KiKi- I’m so sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong, but you are amazing! This is not my normal wax center but I decided to go as my long term technician was out of the country for a few months, and Ms. KiKi was not only so professional but informative too. I barely felt my Brazilian despite having gone months without a wax, and shaving some. Not only that but she was quick. It would’ve been 5 stars, however, I find it highly unprofessional for the receptionists to be speaking negatively about the technicians while clients were present.

Absolutely disrespectful book keeper. The woman at the front yelled at me and argued like we were at a ball game. My girlfriend made an appointment but we were late. When we got there the woman at the front (book keeper) explained that she was late and there were no more openings for the rest of the day. So we went online and just booked an appointment for that same day perfectly fine and when i showed her she was like “oh good so at 3:15 then”. Immediately i was furious because she was just trying to get rid of us. I went up to her and confronted her, and immediately she answered back and started arguing with me so when i got tired i left saying “go screw yourself”, and guess what she said back to me? “You as well”.Absolutely unprofessional. This business is getting damaged because of her and she should get fired immediately!

This place is literally the best, I went with Mercedes and shes amazing, the receptionist Katia is amazing as well. Good vibes all around, very professional, and they make you feel comfortable. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They use a special wax that doesnt adhere to your skin only your hair, so your skin isnt being ripped off like at those places that use hot wax. Anyways this place is lit!

The receptionist (with the red hair) was lovely and a pleasure to deal with. My wax specialist could have been a little nicer but that might be a cultural difference.
