Please, please, please avoid at all costs, especially if you’re in a time sensitive matter.They have sent the wrong paper three times.Twice with a completely different stock as desired. Which would be fine if they recognized what the paper was, so I could order more of the same paper. After two weeks of no response, a useless chat operator and an in person visit to a barren office, there was no help, only “I will have to talk to the production team”. And they never got back.Third time, I got the original paper as intended in the first two orders, hooray… but it was the wrong weight. Way to thin.Come on you guys! How do you sleep at night knowing this company is useless?
I would not recommend ordering from this company. They do not have their act together. Not to mention it looks like they arent really a USA company. I received a shredder that I paid top dollar for only to find out it isnt what is described in the specs. It overheats and takes 30 minutes to cool down. It is Not a cross cutter as it states and doesnt accept as many sheets or even close to it. The real issue is trying to return it. I emailed immediately the issue and 10 days later not response. I called and went to the extension for starting and RMA response only to find that line doesnt really work. I then did a chat where they ask me to upload a photo. Long story short, I was then sent a link to start the process, of which I did. We will see how this goes.
Unprofessional and unresponsive. I had a VERY bad experience and wish I had read the reviews first. Sold defective product and refused to participate in any resolution.
Bad purchase experience. we bought a pouches lamination machine from them, which is a tamerica brand. this machine has product defect so that can not achieve aim as their description on website. I know that their return and refund policy can not be same as amazon. but after we show the proof and ask for return or replace to better product, and after dozens of email and phone communication, they just passed the buck with manufacturer for 2 month. waste our time which several times of the product value and not solved it at all.
As the virus has forced work from the office to home, I had a need at home for a heavy-duty shredder capable of destroying expired client tax files and other confidential information. MyBinding had the best prices, product information, and selection... and, particularly, customer service. When I later decided to upgrade, the company made the return easy and provided excellent customer service to help me. I couldnt be more pleased with the products and service. I highly recommend MyBinding.
Company showed an item in stock so I dedicated my time and efforts purchasing from them after a lot of research. I was later alerted they indeed did not have the product in stock. That is usually not a reason for a negative review as mistakes happen. They were then unhelpful coming to a resolution and frankly quite rude about it. That part deserves a negative since after their inventory discrepancy issue they were then disrespectful and impossible to work with. Furthermore, the refund took quite some time.
I was lured in with the great pricing. The customer service is about as bad as you can imagine. I wish i could give them zero stars. I had to order a product twice because of a delivery problem. I was told my first order would be credited and i needed to reorder. Well, i did get a credit of $1.18 off a $246.00 order. This is my first and last time using this company. Buyer beware!
Weve been a customer of MyBinding for over 5 years at least, and we love their products and customer service. Reliable and competitive prices, and many shipping options as well. Oh, and the website is very easy to use!
Ordered a binding machine and accessories. Still waiting for the order to arrive. No communication about shipping delays, just excuses. And later was informed part of the order is on backorder, cancelled that, and still have not gotten the credit back.
One of the worst buying experiences online -EVERYTHING - Trust and honesty being the FIRST, next to communication. EMPTY promises; constantly given the runaround about my order. Payment cleared over 6 days ago - kept telling me youll receive shipping information the following day - guess what, all I hear is crickets.....Told me its the manufacturer who is having issues with limited staff, I called them directly and SealerSales and the lady told me the item is in stock and ready to be shipped! She said I can only tell you so much, but mybinding (the awful website) I ordered my product from has not released the order to them. It has NOTHING to do with SealerSales!!!!!!!!! Mybinding customer service is very, VERY, deceitful! Save yourself the headache and purchase elsewhere!!!!!!!
I ordered a Carl Heavy Duty Hole Punch. After my CREDIT CARD BEING CHARGED I was informed a day or so later my product was on back order and they could send it when available or refund my money. I REQUESTED A REFUND - and was later informed, only upon my requesting follow up, that the refund would take UP TO TEN DAYS and I would NOT receive a FULL REFUND, but still have to pay shipping and $10 for an Amazon Gift Certificate that was supposed to be part of a $10 perk/discount on the Carl Hole Punch purchase. HOW UNETHICAL! Cancelled the order for an item they DONT HAVE IN STOCK THEY CHARGED ME FOR! AND, THE GIFT CERT THAT WAS SUPPOSED APPLY AS A DISCOUNT, THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR - AND SHIPPING!!HOW UNETHICAL.
Just got the most gorgeous laminating foils from this company. Their service is spectacular. I made a few calls before purchasing, they answered right away and were extremely helpful and pleasant. This is a true gem of a company, super glad to have found them, thank you!
Descriptions on website do not match what is sent. It has taken me 4 calls and hours on the phone to try to fix the issue, in the latest call I was rudely told they cannot magically make things longer. Will not be purchasing from here again.
Working with MyBinding was great!! We are a small school in Nebraska and were looking for a roll laminating machine that was affordable but durable. The staff was eager to get us what we wanted AND could afford. We just received our TLR Machine and it seems to be working great. We will not hesitate to purchase our laminating supplies from MyBinding in the future.
I purchased a product about 2:30 pm in the afternoon. I know the business is one state away and they offered free shipping over $75.00 but I was surprised to see the package was delivered the next day by 11:30 am. Wow thats less than 24 hours. Nice work on getting the packages out as soon as possible.

I have purchased a Martin Yale Folder 1217A from MyBinding.com and the folder is a lemon. Sent the first one back to MyBindnd and received a second one that also does not work. I am a UPS Store Owner.
