Ive been with rent a center for quite a while and theyve always have great customer service and go above and beyond to get you what you want.

The manager Mike was amazing in helping me after the Grand Haven store was deceptive with my rental agreement and he went above and beyond to rectify someone elses mistake...I will always recommend the Holland branch! Thanks Mike you are awesome!!!

My experience is more personal because when I was working there mike the store manager told to not speak about bed bugs and cockroaches. Mike will do whatever ever it takes for personal gain even if that means blaming other people! Save your money and buy the item out right. The service is so simple a monkey could do it!

Used to have no issue with them. Now i had gotten a blue ray player, it had stopped reading discs... And I brought it in to them to get it fixed... That was 3 months ago. I am very unhappy. Everytime we call its always an excuse as to why it hasnt been fixed. Im getting to the point to where I am about to go buy a new one.

Anyone who expects low prices in the rent to own area is a fool. This manager is spot on and great at his job. If you have a bad experience here it is on you. Honest workers and great staff dynamic. I had hard financial times and RAC was there to have my back as soon as I was on my feet. Not like that other place that seems nice, but has no loyalty to their customers. I looked through their catalog and did not find the computer I wanted. Mike the manager then placed me on Amazon and we found it. RAC Franchise will custom order your item and figure a reasonable price. Die hard RAC customer and this will not change. unless I win the lottery. Great job to mike and staff. BTW BRING BACK RUBY lol
