I have always had great service from this store over the years. Unfortunately though, over the last two years, this store has changed. The good employees have left and the lazy employees have been hired. I enjoy talking to people face to face, but due to the lack of knowledge about AT&T products, my service will be over the phone with corporate or another store. I am saddened, but talking to corporate I have been able to accomplish everything plus more.The sad part, corporate has said this capable to do everything said they can’t and aren’t allowed to do. This is the 3rd and final time I have heard this same story about this store from corporate after calling because of problems.
Waited 30 minutes in my car and couldn’t even come into shop. 3 employees Working and only helping 1 person because security said you’ve hand theft. Then a 4 the person came in and now they are only helping 2 people. Those other employees just stood around while cars backed up and they all had to wait. The parking lot was full of upset people who could have been helped. Why??? Theft, (not a good reason) and a AT&T policy as I was told. Also in purchasing a new phone they do NOT help you transfer anything.

This location has some of the best customer service/teamwork I’ve ever experienced in a retail store. The Manager was very friendly! Derek was very knowledgeable and provided high level support. Sara was very nice and personable! Always great to be able to connect with such great professionals. I will drive out of my way to return to this location!
***AT&T directed my complaints here, the physical store, instead of with the company themselves. Id give the store 5/5, company 0/5*** The rep in Holland was very kind and helpful. No complaints about the service and store in particular. They were helpful and direct about what they couldnt do and what our next steps were. AT&T on the other hand was very disappointing, my needs werent met due to their policy and we had to spend multiple nights on hold with an outside source to activate the device. If these reviews hit AT&T in a significant way Id rate it differently but the employees I met deserve a good review.
The rep was polite but the fact that AT&T no longer helps the buyer set up phone or transfer data prevented us from discovering how complicated and cumbersome the phone was. We were not told that there is now a $50 restocking fee so when we came back the next day to return the $60 flip phone we had to pay the exorbitant restocking fee for zero labor on their part. We felt like AT&T doesn’t care about the needs of the customer just the $$.
We were able to pay our internet/phone bill here even by using a split payment. Easy, fast and convenient.
I was looking for a new tablet and asked the person working there if she could help me transfer my stuff from the old to the new and she flatly said absolutely not. When I said I checked other stores and they told me they would gladly help me she told me she thought I should go to the other store then. She would not open the box for me to look at a tablet but told me to go to best buy and buy one. Real good sales person. Not willing to help at all,

We had a very good experience with this store. Rob was helpful, patient, and positive as we asked questions about the phones we were thinking about (and ended up) ordering to change to, promotions, insurance, and specs. It was our shortest AT&T visit yet!
Went into there building thinking I was going to buy a new phone today but nope. I am under my mother’s account still, which my name is under. They told me they couldn’t serve me because of an expired driver’s license. My address on my ID is the same address on the account as well. I had all of my mothers information to buy a new phone. I called my friend who works for one of the at&t stores (who happens to be a manager), he let me know they can’t turn down people with expired licenses because of COVID and people not getting their ID’s. Just a bunch of lazy people not wanting to do their job today. Will be telling all of my friends not to buy from them.
1st salesman lied to us about our number being the same, then lied to his boss not once but twice right in front of him right in a row,He needs to be dealt with, we made 3 trips to that store that day, it 30miles oneway

This AT&T store is the best one Ive been to. I havent been that big of a fan of AT&T in general since switching networks, but the staff at this store does try to work with and explain things with you. I have had to bring my phone in a couple times for a new screen protector replacement and one thing I love is they do it right there, depending on the brand you have. It is extremely convenient that they do that for me, as I am horrible at putting on screen protectors. This AT&T store has top notch customer service.
Store was very clean and the staff was focused and well mannered. They welcome me as soon as I walked in the door every time. Location has a great home feel! I highly recommend AT&T in Holland if youre looking for great customer service.
The rep that I was working with was very helpful. Ill do some more shopping around before committing to an AT&T service again, but they were helpful and friendly while I was there.
Best group of guys ever. I showed up with my new Google Pixel phone and the took care of everything for me and showed me how to use it.

