to being serviced the laptop turned on and I was able to use it for everything else. When I asked the technician if he took the laptop apart to see the problem he said no, he never did. Yet one employee at the store told me my laptop is not ready for pick up (the 1st time I went) because technician has to put laptop back together. The employee, Julia, at front said she turned the computer on in front of me when I first dropped it off. She never did. When I called to speak with technician about what he actually diagnosed he eventually hung up the phone on my face. So I decided to speak in person with everyone. The only person who spoke to me was the owner & Julia. Julia never admitted to her lie (that she turned laptop on in front of me). The owner covered up everyones wrongdoing. When I asked why the technician is not coming out to talk and explain the owner said hes busy working. As if my issue was insignificant and not considered work. Cameras in the store could prove I was right. But the owner just smiled and didnt want to take any liability for the damage his workers had done. Their attitude is despicable. They are not real technicians, but incompetent workers. I let them keep their $10 for their time, without even being offered to help retrieve my saved written work. These people were ugly for doing bad business as so. This is my way of doing right for the next person who considers going there for any laptop repair.

This is by far the best cellular and laptop repair shop. The store is always clean and presentable. The workers are extremely friendly and help you out in whatever questions or concerns you have, they explain different celular plans that will fit you and meet your needs. Their work is extremely effective and the outcome is exactly what I was looking for. All in all, if you’re looking for anything regarding electrocnics this is the place to go.

This place is a joke.Dropped off laptop with a wifi connection issue. They end up telling me motherboard is burned, I pickup laptop and I cant even turn computer on 1 year old Dell laptop. They completely burned laptop and they dont stand behind what they did.This place deserves 0 stars

Everyone was very friendly and helpful but when I got my phone back after having my screen repaired the lcd just wasn’t the same. I drove all the way back and brought it in and they told me there was nothing wrong since the phone screen didn’t act up while I was there but if I really wanted to I could go back to the store the following day to have them change it again....three trips was enough at that point it wasn’t even worth going. (I originally went there because of the price) Moral of the story is you get what you pay for.
