This drug store is ok. We want for shelf available products so cant talk for prescription services but what we needed was pretty easy to find.

The Pharmacy never answers the phone before 10:40am and when they do, it takes at least forty minutes in the morning.At night, forget about speaking to a Pharmacist after 7:30pm. They hang up on you several times, so not to answer. Besides that they are rude and unprofessional.

Awful, looooong waits on line. Nice but innefectual employees. I would pay more to go elsewhere. I tried this place even though it was more expensive than other places because of its location but I will gladly pay more to go elsewhere. Driveway is poorly marked and easy to miss

I recently went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and I didnt realize that I was going to be a few cents short, I told her that I was going to be a few cents short and that I could bring it back later today. She says to me that she cant do that and proceeds to decline the transaction, thank goodness for the nice person behind me to come and give her the change. I thanked the person and I walked away. This associate was rude and apparently forgot what its like to make a mistake. I was unable to find her name on my receipt!!

Nicest folks work at this Walgreens.The customer base leaves little to be desired.The liquor store has a great variety of top shelf labels.Did I mention how kind the folks are that run this store?Same staff for years.

Too many vagrants and homeless loitering around the entrance

My daughter and I went in there for the first time ever and was ripped off. She didnt even add my points. Buy 2 get the 3rd free and was overpriced. The second time my daughter and I go in and the alarm immediately went off for us and we just walked in... We grabbed our stuff and waited in line. Only to be treated rudely by the cashier. He threw the receipt at us and told us dont come back as his way of saying goodbye. We Only shopped and paid as good civilians and was treated so badly. Black people are obviously not welcomed here! Crazy part is none of the mean employees were white. If I come back to Florida, I wont waste my money here.

This review is only for the liquor store side. The skin employees there act like theyre so much better than the customers especially if the customer is a certain skin color. I.E. the same skin tone as the employees. Theyll treat you like you stole something from their mother. Things were so much better before these Tyrones were hired. The manager is awesome though. Hes the only reason I occasionally go back. He treats all with respect like human beings should get without discrimination. If things improve my rating will go higher.

Every time I come here (I’ve been coming here for a couple of YEARS) EVERY SINGLE TIME their restroom is out of order, no exemptions. They should close this location, it’s dirty, disorganized their restroom is always out of order and there’s always like 10 homeless outside asking for money. I’d put 0 stars if I could.

I went to the pharmacy with three prescriptions. I gave them my insurance card, but they didnt run it and didnt apply it, so they overcharged me by more than double the cost and quietly decided not to fill all my scripts. When I got home I realized their mistake and also realized they had only given me ONE of my THREE prescriptions. They never mentioned any problems, but when confronted, they just said sorry, one word, and acted like it never happened. No follow-up, no explanation, so I can only assume its sheer incompetence. So I went back and made them correct the overcharge, apply my insurance, and fill my other prescriptions. They pretended everything was fine and accounted for. But this time, they AGAIN failed to fill all prescriptions and only gave me one of the remaining two. Again, just sorry for playing games with my medicine, my life.So now, after holding their hands like little babies every step of the way, Ive finally managed to get them through this difficult process of counting to three. I wont be using this Walgreens again. Its clear their staff are lazy, incompetent, and incapable of basic daily tasks. Sorry.Also, side question: Since I had to do the pharmacys job three different times, do you think I can collect that portion of their pay? They clearly arent earning it.

My friend gets her prescriptions here so I am here about once a month. The staff is helpful and friendly and wait times are low. I like to look at the seasonal items and the books. The store is older but clean and well cared for. Sometimes they have low prices, but many times when I shop around I can get a better deal. The displays are up to date and interesting.

Great Customer service

I live one block away and do alot of shopping in this store and know all the cashiers by first name. Ive shopped here for 30 plus years.Unfortunately, this location has the worst management Ive ever encountered in my entire life. Kieth, Ive overheard him harassing other customers as well in the recent past. One very, extremely rude individual. He has absolutely no business whatsoever working with the general public. After almost 40 years, Ill never go back into a Walgreens again.

The manager Eunice is always nice to help me every time i need help with the promotions and coupons, as a couponer is really hard to find a walgreens where there is kind people to help you out, she is always so friendly and patient, also they usually save the pictures that you order for long time. I really enjoy to come to this well organice walgreens. the only bad thing is that they only give you 72 hours to call and leave a feed back . Thank you Eunice !!!