The team members are always very friendly and helpful, but the problem is it takes too long to talk to them. Plan on a 30 minute wait each and every time you stop in. You couldn’t even purchase a phone case without burning half your lunch hour. I watched 2 customers just walk out when it was obvious they were here to purchase a product.
Had a great time here.We were treated very nice and professional.I got a new iPhone and they sat down at a table with me to get the device activated and change plans and swap contacts over to new phone.It was like a concierge service.If you think you can just come in the front door and get instant service you are MISTAKEN.You have to make plans with them like a week in advance for that awesome personal service.Dont be rude jerk and storm out of the store.They make plenty of money from nice people ! They dont need yours.People are here to learn and spend money.Not deal with other rude customers.If your having a bad day then dont even come into the store.Your bothering other customers.I spent close to 1K on my upgrade.I speak for all customers that dont want any part of your rude nonsense.

Helped us with signing up for DirecTV Now so that we could take the free Apple TV from the promotion home that day rather than wait for 2-3 weeks to be shipped. They were helpful in answering the questions I had and helped us pretty quickly. The staff here has always been helpful when we had questions or needed to make changes related to our cell phones also.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with I was lied to several times told I could transfer my phone when it was paid off to any other carrier, they sent me 3 replacement phones they told me I could pay on my phone early and they wouldnt let me they said its either the $8 a month payment on a $250 phone or pay off completely. I went back after was told from Best Buy that my phone could not be transferred to Verizon and the girl in their insured me that it could so I got the unlock code and they still couldnt do it I went back and once again the girl finally admitted she thought I could so they lied to me that Ive had my phone replaced 3 times I called AT&T home office they sent me a completely different phone because Selena the manager was very rude to me they wouldnt help me they ignored me totally when I came in the door or nothing I had to interrupt the manager two times because she was ignoring me and I finally walked out and call AT&T corporate office. They will lie to you these kids in there dont know what theyre talking about theyll tell you anything you want to hear just to sell you a phone. The manager Selena knew I was coming back because they left the store with no manager one day when I came in there and I told him to call her she wouldnt even talk to me on the phone told me to come back and she wouldnt even acknowledge me so whoever has any thought of going to this AT&T store You Better Think Twice they have lousy service and their people are absolutely rude and you wait for hours just to be waited on I wouldnt give them a one-star rating they are absolutely horrible. I will be taking this to the problem solvers letting it go on the news to let everybody know how they treat their customers once they have their money
Well, so far Ive been standing here for over an hour waiting for someone to help me do something that should take about 2 minutes. There is absolutely no urgency with the associates at this location. I may need to have to do call-ahead seating next time or get dinner while Im waiting my turn. Give yourself a good hour and a half to do something simple. Could be half a day if you are doing something that will need som thought. Stay tuned......

Switched over my service from Mint Mobile and Jess was an awesome associate who helped me. She was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I got the best deal suited for me with the great coverage I get with AT&T.

Im a bit hesitant to visit tech or cellphone stores because the reps will always just push you into buying the latest Samsung Galaxy, but the service rep at this store was really helpful and gave me a lot of useful, unbiased information. Im not sure how many AT&T stores there are in Holland, but this is definitely the store Id recommend to any friends who are looking into AT&T.

Would highly suggest that the staff attempt to teach people how to do somethings like how to add / delete apps rather than do it for them taking so much time with one visitor while everyone else waits. Maybe you can teach them when you sell the phone.

These transactions are never fast. AT&T is a Labraya Tar Pit of beauracracy into which one can disappear. That being said, these stores speed things up a LOT, so whenever I have a business account problem I DO NOT CALL. I visit.
Busy cell store but extremely knowledgeable, and friendly staff. However appointments mean nothing. I had a 6 p.m. at 630 I left. And they verified my apointment on arrival.
Its been my best phone service for a long time
At&t is billing me twice for one line of service with 2 account numbers. Been trying to fix this for over 3 weeks. If you call they tell you to go to a store, go to a store youre told to call. The run around is ridiculous. Should have stayed with Verizon. And where is my gift I was promised for switching? Getting the run around on that too! Multiple complaints have been filed with the fcc about their services and the way they do business. You will not scam me out of $125 for a tablet!
The employees are always very helpful here. We bundled with them but now we only have their internet. Their cable didnt have the channel line up my husband wanted.

I brought my almost 70 year old in-laws in to upgrade their phones. Mike from the get go was extremely curt and irritated with us. My in-laws already feel behind the times because of their age, a sales rep at a moblie phone store should not be making them feel any more unintelligent. He had little remarks about every thing that was said, didn’t offer to help find an iPhone charger when the one at the table was being used by an employees phone, and was just quite frankly not someone I’d ever do business with again.
Walked in at 9am, two people working but only one person can actually help you. But even though I was first to walk in he took someone who had an appointment. Sorry I work full time and don’t have an hour to sit around. Ridiculous service!
