I choose to go yo this particular store because a former store manager told me she operated two stores. So I thought I would see her in this store since I hadnt seen her in the other store. Well I got Chris instead he was a delight very knowledgeable didnt try to sell me the most expensive phone. But did in my opinion sell me the coolest phone. Great atmosphere even with Coved virus. I would recommend Chris to all my friends and family.
I bought a wireless headset from them 3 months ago. After having and using it for a little over a month i woke up to find it literally melted over night while charging in my truck. I contacted the store and was told someone would call me back after talking to their manager... No call. I called them the next day to find out they still had no answer. After 3 weeks i stopped in, waited for over an hour to be told they were bringing one in from another store. Ok thats fine. 2 weeks later no call so i take time out of my day to make a quick run to the store to get the head set, and their closed for 30min. I wait until they open, and go in the guy helping me says they have one in another store he thinks but cant get ahold of them to verify, and recommendeds i call the mfg to get a warranty replacement..... Its already been 3 months and now Im expected to wait another 2-3 months and probably pay shipping to send the defective one back? Not impressed. So now Im waiting for a call to see if he gets ahold of someone at newberg.... Holding my breath
The best phone service interaction Ive had. Very pleasant, good conversation and quick service. Got my iPhone 12 up, and going in no time.
Stopped by to upgrade my phone and had a great experience. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, letting me know about what deals they had without pressuring me into anything. Chris was awesome and helped me every step of the way to make sure that my devices were set up exactly the way I wanted. He even replaced my brand new screen protector because there was a smudge inside. He answered all my questions and made waiting pleasant while things downloaded and updated. I would definitely recommend this location.
This review is not about this particular location but about Verizon in general. Worst experience ever. Billing me for a second line before I even had it added to my account. Was still paying AT&T for that line but still received a one time fee for it (three months later!!) plus they pro-rated charges to me for almost two months in one bill, costing me over $300 in one bill. Waited 45 minutes listening to music before I could speak to someone who couldnt even be bothered to offer me some kind of savings or discount. These companies really need to be scrutinized for what they are doing to people. Id say dont use Verizon but they are all pretty much the same unethical bunch anyway
My husband & I received the best customer service from Laura. I was in to buy a new phone & consider myself not tech savvy. Laura made me feel very comfortable & was so patient explaining everything to me. I feel she went above & beyond to help us. Every Verizon store would be very lucky to have an employee like her. Thank you Laura for making our phone shopping a great experience.
This is the second time Ive needed help getting the Verizon UP reward transferred to my Starbucks card. Both times I went in, I was lucky enough to get Alex. He sure knows his business, and he remembered me, and my problem. He is patient and knowledgeable, and has a very nice manner with me as a customer. I was so glad to see he was on duty when I dropped in.

They back up the product they sell and seem to have a lot of good deals that Verizon doesnt offer. Employees are willing to go above and beyond to make sure youre a happy customer.Update:Just another update to say that its a whole new crew since my first visit a few years back, and I still cant say a single negative thing about this store. Just nice people to deal with. Sorry to the guy who helped me out whose name I dont remember.

While we had the newest person on staff help us, he was quick to ask the other staff to verify what he was doing or to help him with a complicated issue. Other staff was very responsive and knowledgeable showing excellent team work with a focus on serving the customer. They offered some attractive packages/current specials and did not try to over sell. Have only experienced more competent service at COSTCOs Verizon kiosk, but this store had more items and packages to offer and it also had other staff that were as competent as what I experienced at Costco. They also did a nice job of handling store traffic and incoming support calls.
The manager Chris is excellent and very well informed. Just keep in mind this is just a authorized retailer that it is not a Verizon store
Cynthia and Cristian were extremely helpful and fast. They answered every question with extreme expertise. I will recommend to everyone to come and see these people in the future. They were awesome !

Went into this store and was immediately helped with the best customer service I’ve ever received in any cell phone store. There were 3 employees working at the time (Alex, Evan and Sarah) and together they were all able to assist me with my needs concerning my account and new device.
Very friendly staff even after we stayed 2 hours after closing time to get my new Samsung set up, and even found a way to switch my phone after my previous carrier closed for the day!

Sarahs was the Best. The first person I went wanted to charge me. The second one said that it was fine. So I was still very up set @ Verizon and was thinking of changing. We first me Amy Damschen at the Chehalis, WA GoWireless store. While we have always been loyal to Verizon, it wasn’t until Amy helped us that we became loyal to a Verizon employee! We traveled from Mossyrock, WA to Hillsboro, OR today just so Amy could help us upgrade our phones and add an Apple Watch to our plan. She is professional, courteous, and provides stellar service! Our business will always be hers no matter how far we have to travel!
I wanted to be there as soon as they opened and Cynthia opened up about 10 minutes early to accommodate me. She was helpful and patient, and offered a solution for temporary coverage needs I have.
They never answer the phone. I called many (15+) times to try and track a purchase I made there days before. The UPS tracking number was supposed to be emailed to me. The rebates that were promised on my original purchase was never mailed to us either. I had to call Verizon directly and they had to call Go Wireless Corporate in order to get the tracking number. So, 2 hours, 14 calls later.... This place is a big disappointment. It makes Verizon look bad.
I went into the Hillsboro Orenco Verizon Wireless store to get assistance with my IPhone. I got 3 lines switched from AT&T to Verizon without a lot of hassle. There isnt a huge selection of protective cases for our phones, but I liked the style of customer service better than what I got at the AT&T store.
Everyone I have dealt with here has proven to be of high quality. My problems were taken care of in a professional and friendly way. Theyre even tolerant of the rude behavior I sometimes exhibit. I highly recommend them.

Finally customer service and real support! Recently switched to Verizon through the switcher program and was getting the run around from the customer service call center, these guys helped straighten it all out and keep corporate honest and pay the $700 bill from my old carrier like they were supposed to!

The guys at the Go Wireless store in Hillsboro were super awesome today! We are going on vacation tomorrow and my daughter needed her screen protector replaced. Long story short the Beaverton Go Wireless provided the worst customer service I have received in a very long time but the gentlemen in Hillsboro hooked me up! Zero stars. Actually more like Minus stars. Terrible!! Completely terrible service. Their employees have literally robbed us and have tacked on so many hidden fees and charges in the most confusing and convoluted manner that we cant even make head or tails of it anymore and when we attempt to get help from staff or any of their managers or higher ups, we get the run around or get told by their apathetic punk kid employees that its not their problem. I am disgusted that any business would practice like this. DO NOT Make the mistake we did and confuse GO Wireless with Verizon...do yourself a huge favor and go straight to a Verizon dealer.

I would not go here. The sold me a 16gb claiming it was 32gb. Sold me a wireless charger that did not work with my phone. When I went to return it, An Asian guy attended to me, but was on his phone texting while serving me. And there were people waiting in line. The manager was pretty friendly. But please Beware. if you go to this store double check everything that is being sold to you!!!

For approx 1.0 hr this Wed, salespersons assisted me in answers questions along with helpful trng hints for efficient use of my Core Prime phone which I purchased in NJ before reloc to OR. Went home with all issues resolved with more knowledge than before entered Hillsboro store.
