Phonerenew LLC company is very fraud and unprofessional I sent them a wire transfer to his bank is been a over two month and still I didnt get my order or refund! they do not communicate with you they wasted time, the manager will always have excuses and he starts yelling when we tell him he is giving lame excuses. He got two businesses 1 is Phone Renew in Hollywood Florida and 2 is Mobile Buyback in Tucson Arizone. You call any of them only Mr Jason picks up the phone. Stay away from them we have already filed complain with related departments and agencies.

DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS PLACE!! Purchased an i phone 6 in april 2016, and in September had no service!!! I went to my phone carrier and ask what was going on, why did I no longer get service on that phone, the other 2 phones I have on the same account where working fine. They had figured out that the phone had a blocked IMIE number!! Which means that the phone was either a stolen phone or had an unpaid balance that the previous owner hadnt paid and then sold it!! I contacted the owner, and he said go ahead and send it back and they would issue a partial refund with no damage to the phone. I sent it back, UNDAMAGED! He received the phone and started to make excuses why he couldnt give me the refund we had discussed!! We went back and forth!! I told him just send the phone back to me!! Needless to say, im pretty much screwed with a phone that cant be used!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!!! He knows he should have issued a full refund!! You are taking a huge risk buying a phone from this place, considering he does no research on what hes buying and had no explanation how this could have happened! YOU COULD BE NEXT!!!

DO NOT SELL HERE ! FIRST OF ALL THEY ONLY PAY BY CHECK, THAT WAS THE FIRST THING THAT MADE ME CONCERNED. SOLD MY PHONES, WENT TO THE BANK ONKY TO FIND OUT THE CHECKS WERE BAD AND BOUNCED ! LITERALLY HAD TO RUSH BACK AND ASK FOR MY DEVICES BACK !! BAD BUSINESS