This is an older pharmacy in an older section of Hollywood. The Greyhound bus station used to be across the street. The area attracts large numbers of homeless people. This is not Walgreens fault. The store itself is large and clean. Generally well stocked. The service help are friendly and try their best. The pharmacy is efficient. The real problem for this store is that its sales do not permit it to have increased staff. Now that the Publix has relocated it it likely that this store will suffer further decline.

This store is slated to close. Therefore it has been left to ruin. Very dirty, pharmacy mixups involving prescription filling issues, rarely a qualified pharmacist available. Manager completely dis like customers. Think of the worst inner city Walgreens. This one is worse.

The old lady with the Russian accent is very rude, if you ask anything to her, shell responds like you are her enemy.

All I can say for the unkindly reviewers, is, you dont tell everything. The neighborhood is changing thus so are the stores. I use to go to a little mom & pop druggist store, but that neighborhood changed, also. With people coughing & breathing on me like they think theyre @ the ER hospital. This has been the only place in their whole entire lives, Ive seen people remember mother saying Be Yourself. Whoa!!!

Well its an ok Walgreens, not the newest, or best maintained, but has what youd need if you go there. Not sure about some of these comical reviews. Most of these reviews show that theres some strange thing going on in the minds of these low IQers around the Hollywood, FL area. About 90% or higher of these bad reviews have absolutely nothing to do with Walgreens as a shop; one is a 1 star review about a manager saying we dont have water left to someone coming into the store. Im stopping in there and I highly doubt I would have any problem; was only a big appalled that people are giving an actual store low reviews because of other factors outside or around it. I also realize now I dont care too much. Bye.

Ive been shopping here for about 4 years now and never been a problem but ever since I started using coupons it been nothing but problems. Ive educated myself on there policy but its always something new when I pay with coupons.

This walgreens really is bad. It takes forever to get prescriptions and 1/2 of prescriptions were out of stock. For 3 months to get 2 of prescriptions never got and they always said they were out of stock.More than times i called them for prescriptions and they never answered the phone. This walgreens blows. I wish i can move so i can go to another place for prescriptions.

This Walgreens is the worst Walgreens Ive stepped in. Unfortunately, I live right across it so I do some quick in and out runs. Now let me tell you how the service is unbearable. They are completely ignorant. The same women I end up going to in front of the beauty items is always chatting with her co workers. Last time I over heard someone was hiding aka stealing from the store and she was casually just expressing it infront of me like if I didnt exsist. And Today! I went in for buy two get one free with my coupons & guess what!? They werent useful at all. They denied my coupons claiming they were photo copied. And they had the same bar code.. which mind you they didnt have the same upper right code WHICH IS THE ONE THEY NEED! Which btw the manager didnt even claim to care that I told him thats not the code they needed. VERY bad service. So, I went ahead and took my business elsewhere. WHERE they redeemed my coupons and told me how stupid the manager & staff were at Walgreens. Clearly Im upset. And deff I will continue to write reviews because I only experience nothing but stupidity every time I step into that store. Unfortunately Im that petty :) negative one star if you ask me.

Im actually at this Walgreens right now waiting in the car while my boyfriend goes in because I HATE the way the staff are...as we pull up theres a homeless person literally sleeping in front of the store on the ground. About a week ago I went in to buy cigarettes and as Im walking in there was a man and a small girl about 5 years old, out of nowhere a filthy homeless man clearly under the influence of drugs comes up to the little girl and says YOU WANT TO SUCK MY D**K??? I was appalled. He then went inside the store reeking of urine making a big commotion cutting in front of other people in line and the cashier just stood there and did nothing. Absolutely nothing. Me and another man who witnessed the disgusting display outside told two employees and they literally said nothing to us. After the homeless man left another employee walked up to the counter and was spraying a cheap floral scented antibacterial spray while theres about 10 people in line. Absolutely PUTRID.

This location use to be my favorite one, too bad now the service has gone down the drain. Today I drop of my prescription at the pharmacy the gentlemen inform me it will take 45 to an hour, Im ok let the guy know pls let me know as soon as possible, bcs Im in pain with ear infection, I totally understand calling insurance can be difficult, but pls 2hrs later and I havent received any phone call regarding my medication. Thanks to the auto-machine your pharmacy close at 9pm like really, I didnt sleep last night bcs of the pain and now I still dont have any update of whats going on with my insurance and another sleepless night until tomorrow that u open at 9am.

Very bad services I waited more than 2 hours to receive the covic vaccination, bad organization.

They have an older man in the pharmacy, very rude, he did not want to call the cvs to transcribe my prescription and when I told him that theMedication was for breathing that he couldnt wait until tomorrow he laughed.That man is an idiot and I hope they fire him for inhuman.
