I have been coming to this location for years and buying thing. Today I went to get a exchange on clippers that was not the right one. The manager at this location said that she could not exchange them because it is a company policy. I read on the front and back of the receipt where its states it CAN be exchange as long as it is not used which it was not. She gave me a very hard time and then she finally let the cashier do the exchange. I have the photos and policy of which is say it can be exchange if the clippers has not been used. Then they were whispering in Spanish so I could not understand them. Very appalled by this location.

Layout was good, my product was available, service couldve been a tad better.

Due to the virus, this and another local Sallys is closed. Im gonna assume they all are closed. I wouldve love to not have wasted my time coming up here. Please update your store hours to reflect temporary closures.

They charge 15 cents if you want a bag. I wont be going back. What a ripp-off. Prices are too high.

I came to this store looking for some good flat irons.. while walking around the store I was holding on to 3 small lotions that were on sale because I was thinking about buying them... However I didnt see the flat irons that I wanted .. so I decided to put the lotions back that I had in my hand walking around the store with... To be clear.. the spot were I put the lotions were right in front of the the cashier .. clear as day ..then I proceeded to leave the store.. the cashier who was cashing out customers stop what she was doing and came after me out the door and ask me did you put back the lotions .. I said yes mam.. I did it right in front of you.. then I said are you accusing me of stealing.. because if you are..Ill stay right here until you roll your camera back.. then she said no Im not accusing you of stealing. I just wanted to know were you put the lotions at .because I never seen you before(WoW).. to be clear I empty my pockets and sweater so that she can feel and look stupid.. and as I was doing that the customers that were waiting in line was looking at me.. Not every body steal in this world we still have good honest people out here.. but the moral of the story is the lady was races..I was the only black person in the store and I was target.. I have never in my life been accuse of stealing anything I work to hard .. I dont need to take from anyone..I will never come back to this store and I wouldnt recommend anyone to shop here..

Worst sally beauty supply in Hollywood Florida. The ladies at the register don’t know what their doing they can’t scan for their lives. They try to charge you more and adjust the payments, their computers are outdated can’t even locate when I returned something. I came in with a $25 gift card they gave me 2 weeks ago from a return apparently I can’t use it cause they never put the money on it . The store manager is rude and tried to give me a story how she had to be somewhere at 6:30 even tho I walked into the store 5:40pm which is 20Min before closing time. It took longer at the register then it did for me to purchase my items. Terrible terrible store. If u want to get your Sunday ruined and have elderly ladies try to correct the way you live come to Sally’s on Hollywood blvd.

Worst store when I went to this store the employee did not speak English well. I had a coupon from thier sallys rewards program for my birthday. She said they do not accept that which was a lie. I called the customer service number and they said they did. I had to drive miles to another store and she finally helped with the help of the agent on the phone .they are always not helpful and not trained.

Worst location ever!! I went during 2pm today and the associate did not know what she was doing and gave me attitude when I asked her if there was another register open. Do yourself a favor and go to GBS instead. I will be writing a letter to corporate.

I just left the store and the employees were sooooo nice and helpful . they didn’t make me feel awkward yet were there for all my needs and questions . thanks ladies super sweeet and welcoming will be back to this location . great selection as well !

The manger was very rude,I called twice about 2 different questions and she said you just call me,what is now ??!!??. Janet helped me and was very, patient showing me what product I should use to bleach my hair and what color that will go with my complexion. Not just pointing in the air like manger, no customer with her.

Not the best customer service and the prices shown are not correct. They had buy 2 get one free signs in various products but when going to the counter to pay they wouldnt honor it even though it showed on the shelf. They claimed the number in the back of the sign did not match the product. The customer should not have to match numbers to signs to get the sale price.
