My sister and I were on a plan with Sprint. When we switched over to T-Mobile, we were told that we could trade in our iPhone XRs and get the iPhone 12 Mini for free. To say it was an easy transition would be the biggest lie I have ever told. We paid our first T-Mobile bill (which we were told would be cheaper than our former Sprint bill) but it was more expensive. Whatever. And then my sister gets charged $350 OUT OF NOWHERE by SPRINT for the cost of paying off the devices we got and another month of Sprint. What???? We were lied to. And then she went in to talk about the issue and the lady would not even speak to her. Unprofessional liars here.
Big thank you to Sarah at the James st Plaza location! She was phenomenal! I understand working at a phone store can be so stressful, especially when your manager leaves you alone to fend for yourself! Sarah rose to the challenge and made 4+ customers very happy. I watched as Sarah multitasked to serve everyone that came through the door. She was quick and accurate. Everyone knew she was by herself and she still went above & beyond the call of duty to serve all of us. She was kind, funny, and understanding. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely be back to see her with future phone concerns. This women deserves a RAISE! Thank you Sarah!!
I wanted to take a quick second to shout out Matt & Sarah for being so accommodating with me today. They made me a customer for life. I appreciate that even though I didnt purchase my phone there; they were able to help and get me upgraded to the T-Mobile network with a SIM card exchange. A huge shout out to Matthew M. At T mobile. My new phone was having some problems. With in the week we had been to T mobile 4 times. Which would normally be frustrating and upsetting. It was not our experience at all. Matthew took the time to try and fix the problem and when all else had failed he had a solution. Store is not open when advertised.....I came Saturday night at 7pm closed early. Came Sunday morning 10 am as advertised again closed til 12 noon. Waited in line with one attendant for near an hour....people came in store and left...etc etc.....worker was good but needed 2 or 3 more employees...crazy way to operate a store.
“ We put our customers first..” that’s what they stand by. I’ve been with t-mobile for 15 years and this was the worse experience in those 15 years. Wife’s phone broke, she came in to get it replaced. Was told the iPhone 8 she purchased had a portrait mode in the camera setting which is false, this is only available in the dual camera versions x and Xs. Secondly was told the space gray color she received was the only color that apple made the iPhone 8 in.. which is also false because they make them in gold, silver, and space gray. I came in to get it changed out to a more expensive phone and the sales guy is trying to tell me he doesn’t have time today to do it. Need to get more employees here. Turned away 4 customers while I’ve been waiting here for over an hour already and there is one other person in front of me besides the ones he’s helping.
Ive gone twice in this week and they only have one employee there most of the time and they take forever. Today 3 customers where waiting for an hour when I finally left even tho I was next all I wanted was to buy an apple watch. Thinking about changing carriers just because its so hard just to get service at my local tmobike

They were super helpful and answered all our questions but the hours of operation are not accurate. Need to get my phone replaced and hours online say Sunday open until 8, went to the store sign says open until 5. Pulled in at 430 and doors are locked.
Terrible customer service, I had more help talking with another store from another state than I did when talking with store. They seemed very uninterested to help out at all, and when they did they were trying to charge us for ridiculous fees. At the end of the day I had to go to another city for help. These people are not a reflection of T-mobile customer service and should not be associated with them.
Terrible customer service, still make you pay for broke phone. Bought phone brought it back within hours because it was defective and they would not refund me all the money. Had to call corporate office to get my money back.

Would give 0 stars if I could solely because they damaged my phones sim card slot, When they tried to install it. The sim card slot then damaged, so now my phone cant recognize the sim card and has problems. Will go to another T-mobile store that knows what theyre doing.
Shaun was the the most helpful manager ive ever worked with, he is very nice very patient and helped me and resolved all of my phone issue with no hassle. So happy tmobile holland is finally open!! Everyone who wants a great experience go to the tmobile of holland!! Never going to grandville or rivertown ever again
