In 2021 they only have one computer to scan my package and give me a reciept that I dropped it off. I was told to take a picture of the tracking label but that doesnt give me a warm and fuzzy feeling that FedEx accepted it? There arent any other computers to show customers office furniture on?
Not a bad store but a depressing one. The sodas were under $1 because they were literally about to expire. Yikes!

I made it there at 6:58 just in time to watch an employee close and lock the door in the face of an elderly woman, shrug, then walk away. I understand the frustration of working retail and last minute customers such as myself. However the blatant disrespect to a person of advanced age makes me not want to give this location my continued business. In the future I will go to a business that doesnt lock doors in little old lady faces.

My son had earned money towards some art supplies. He was very excited to spend his money and the workers were very sweet listening to him. Their prices on some things are higher but they have really good sales.
They shipped the wrong desk. Somehow they managed to send a totally different desk then what was on the receipt, and the order, and the shipping list. When the incorrect desk arrived, and I noticed it was wrong, I had to wait over half an hour while the office depot rep spoke to corporate. Initially they wanted me to wait another two weeks to have the correct item delivered, which was utterly unacceptable as, believe it or not, I was depending on Office Depot to do their job as I paid them to do. I managed to talk them into three days for a re delivery of the correct item. I now get to wait with a giant desk box full desk parts in my living room waiting for the day they come to pick it up. Keep in mind the box was held together with glue, and is now completely impossible to close since I needed to open it to see it was the wrong item (label on the outside had my name and the correct info), so I just have small Styrofoam fragments literally everywhere.Perhaps I am being too critical or jaded but I dont think asking for some store credit, or perhaps even offering to set the new desk up. But no, nothing but hope that when they re-deliver next time the correct item will be delivered.----Edit; 1/3/2019 Office Depot decided to, a week after my items were ordered, to refund my order and then charge me a higher amount. I had to call corporate to get the issue resolved.Reflecting back, every single aspect of my order was mishandled in a dramatically different way. From receiving incorrect items, to needing to store large boxes of unwanted furniture in my home, outright missing items signed for by someone that was not me, refunding my order so they could then charge me a significantly higher price and hope I would not notice... I simply cannot recommend this company to anyone, unless you are interested in a case-study of how to not run a business.
Went into Office Depot to get some photos printed of my dog. Emmi was amazingly helpful at getting my pup printed. Would recommend!
Went in to grab some folders and notebooks for my summer classes and I ended up leaving empty-handed. I couldnt find their notebook section, and based on my search through the store, it seems that their selection of other office supplies is incredibly limited.The store had SEVERAL employees standing around the door chatting loudly, and not one bothered to ask me if I needed help despite the multiple laps I made around the store with an empty basket in hand. Ended up going home and buying what I needed from Amazon and I recommend you do the same

Amazing help and understanding from the managers at this store. I had some really bad luck with some faulty devices and they let me return them, even though I forgot the receipt at home, the manager was willing to look up the sale in the computer since it was only yesterday. It was a no-questions-asked return, and they were extremely friendly. Both the assistant manager and the manager are really great people.

The employees there are always very knowledgeable and if theres something that they dont know instead of pretending that they do and misleading you for prides sake they will find somebody in the store that works there that has that knowledge that you seek. Brown skinned people beware! Im just tired of being profiled at this store. If it was once or twice I could ignore it however it is every time I walk in they go into lock down mode. The security guy gets called up to stands in front of the door. Additional assistance is called up to the front, again and stand near the door and normally from entering all available personnel have one corner of there eye on me. For what? a couple of pens and some folders. This is radiculus. Its sad that America is still this backwards and worse that the people who are in these security positions and often enforcing this profiling behavior are often dark complected themselves. I am a 47 year old professional who owns a successful local company ( its not like Im walking in with baggy torn pants, a hoodie over my head and sun glasses). It shouldnt matter either way. They tell me they always have someone at the door however I rarely see someone when I enter, however I always see many watching me when I exit. If this happens to you too please state your mind with me. This has got to stop!!!
We waited in line for about 5 min only to be called up to the print table, then we were asked to write out the order. Once done we waited another 20 minutes to be helped. That lady was nice and got started on our order. Then the manager was called over to help the only other person in line. Only 3 customers, waiting over 30 minutes to be helped. Then I was rudely chewed out by the manager so he could quit working on my print job to get this other ladies online order. So finally we were told our order would be ready in the morning, and I told him that would not be possible, so he was like fine I can try to have it ready by 8:30 tonight. So needless to say after I pick up my order, we will not be using your location again. I have never been treated so rudely for bringing business to your company.
Had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter and exit the store. Got home and realized they overcharged me. Probably wont return to that one.

I was there for the print services. The workers are really nice but the equipment has some problems. For instance, the cutter cuts everything a kite crooked. If you need envelopes printed, it wrinkles them. But if all you need us regular prints and copies, the place will be fine and fairly priced.

I went to the store to purchase a tablet computer and I spoke with the technician discussing what I wanted to use the computer for. They said nothing about the application not running on some tablets. When I tried to run the application it didnt work. When I discussed this with the technician he told me that the droid applications are usually written for phones. This would have been good to know before I purchased so that I could research the computer and application to determine if they are compatible. Now I have a computer that doesnt do everything I require. I wont trust the employees at that store again.

This place really sucks. The costomer service is horrible. The business is pretty poor as well, as no one ever comes in there. Today I figure out why. I went in with a few dollars on my rewards card, thinking I could grab a few things. I grabbed 3 things adding up to 9$. I had $9.43 on my rewards account, so I thought I could use that. When I got to the register, my account did not show up. Later, they said I needed to print the certificate out. Where did it say that on the email or website? Confused, I tried to log into my account, but couldnt remember the username or password. What a hassel. When the manager finally came to help me, I thought i might get the rewards. He just sent me back over to the cash register and the woman still couldnt figure out how to ring up the amount. This situation was getting to be overwhelming. So the only thing I could do was leave. I spent 30 minutes in store, just waiting. So I would like to thank the employees, manager, and office Depot for ruining my afternoon.

I went there to mail a package. The guy was completely incompetent. He kept going off to try and help other customers and left me hanging... It took 1/2 hour to get to the point where I needed to pay them and he sent me to the front of the store to do that. The cashier looked puzzled and said $2000.00 I told her to guess again. the actual postage was $3.18.It has now been 5 days and USPS has no record of this package. This 1 star rating is because they wont let me NOT select ZERO Stars.I rate them Negative 10 stars and will use UPS from now on.
The team at this Office Depot are top notch. They go out of their way to help their customers. I go out of mine to shop and do business at this location.

Every time I step foot in this location I have the worst experience. Every employee I’ve seen working in copy and printing section has had the worst customer service. I’m always waiting at least 10 minutes ( even if the store is empty and I’m the only one waiting in line ). Not only did I have to wait forever but not once did an employee look at me or even tell me that they’d be right with me? And it’s happened every time. They make it very clear that they hate their jobs.
