Went in. On Friday. October. 1st. Around 1240ish the Guy Was really have. A rough. Day. Daughter. Wanting a fone. And mom saying ok and denialing it at the end. She did this 3 times. Wen I was in there and it looked like they had been doing that a few times more ether he helped them and then wen there card got rejected he remained calm and collect and politlyasked them to step aside while they figure wat was wrong with there card and he went on and politly and very helpfuly helped me. Do a. Simple payment I would definitely. Give the young kid a raise., . ... PS. Least. A 1.25. More just saying

Today I was having trouble with unlocking a phone and porting over another number to this phone- the ladies Lynn and Lezlyn were the utmost helpful in doing this process and I have to commend them for being professional and very helpful- in the end I got the phone unlocked, ported over the number and contact info all with their patient help. Thank you ladies,, job well done!

The store manager was fantastic. Very kind and very very knowledgeable. The district manager was nothing but rude! Seemed like all he wanted was the sale. The store manager actually worked with me to get the best plan that suited me. Not just to get a sale. And that speaks volumes as they work off commission. He was great! But the district manager really ruined the experience for me.

They greet u with a smile and are very polite and help u out with ur problem with ur phone issue when I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and politeness and they helped me order my replacement phone with no problem I want to send out a thank u 2 the. Two guys that helped me out on aug 24/2017.
