Nice lady working, lots of variety and wig prices not bad.

The employees are nice and friendly. I was looking for make-up one day and this new female employee Ive never seen before helped me out.

Too MANY employees grouped together gossiping and not helping customers. I actually walked in the store and EVERY employee was at the front of the store talking. I walked to the back for assistance with wigs and extensions. I waited about five minutes for ANYONE to acknowledge me ( no one even said good morning when I walked past the four talking) finally I had to walk to the front and ask someone for help. Also they have absolutely no product knowledge. For the same price or less I recommend the beauty supply store across from the 163rd mall in North Miami Beach. WAY better service and EVERY employee knows the product. Even the stock boys.

The shop owner is nice, but the product selection is slim. They didnt even have a larger size coconut oil. This place is clearly geared toward wig,weave and relaxed hair. If I ever install braids or something this place would be great but not for my everyday hair care needs.

Love this small beauty supply store! Although small selection of wigs, the human hair is of good variety and owners know their products. Good variety of hair care and drugstore makeups. Also very clean and neat!
