Went in for a pre-trip check just make sure my tires were okay and they were perfect. The staff here is incredibly helpful and dont try to sell you things you dont need they took a look at my Tires and brakes and let me know that it all was good and I should be just fine try tripping back. They will have my business for many more years to come.
Got a flat tire and there was a nail stuck on the tire. They quickly patched it up and I don’t know how I got so lucky but they didn’t charge for it.They are very generous and I was really impressed.Next time I need some service, I ‘ll definitely come back!
Had to get new tires and a new battery. Service was fast and easy. I went grocery shopping next door while they serviced my car and by the time I was done they were done also! The new tires drive great and the new battery works well. Im very satisfied with my purchases.
Huber and Dustin came in clutch! I had a flat and within 20 minutes Huber came out and changed my tire. I had to replace my tire due to a quarter size hole, so Dustin got me set up with a new tire and I was good to go within 45 minutes. Five stars isn’t enough for these two.
In just 5 to 10 minutes time (at this shop), I can tell you that this location (1 of the rare few) still remembers what customer service looks like. Keep up the good work guys! You make old Les proud.

Its been quite sometime since Ive had services done here. Years ago I had lots of serves here- tires, brakes, batteries, etc. The staff and crew are always knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Today it was air check only.

I thought I needed a new battery. They checked it out and it turns out it just had a low charge. Since I dont drive much anymore they recommended that I get a charger. They could have easily said nothing about the charger and just sell me a new battery. I wouldnt have known the difference. Now, thats why I like Les Schwab so much. Theyre honest! Everyone on staff is always nice, their products are great and the quality of the work is top notch.

Was told my tires were too used for them to even put air in them, that I would need to buy new tires and that both of my lower arms needed to be replaced and my wheel could fall while Im driving at anytime, he even showed me pictures... turns out the pictures were not of my car because I took it to a mechanic I know and he put it up and we looked at it together and there was nothing wrong with them. They were trying to charge me over $1500 when there was truly nothing wrong with my car, just a little low on air in 1 tire. Here is the pics if they try the same with you.
Excellent help, as always. Woke up to a dead battery. Nearby Les Schwab sent a tech to give me a jump start. Then I drove right in to the tire center and had a new battery installed. Entire process took less than 90 minutes! Cheers to Les Schwab!

Made an appointment online in the morning for me and one in the afternoon for hubby. They arent friendly but not rude either, professional and quick both times I was there. Will go back next time I need something done.

I received a call from Kelly in regards to a tire repair was complete. I asked for the name and or number of the person who dropped it off or even a PO#. Kelly stated she didnt have that info very rudely and I stated we have tons of vehicles and employees so it could be anyone. Kelly replies with attitude guess I will have to sit here and wait to see if any one calls for it then hung up the phone. I believe in good customer service even if your having a bad if she was.
Ive previously bought a couple of tires from here and they had really good price and really good service but I never thought to leave a review. Then today I got a nail in my tire (one that I did not purchase from them) and needed a patch so I called them up expecting a $20 charge or so... but I learned they do patches for free. Amazing! These guys are awesome. Theyve definitely got a loyal customer now.
I have used this location a few times for flat tire repair without issue. This time they decided to change their “Free” policy and charged me for a small plug. I guess they can go out of their way to change a corporate policy? The service rep even made up a lie of an excuse as to why.

Let me just say up until this point I have had excellent customer service experience from Les Schwab in Salem, McMinvile, Newberg, Tigard and several other locations in Oregon. I called Tuesday July 11 and got a quote. I was told it would take two hours. I said that seems like that is not enough time because I know some locations get busy. I was told it says two hours they should be able to get it out in two hours. I stated again I can give you more time because I want to schedule other appointments after this. I was told it says two hours so im going to put down two hours. I made my appointment for Wednesday July 12 at 12 noon. I arrived at the store at 11:45 so I was a little early. waited in the waiting area. At 2 pm my car was till on the lift. I asked for a time update. Steve went to the service are to get a time update. He came back and said its going to be 20 to 30 minutes. We are waiting for the alignment machine to become available so we can do the alignment. At this point I realize I am going to have to reschedule at least two of the my other appointments so I was upset I did raise my voice. I did not use profanity but I did raise my voice. I asked so the two hours I was quoted was wrong? Steve then asked when did you bring it in? I said 11:45, I had an appointment for 12 noon so I got here a little early. Ive already been hear more than 2 hours and now you are telling me its going to take 2 1/2 hours. Why quote a time at all? I was told to make an appointment and it would be finished in the time allotted. Steve replied Oh we dont guarantee times thats just a best guess, we have too many come backs and re-dos to guarantee times. I was a little shocked that an employee just told me that the shop had too many come backs and re-dos to guarantee times. I could only conclude that this shop has some quality issues and as I stated that admission made me pause for a couple of seconds and before I could finish my sentence. I was saying I wish I knew this before I came to this location. Steve walked away from me in mid sentence to sit down and when I said Thanks for walking away while I was talking. Steve then got out of his chair and started to the counter again and said I thought you were through talking. At that point I said No dont worry about it, Im sure you have other things to ignore. and then I returned to the waiting area. After another 20 minutes I was called to the front counter. I expected to be told there was some other reason that the repair was going to take longer like a re-do, so I went to the front counter. I was still upset so I said now whats the delay? Steve told me it was complete and gave me the total. I returned to the waiting area to get my wallet out of my wifes purse and when I cam back Steve told me this is our manager Scott he will finish taking care of you since we can not seem to work together. When I asked Scott why someone did not ask me before setting my coolers that were in the back seat in the service bay floor he stated we are running a business here if we took time to explain everything we did to customers we would never get anything done. I was a little surprised to get that answer. I thought Les Schwab was about customer service. If the technician had simply asked me we need to access the rear seat. What do you want us to do with your items in the back seat? I could have put them in the trunk or even set them on the side walk and would not have had to scrub grease off of the side of my coolers. After having to reschedule some of my appointments I was very busy the rest of the day and did not get to check the back seat until after 6 PM when this location closes. When I went to put groceries in the back seat around 7:30 PM I found dirty greasy hand prints on both sides of the rear seat. I would not recommend this location under any circumstance. Especially when their current Ad campaign is Where doing the right thing matters. Not like this! I would give zero stars if possible! Edit - They did clean grease off of the seats.
After going online to set an appointment for an alignment and getting there on time. Ive went to the front desk to give them the key and was greeted quickly. 15 mins went by when Ive seen my vehicle moving out of the parking space to go in the shop. Then not long after that it was our again. Pretty fast knowing that some shops could take longer. Im happy with the service. Fast and professional. Good job.

