Debbie gave both my husband and I excellent customer service, she went above and beyond. Debbie had all the answers to our questions and assisted me with the purchase of my new phone and cell case as well as downloading all the tons of photos to my new phone. My husband will be returning soon to get a new phone of his own and we definitely will be looking forward to doing business with Debbie again, shes the best!

I recently got a phone and got my service through MetroPCS because of a commercial I saw on TV. Previously being with Verizon, I was sick of paying over twice as much for phone service with only a sliver of data. Now I only pay $30 total and I am much happier with my service. Ive never had any problems with any dropped calls and I have unlimited data. Also, the guys at the counter were really nice and super easy to talk to. Very helpful with any questions that I had and for getting my phone set up. I only wish I would have changed over years before I did.

I made a great choice when I decide to sign up with metro, they have a great staff that didnt try to up sell me and they were nice and polite. They even helped me get the most bang for my buck, when I walked in I expected to pay a bunch of money for my plan and phone accessories but they got me what I needed and get me the cheapest prices they can go. Thanks people at metro!!!

While I personally find the carrier itself to have poor signal along the Lake shore, and had a bad taste in my mouth about MetroPCS the guys at this store changed that. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Being from Grand Haven it was just an accident I ended up at this store, I was supposed to pick up a phone from someone in Holland off of CL and when that fell through Joe and Jesus could see how I was in need of a new phone ASAP and they got me set up for a great deal. After spending an hour or more in their store I noticed how they were very helpful to their customers and I really appreciated their help to me.Sincerely,The guy with the Note 5

Metro PC has been very good to me. They have always been available when I have needed them and never overcharged me for services. Always was I made to feel like I was appreciated and valued as a customer and that they even went above and beyond to sell me the services I needed at the best prices they could offer. While the people are nice enough, the phones are not great quality and the service is ok. It seems like unless you spend a ton of money, you arent going to get great quality. Weve had to deal with one phone failing, and when we got a replacement, two weeks later the replacement phone had some type of hardware failure, now our only choice was to have one of us be without a phone and wait for another replacement or pay to upgrade.(Both the upgrade fee and the price of the phone).

Metro sucks first my phone wont receive calls I only get signal in parts of my home then my own WiFi doesnt work reset it twice I go in to the metro store guy says oh let me update it for you 😶 really ! He tells me to restart my WiFi and then I tell him I Paid $85 for this phone and says no we gave that free phone you paid for service can I sell you a better phone 😣! I guess thats how they get you I just wish someone would have warned me!(THEY SUCKED)!😢 scams

Went to metropcs to buy my first smartphone. I was set on a galaxy phone. I selected the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. The saleswomans service was impeccable, cant say the same thing about the salesman. He preceded to try to sell me another phone for $10 more, price was not the issue and he didnt get it. He had rude responses when I asked him questions about the plans. I also requested the 30 dollar plan, yet when I checked the phone, it said I was on the 60 dollar plan. I then preceded to sign up for online billing so I dont have to deal with people like him. He also at first quoted 20 dollars for a case, when I refused and was walking out the door he dropped the price to 15.Seen salespeople like him with the same sales tactic in NYC, its pretty shady to be doing the same in Holland.
