Tim is awesome. Very knowledgeable and full of patience. His truck is pretty cool too. The manager is also really nice. Seems like he also know what hes doing. If I had to give any advice to this location it would be to buy more Shiba Inu!

Good experience. The lady that took care of us was super helpful and friendly. Went in to get my son a new phone and she made the process very easy amd smooth.This was my first time in here in just under 2 years when we switched to Verizon. That experience was good as well. Doesnt seem quality has lessened over time.

Should have known better, stopping here was a mistake. Salesperson was terrible, even rude. Verizon prices are the highest of all mobile carriers. They offer no discounts for seniors, or veterans, good company to boycott. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Three stars simply for the fact that they are required to take safety measures while dealing with COVID. After making an appointment and waiting to speak to someone in person about my upgrade and wanting to ask questions regarding specifics of the device..I felt the associate I was working with did not help me anymore than I could have googled myself. Because I mostly had my mind made up that I wanted to purchase a phone and walk out with one, he did still receive my sale based on my previous research and need for an upgrade. As a salesperson, he didn’t actually help in answering any of my questions or concerns. Truthfully, I would have preferred to speak to someone else, but figured with the appointment system I did not have that luxury.We were having issues applying my Verizon up Rewards to my phone purchase so we then ended up purchasing my new device on my Verizon app on my current phone. After thinking the credit had been applied to my purchase and I was going on my way, I took a look at my receipt and realized the credit wasn’t even applied to my purchase after all. I was left with his name and number to contact in case the fix did not show up on my bill. I’ve reached out multiple times to let him know that it has not been fixed but I have heard no resolution and only one response from him. I have now reached out to Verizon customer service to take care of my issue to eliminate him from the equation. The agent over the phone was very helpful and able to take care of my issue for me, thankfully.Over and over while in the store I heard the employees tell customers “we are only a retail location” and they basically couldn’t answer any questions regarding issues outside of device purchases. They were sending people away with a phone number to contact a specific customer service for their issue. Very frustrating to wait a week for an appointment to only be told to go home and call a number. So my advice for anyone is to not bother going into the store, call customer service and purchase your device online or through the app (which is what I ended up doing while standing in the store anyways.)Not a fun process.

Horrible, rude people work here. I was told they were at capacity, waited in the rain, and as I walked in 3 female employees were dancing to music while a male employee stood watching. The manager looked like he quite caring a long time ago. I guess if you pay peanuts, you employ monkeys. I have been with Verizon for 15 years but they just no longer are competitive and apparently no longer have decent customer service. I switched services and saved a bundle getting an unlimited data family plan somewhere else. The district manager deserves to know what goes on here. Check your staff who worked Oct. 23rd after approximately 5pm. This is a beautiful facility and should be staffed by the right sales crew. Not have customers be treated rudely because I interrupted an employee dance party.

Save yourself a huge headache go to TCC in grand haven! Ask for ben or Bailey. They provide excellent service.I spent about a week trying to place an order. First I went to the store, of course that is by appointment only which is fine. But it would be nice if they would say that anywhere on google or there website. Then after waiting I was told I should contact my rep because it was a business plan.That would be fine as well but they guy does not ever answer his phone and is horrible at contacting me back. Text is slightly better but prone to errors. I finally got the order in. I was told it would be Thursday well have the order came in but nit the half I originally tried to order. Then I let him know. He said it will be there tomorrow. So today it didn’t show up. I called him no answer then text him. He responded at 4:45 saying they were on back order until end of November. If he would of told me that right away I would of ordered a different model. Or taken the time to look at the status yesterday when only half my order came, I would of been able to switch.It’s pretty apparent the staff just does not put effort into taking the time to help customers

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I called them and was on hold for 25 minutes while I drove up there and no one ever picked up the phone. And when I got there a young man walked out and stated I can only come in if I had an appointment. I told him I was on hold and they never picked up and he didn’t even apologize. There was one customer in the store and 3 people working. You guys suck. They didn’t try to help me at all. I’ve been a customer for decades! Worse service. I’d love to show you how to treat clients.

