READ THE WHOLE THING FOR FULL REVIEW: Unfortunately, they couldnt help me much with my package, through no fault of the employees of this specific location (they pretty much have about as much information as you do looking at the tracking website) but rather the fault of FedEx as a company, its system, and its terrible terrible phone customer service reps. BUT, they really did the best they could for my situation. This included calling me to touch base on what was going on. When we finally had to drive out to the actual distribution center to get our package (which was supposed to be held at this location), Sara, at this FedEx office, called me to make sure that I had picked it up and it wasnt an error. If you need basic mailing services, stamps, etc, or you absolutely have to send through FedEx, I would recommend this location and its employees. But I would more strongly recommend that you stay as far away from FedEx as a whole as you possibly can. Use it only as a last resort for shipping. And I do mean last resort. But, again, for other mailing services, this place will do you well.
I use them for printing all sorts of invitations and materials, most recently everything for my wedding. They are SO helpful. They go out of their way to ensure my products are perfect and work through any challenges with me. I cant say enough good things about the staff here!
I had a international shipment that I needed assistance with. Found the staff to be very helpful and patient. It was also great to have a computer available for use at this location.

Dropping off a package, asked to wait outside since I didn’t have a mask. No problem. Not stirring the pot. Safety first. Almost done and a white dude walks right in sees me outside engaging with fedex employee. Not asked to wear a mask, not wearing one and by no means did the same person who told me that a mask was required treat is the same.... what gives? 1:30pm
I don’t like this location. The guys that works there is really rude. They lost my package couldn’t deliver me but instead they showed me mood. I called 18 times and then got reach of them. Don’t go there take your business somewhere better
I was in need of a print job to be rushed today and when I called the store to inquire on if my need could be accommodated, Mikaela said she would be happy to assist me. In under 1 hour she was able to have my print job done and she definitely met my expectations. I had wonderful customer service and she was accommodating, kind, helpful and really listed to my needs. I am a very satisfied customer and Mikaela is fantastic at her job. Thank you!
Says they’re supposed to be open but they’re not
Ever since Brandon left this location has been going downhill. I always seem to get Derek when I go into the store for quick pickups and constantly have to wait in line while he tries to get the job done. I’m not sure what it is, but he just hasn’t been able to keep pace, even though he seems to have been there for awhile. The manager is always in store but hidden away in back and doesn’t seem to help out Derek, especially when lines back out to the door, though she does see them, just doesn’t help out the customers which is confusing as she seems very nice but seemingly unaware to the line or understaffing. I have already transferred all my print needs to a different local fedex location, and will continue to use this location for pickups only for its location, despite the lines and lacking of front office staff since Brandon left.The fact that I wrote this all while in line waiting for 12 minutes to pick up 2 packages should say it all.Utterly disappointed....yet again.
Our company had to do a mass colored job for a seminar.I emailed the project to them, and it was done in just a couple of hours!And they looked BEAUTIFUL.The staff was helpful and courteous.Will send future projects to this location!!Thank you! :)
Employees are very helpful and usually can answer or handle anything you throw at them with calm.During the day, this place gets really busy and there never seem to be enough employees to handle it. Better to come early or after rush hour.Also transactions will go better if you have pre-printed labels and confirmation numbers in hand.
I am having a sign created for my office. I was working with Brenda and she was amazing to work with. She gave me some advice about what would look best. She went above and beyond.
The staff at the store are super nice. They took the time needed to answer my questions and package everything securely. Highly recommend shipping with the folks there.
Been using this location since it opened a few years back with moderate success. Although never impressed with their pricing structure, the document quality was usually pretty good. Called today to reorder an item they have printed for us before & somehow it is no longer on-file... I find this interesting as we have paid a set-up fee, modified and approved proofs, etc. for each & every one of our regular consumable documents including this one and was promised each time that they would have everything on-file. Today the manager tells me we only show one document on file for your company when they should have no less than five at this point. He finally agrees to waive the set-up fee and promises everything will be on-file from this point forward. Sorry, but I am sure NOT going to pay a set-up fee every time I need the same documents - I am taking our printing business elsewhere.
Got a couple of packages delivered to this location. This is the Hillsboro location, and not the one in Tanasbourne. The front desk lady is very friendly and helpful! She even offered to carry the packages to my car. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Worst service. Went in to send a simple fax, and ended up leaving and going to office depot after a half hour of listening to the employee complain about his manager not coming in and how he had to work alone. No customer but me. It was ridiculous, and in the end the fax could never be sent.
Worst service ever. Spent a whole week screwing up only 12 invitations. Would make a trip to ok 1 model then wait till next day to get the 12 - 5x7 prints to have them all completely wrong again. Finally gave up. They use to have decent workers here, now just rude and incompetent.
I tried to get a Canadian passport photo here. The employee refused. All he needed to do was to write the store name, address and date on the back of the photo. Im sorry thats not a service we offer. Really!? I had to wait a long time to have a lazy guy refuse to write on the back of a photo.
Office Max is right down the street, where they will actually provide service. Go there instead. Not all Kinkos are bad, but this one is.
Most friendly and easy to use of the fed ex offices i have visited locally. the staff knows what they are doing and that is what really matters
Service here has been great the few times Ive been here.Though, I have low expectations, and I get overjoyed when they tape up my boxes for free.

The copy machines dont work very well here. It took me forever to finish a project I was working on because I had to keep changing machines. The staff was friendly and tried to help.
