Awesome customer service. I usually come in here for the buy 3 get 3 and the candle sale, each time the staff is very helpful at helping me find what I want.

I really like the staff at this location. Theyre collectively pleasant and helpful without being pushy. They greet every customer, ask what brings the customer in, then offer assistance if desired (but leave you alone if it isnt.) If they notice you kind of wandering in a particular section, they try to get a feel for what scents you like so they can help you narrow your search. They all seem to have a good grasp on the general notes of each fragrance which is definitely a bonus if you dont want to smell everything in the store before finding the right fit. And of course the store is clean, organized, and BBW always has a good sale. All in all, this is one of the more delightfully memorable stores.

The store is always fully stocked. No empty spaces or missing items. The staff here is fantastic. All of them are pleasant, helpful and whoever is there by the door when you come in greets you with a big smile and welcome.

Max was beyond attentive I didn’t know the name of a certain lotion and all I did was tell him how it smelled and the color of the bottle and he knew exactly what i was looking for he didn’t give up until he found exactly what I needed I love customer service like that it makes me want to come back and he actually looked happy to have helped me thank you max

My sister and I went to the store and as soon as we walked in everyone was courteous and so helpful. I had a couple of questions in regards to the 50% and the 75% off the young lady that took care of me make sure she showed me where they were at and also help me with buy two and get one free so I was able to buy more things. I felt very safe everyone had on their masks and keeping their 6ft distance. This is why I stopped at this Bath & Body Works. Thank you for your customer service it was wonderful.

So very confusing return exchange policy. So I wanted to exchange sprays but I had creams .the associate said it had to be the same . Well she suggested I return them and them purchase the items I wanted. So Im thinking ok Ill get my money back and get the stuff. Wrong. The trick here is you dont get the full price and technically you dont get one free when you buy two. Its discounted price .. so I returned the items got 10 dollars back but the items were 16 ??? So she didnt tell me that minor detail. So I ended up spending another 5 dollars extra for something already paid . Then she like next make sure you like the scent .WTH.. trickery. . Its not buy two get one free your paying for all three thats the deception!!! Beware. Nothing is free

Excellent customer service. I had a coupon and was unsure if I could use it during the sale. The sales associate was more than happy to explain it to me. The fine print said it could not be combine with a sale but she said that this particular sale did not count. So I’m glad I asked. I saved over $50. The one on University is horrible. Glad I came to this one. Shopping experience was excellent!

This was a great location with the old Manager Jennifer she was the best very polite helpful always with a smile .The new Manager FRAN is Rude & Offensive you can see she is a unhappy person never smiles looks like she hates the world she walks around like a DICTATOR overseeing every move the girls take as they are working stocking etc, she told someone in the store NOT ME if they dont like the price than put it down and leave in a loud voice ! why in the world would BBW hire this kind of person to run what should be a happy place ? its more like a underground Tansgender Bar vibe. i wont go back to this store what i saw her do was over the top scary. BBW all i can say is watch this woman on your cameras see what you have representing your company worst manager you ever had. who ever hired her should be fired on the spot!

I love this B&BWs location. Everytime I need to stock up on some Merch, I go here and Im never disappointed. My last few trips, Gianna has helped me pick out some new and of course my favorite scents! She is awesome and always super helpful & attentive. They have a huge selection of wallflowers and candles. This location also seems to always be well stocked with pre wrapped gift packs.

They really have everything organized for Christmas and certain holidays love this place reasonably priced

Quality products. Candles hold scent very well. Plug in air fresheners are worth it. Suggestion: stock up during clearance because it can get expensive

For whatever reason Bath & Body corporate will not send me (a man) coupons, or notification of any of their sales throughout the year.This has been going on for years. No matter how much money I spend there, nor how many times I leave my email address, its a no go!Theyll gladly take my money, Ive never had one of their sales persons deny me service or act rude.Its just that my email always gets lost, mysteriously, on its way to their databas, every time!I refuse to by another female (family members included) any product from any of their stores until this changes.Ill drive them there, and Ill even go in with them, but I wont spend a dollar until this changes!!!!And I wonder, are there any other, men, boyfriends, coworkers, male friends or sinificant others, sons, husbands, brothers, uncles or cousins experiencing the same thing?🤔

The cashier was a girl, i dont remember her name, but i do remember she was tall, fat and with some acne in her face. worst cashier i ever had. bad attitude and with no disposition to help a costumer. i will never go back to that store.