We just started new verizon service and purchased 3 new phones on an account under my wifes name (her phone was the first on the account through a business to personal transfer). Day one - I tried to pickup the new phones (paid for with my credit card) but couldnt because I wasnt he account manager (this is our corporate policy), understandable. My wife spent an hour on the phone with Verizon adding me as an account manager (supposedly). I went back to the store to pickup the phones, but couldnt because the system didnt have me listed as an account manager. My wife and I went back to the store to pickup the phones (trip 3). I got home with the phones and the 3 new phones would not activate. I spent an hour online with customer service to fix the problem, with the result of no operational phones and try back tomorrow. I went back to the Verizon store with the phones, and the receipt and asked for help activating the phones. Answer....Im so sorry but I cant help you because youre not listed as the account manager. I asked him to call my wife at the one operational number on the account to confirm. Sorry, I cant...corporate policy because I cant verify her identity. I offered to facetime my wife (from my old phone) so she could show him her id....Im sorry, I cant do that. Corporate policy. I did get a phone number for tech support from him. I asked for the managers name and contact information, but only got a name, no contact information. I would have preferred to contact the manager directly rather than post a google review, but I cant do that without contact information. Im still debating returning the phones and going with Sprint.

Before COVID, regardless of your issue, this place would take an hour or more to get in and out. And short of a couple staff members, they didnt tend to know how to fix your problems past googling the solution. Knowledge about the devices was actually less than Google.After COVID, this is the laziest group of people youll meet. They will literally sit inside their store watching TV, refusing to help you because you didnt jump through all the new policy loops. Then even when you do, they tell you to come back another day because theyre now too busy. Even the representative they made me call said theyve been getting numerous complaints about the store refusing people.Just avoid this place if you can. Not worth your time.

Took hours to get help and issue resolved of 3rd party Verizon store illegally forging my signature on 2 cell phone agreements had to drive a hour out of my way to go-to this store just to get my account unlocked and able to close my Verizon account for life because I will never be a customer of Verizon again because of that also the loss of signal where I use to live and currently live was 0 but Im sure they wont keep lying about having 4g this store was friendly and actually helped thats why they get a 2 could of been a 5 but has Verizon in the name

Jesse greeted me with a kind smile and asked how he could help... with my two 15 year olds in tow... Kyle and Jesse had me fixed up and ready to go within 20 minutes. I truly want to support my local businesses but stores like Verizon actually force customers to shop online because of their prices for accessories. I wanted a cell phone case for my Verizon phone. I usually buy online and I can usually get a case for less than $10. Not at Verizon, you will pay around $30 for the same case. These stores are going to price themselves out of business.

Wait times are outrageous. Prices are ridiculous. Unfortunately they have the best coverage on the Lakeshore. So if you want to use your device. Verizon is the only real option. Markup on their accessories in the store seems to be 40% to 50% over Amazon.

If you have to go to this store, allow yourself 2 hours. The wait is just ridiculous. The prices are not competitive. The staff are nice but you have to wait an hour for any service. It’s worse than going o Secretary of State. It’s worth the drive to the Apple Store in Granville - you will be finished even including the extra drive time sooner than you would waiting at this store. gave it. 2 star only because the staff are nice - but it takes entirely too long for service.

Bought a Verizon phone and one month of service. The phone was never activated so I had to return the phone the next day and spend another hour at the Verizon store. There was some confusion among the employees about why I wouldn’t just reactivate the phone under a new number. Just as I wouldnt repurchase a defective product without an incentive why would I repurchase a defective contract with Verizon? My time is valuable, at least to me.

I was due for an upgrade at the beginning of the year, and my current phone was paid off and beginning to act up. So I decided to go in a see what I could get for an even trade. (This is what I’ve always done every 2 years and my bill never changes, it has always worked well for me.) I didn’t care what phone I got. I just wanted something that worked. I can’t remember who I worked with, but he recommended I get one of the newer iPhones and insisted (on multiple occasions) that my phone bill would not increase because I was doing the even trade. I asked many times to reassure myself and make sure I was understanding correctly that my payment would stay the same. I was told yes. Over and over. Nope. Of course that didn’t happen, up goes my bill $27 a month to pay for this new phone I didn’t even care that I had. 😑

