Ordered a Xbox 360 controller on 10/29 and received it yesterday. When I went to use it that when I noticed it was broken and wouldn’t work. So when I thought about returning it I realized that I can’t do to the 7 day return policy. I WON’T EVER BUY ONLINE FROM HERE AGAIN! I will continue to shop here because it is a nice place to get new games at low prices.

My only issue was they need to have more than one person working on a release day. Spent more time standing in line than we did for the rest of the visit combined. Rep was awesome and did her job well despite the overload, but she was bouncing between phone calls and a long line in store.

Honestly, this is the best GameStop Ive been to. Every time I go in, Im treated like a friend, and the employees recognize me. Great customer service, and they make me feel like Im getting the best out of all my options. They even helped me with a PS4 issue when Geek Squad at Best Buy said my system was broken for free. Strongly recommend this GameStop over all the others, and it earns its Prestige rating.

Smaller store. Prices are typical GameStop prices. Definitely not as good as the locally owned stores as they never are. If you are looking to buy or sell your games do not go to a GameStop. They do however have some fun novelty items. The staff here was friendly.

People there are really cool and knowledgeable of the games and everything. Really great selection of little collectibles, great for gifts! I have had bad experiences at GameStop before, but never at this location!

I had a blast when I stopped in on the other day. I was greeted promptly and the staff were awesome! I browsed the store for a while and every so often the employees would walk buy and see if I needed help or had questions about anything. There was an item I was looking for that I couldnt find and one of the employees did some searching and found what I was looking for.

Overall very customer-friendly and quality store:Specifics:-Staff are conscious of customers-Staff are down-to-Earth and will easily talk to you about games, etc.They dont come off as fake and their personalities are easily seen. Theyll easily strike a long conversation with about a lot of things, if youre OK with it.-Staff is knowledgeable about most popular games and also the business side.-Store has a wide demographic appeals (males of all ages, women above around or above 18, and soccer moms). Its also bright(e.g. Nintendo, shirts section, memorabilia, etc), but also does have some dabbles of grittier posters (like Call of Duty).

Staff is wonderful, the place is nice. Great atmosphere and I love the stuff they have.

Employees are friendly here, and have good videogame related conversation. Its a pleasant shopping experience.

They had the game I wanted but the problem was that they gave me two disc that did not work at all and they wanted five dollars to ship a new disc complete waste of my time

Im not much of a console gamer but I do occasionally pick up a game for my PS4 as long as its an exclusive. I do most of my gaming on PC but when I do want an exclusive, this is generally where I go. Its local and the staff is friendly. Plus you can return pre-owned games which is great because sometimes my son doesnt like a game and we can just take it back.

When Monster Hunter: World was released I pre-ordered the game a day before release for a friend and when I went to pick it up the Gamestop employees warned me that I would not receive any of the physical or digital bonuses associated with the pre-order because I had pre-ordered too late in the day with almost no explanation. I presumed limited stock on the physical items but also digital? They said it had something to do with the time I pre-ordered that day and at some point in the mid-day their systems clocks considered the sale a release day purchase but assured me that I would be able to pick the game up at 9PM. I never really understood how you can process an order and give a product to a customer 3 hours before its release as a pre-order but cant give them the rewards associated with it. Whatever.Fast Forward to today, a friend told me that he was having financial trouble but was hoping to purchase Pokemon Sword and Shield for him and his daughter. Looking to capitalize on the Double Pack that Gamestop has and get the pre-order bonuses associated with them I called today on November 14th 2019 10 minutes after the store opened. I asked if the product was in stock and if it was possible to pre-order the Double Pack over the phone to which the employee confirmed they had the item but they could not do a pre-order without putting money down over the phone. Remembering my snafu with Monster Hunter I asked if I should dash over to Gamestop on my lunch break or wait until I got out of work at 3PM and still be eligible for the pre-order bonuses. The employee assured me that it absolutely did not make a difference, at which point I asked him why it would matter in one instance (MHW) and not another to which he said he had zero clue and that just the other weekend many people pre-ordered the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare game just before Midnight and were still able to collect all the pre-order bonuses associated with it. Slightly after 3PM I arrived at the store and explained to the clerk that I called earlier. He explained that they had one stock left of the Double Pack and that I would not be eligible for the associated pre-order bonus because it was late in the day and stock was limited and that the bonus did not apply to the Double Pack, only the single games. Trying not to be frustrated, I calmly explained that not only does the Gamestop website offer the pre-order bonus with the Double Pack as well as the standalone games, but that I called prior and was assured that this wouldnt happen. Completely indifferent, the clerk informed me I was more than welcome to come back and purchase the game in full at 6PM and that I could pick up the game at Midnight as a pre-order, but that I would receive none of the pre-order bonuses. Alternatively I was given the option to purchase each game separately but the Double Pack specifically offers exclusive content that you cant get with the individual products. I left and promptly went to Best Buy, who not only had plenty of the Double Packs in stock, but also honored the pre-order bonus. Incredible.I went out of my way to avoid this situation, asked all the right questions and did my due diligence and once again Gamestop failed to deliver. The staff does not work with you or concisely explain anything. They have zero flexibility and BS you to get you to make a purchase. This has to be the 6th time I have went in there to purchase a console game for a friend or family member and there is some complication that is not resolved except for with a too bad and a shoulder shrug. Even now, at 6:30PM I am able to pre-order the Double Pack online with all of the advertised bonuses included on the Gamestop website. What distinction am I failing to understand about the pre-order deal if both Amazon and Best Buy seem to not have this problem? Why is the Double Pack pre-order bonus not honored but I was told I could buy them separately to have the deal honored? What difference does it make for a physical item? This store/ company and its staff are awful.

Im new to the area and an avid gamer. This GameStop isnt the biggest but the staff was nice. They dont hound you at the door. They help when its needed and thats what I would prefer. Most GameStops are very pushy. I just wish GameStops would carry the old stuff. For that reason I could never give any GameStop more than 4 stars. So essentially this was a perfect score for a GameStop.

The WORST! My husband put a down payment on a funko pop in Feb. When they called to say it was in, my husband went to pick it up and they sold it. They stated they would get another one and guaranteed it. After 2 1/2 months, my husband went to check on it and they said it was discontinued. No phone call, no offer to accommodate for their mess up..nothing. When he went in for his refund, they gave it to him and when he said, Sorry, that he would never be back again, all he got from this dumb kid was an oh well, byeas this kid turned around to continue flirting with this little girl.. nothing but a bunch of unprofessional jackasses. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!, they are careless, and thoughtless of their customers. it this had the option for 0 stars thats exactly what they would get.

The stores are great, if you are regular buyer do not i repeat do not buy from gamestop online, i paid for my preordered of destiny for my god of war ps3 just for when the game was released they tried charging me a 2nd time that which my bank card number had changed. They contacted me via email instructing me to pay for the game . 1.5 yr later they told me i might get my money returned