Let me first start by saying I love Verizon. Every time I call their 800 number, they are incredibly helpful. And the coverage cant be beat. But If I could rate this store as zero stars, I would. I have never heard of a place screwing up names so many times. And then refusing service because those names dont match.My husband was refused service because his ID says Jr and they never put Jr on his account. Never a problem in 10 years. Until he tries to make a change to his account in this store. And they refused to help him. But they have no problem TAKING his money when he wants a new phone.My mom also had trouble with them changing her name incorrectly. Took months to get it straightened out.After changing my name after getting married, they somehow changed it to my mothers first name and my new last name. And refused to help me because I wasnt the account owner. I AM the account owner and changed my name in that very store. But they refused to change it to be correct despite me having 3 forms of ID. They said my mom had to come down and show her ID. No matter how many times I tried to explain she doesnt have an ID that matches what the account says, they refused to do anything.I called the 800 number and they helped me change my name (without being able to verify an ID) and helped me change my plan like I wanted. I will never step foot in this store again. They will only help if they can take your money. They wont help if you want to save money.

Wait was over an hour. People with appointments, which is not a published procedure, makes wait even longer. Not all prices are on cards next to phone. Verizon wont match Best Buy prices or deals. Had one question and had to wait 1 hr to ask. Went to Best Buy. Do not know why the Verizon store or Verizon online does not have the best deals or match.

Store is great, very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. All major cell phone companies have confusing hidden charges and all phone company sales staff get paid commission so dont let that effect your decision. Just recently I had a couple of problems with my LG G4 not working, after still having problems after a recent trade in for a replacement, they let me upgrade to a Samsung no problem. Better than the other Verizon store in Holland and way better than the one in either Portage or Benton Harbor. (Lucky me, they dont have a Verizon store in South Haven, so I get to choose between 4, all nearly an hour away....)

Cant detain a person for debt. It was pretty clear we were establishing debt, not theft. You cant tell me I cant leave the premises because I owe you mone . You can only sue regarding civil matters. So I am definitely filing a complaint with the consumers protection bureau. Pretty sad. I think assertive guys can be pretty sexy. I dont know why men always do such lousy things with it. I notice its never a guy asserting a million dollars at me. Its usually a bully or someone trying to take something away. Will NOT be chosing Verizon. O Verison and amanda jozo have showing me that you should always shop around iv been with them for about 7 years now and it was good at 1st then all the little hidden fees aml the add ons and i am now 150 a month for 1 line its an S9 and i have 160 on my contract. So i want to add a line for my son. You know 1 of them smartwatch things and upgrade to an S10 Bet. So all i can get is you owe 16p on yput current phone you get $100 off a smartwatch and 400 off an S10 they will not tell me how much o need they will not tell me what the payments are ans they delivered the threed t and blocked me. Because i simply said i was going to shop around for the best deal after 7 years of service. I have been loyal to them for a long time the insurance policies are a joke and there service to ppl well even when yout customer services representative manages a store and if was not for you be there in thebfirst place and life long friend blocks you that should show you therr customer service.

Epic fail.Made a reservation. Showed up early. Was promptly greeted by staff...The store was busy. I have patience. After a half hour of standing in the middle of the store. Figuring earlier appointments were finally being attended to. Watching levels of inefficiency, sales reps asking people if they were being helped when in fact those people had been sitting at the bench getting closed out, Clueless.I even made eye contact with several wandering sales reps. With zero acknowledgment. When customers came in well after me, were being served.I left.

Not thrilled. I was told we could get credited for 5 lines on their EDGE plan. Only after we started porting lines did they realize that due to some limits they have in place we could only do 3 lines (cost $200 in credit) then the sales person conveniently neglected to realize or tell us that because of that change,a credit per line for this program also did not apply (cost $50 per month)He also added protection on 3 of the lines (cost $33 month).He was able to calculate our monthly cost being LESS than our former carrier before we switched and sold us on $500 in credits (1 per line) and now that were locked in I find my bill is a lot higher because of his incompetence or willingness to add features he knew would cost more? Shame on you Verizon...

Dont buy accessories from them. Way overpriced - even with their discount. Youre better off going online to get cases and screen protectors. Also, they get paid on commission; and act like it. Be prepared to pay an obscene upgrade fee, basically you need to pay a fee before you can pay for a phone. The billing is confusing and designed to hide as many extra charges as possible. Good luck.