I went in today looking for an estimate on all terrain tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Jay was extremely helpful and walked me through the specs and answered all of my questions down to calculating the difference in diameter between my spare and the tires I was looking to purchase. Very helpful and did not waste my time with any attempts at additional services or fees. I will be back. Quite pleased with how I was treated today.

Les Schwab is a good company in general when it come to customer service. The Imbrie location is a good example. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They make you feel that they have your best interest in mind. Plenty of parking upfront, good clean space inside for waiting. They had fresh coffee going on a Saturday morning when I was over there. They service motorhomes too.

It is worse than when it was tilted right.I’m NOT going here EVER AGAIN.I’ll just let the dealers do the work.

I reserved the first appointment slot this morning to have an alignment done on my truck, showed up a little early which turned out to be a big mistake. Not the experience I was expecting from Les Schwab. I decided to take my truck to a different Location simply based on the customer service.
Les Schwab has built 3 of my trucks, lifts,tires and wheels. Pricing can be a little high. Service is always great and never been disappointed. This trip was heading out and blew a tire right before there exit, limped my truck to them and the got me in and out in under 30 min.
1: Dont talk down to your customers Karen2: Two hours to change two tires +45 minutes for an alignment on a Tuesday at 0830. Plus I called ahead3: When you wear your mask cover your nose.Thank you for working on my car but sadly I will not be returning.

They lied! This happened quite some time ago and I havent or will ever return again. I came in to have my front brakes checked out. They said I just needed new front pads and the rotors were fine this time and did not need resurfacing. I couldnt have the work performed at that time as I had children to pick up from school. So I made an appointment 2 days later. Brought car back and they said it would be over an hour and a half wait, so I went next door to Fred Meyer. While in store, they called me and quoted me more than double what I was quoted two days ago! I questioned, and they said my rotors were toast and I needed new ones. I said I was just in 2 days ago and the tech said the rotors were fine this time around. The guy went silent. After a very long pause, he said, can I call you back? 20 minutes later.......... while still in Fred Meyer, he calls and said he had the wrong car and yes the rotors are fine! Thanks, but no thanks guys, I will find someone else. Someone honest! The only reason I decided to leave this review after such a long time, is because a friend of mine also just had a poor experience with another Les Schwab when they quoted her over $1200 for 4 new tires on a Hyundai Santa Fe! Sounds like Les Schwab has quotas to make and very competitive between their stores to me. I work in the corporate world and see this far too often. Les Schwab was a much different and better experience when he himself was still around!

Took my tacoma in for road force balance since the tires have already been balanced twice and still had steering wheel vibrations. Hes says it may take a while... its 8am, they get to the truck fairly quickly. I had explained all the symptoms I was dealing with. I wait outside and watch the techs as I always do when Im at any shop. They quickly go through all 4 tires. Took them as long to clean them as it did to balance them. Told me everything was fine, nothing seems loose, and the tires were off balance by a couple ounces. $112.... got on the road, felt like I never had any work done. Find out the bearing to my driver side CV shaft was the culprit (not from them). Id would have had a lot more fun throwing dollar bills out of my window while vibrating down the highway.
Well.. left my lights on in the Fred Meyer parking lot and needed a jump start. They immediately came to help and did so for free. Very, very friendly and fast service. My positive review is the thanks I can give.

Love Les Schwab and will always go back. This time I got hit with a$500 bull when I was expecting $200 for front brakes, as I needed new rotors. Thats fine but usually they talk to me before doing the work, this time they didnt. Still the best prices and service anywhere.
They are wonderful. They took an hour to trouble shoot a slow leak on my tire, and as a surprise, they didnt charge me a penny. They have been my only store to go to for new tires. Their service, price and choices are great. Yesterday my friend told me he is getting new tires for his car and he is thinking about going to Costco, I told him to go to Les Schwab instead.

A tech drove to my worksite, about 1.4 miles away, and did not charge to put air in my cars R front tire. I was not charged for the tire repair, either. The above may have had something to do with the fact I had 4 new tires and 4 new wheels put on my car by them a few years ago.
They take walk-ins, service is prompt and fast, and was hassle free. I was able to come in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday and there was no issue getting service that evening. They said they accept customers right up to closing. I came it with a small leak in a tire purchased elsewhere and they patched it for free. I will be purchasing future tires from Les Schwab.

This Les Scwab facility is AMAZING!! Employees are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had been working with another Les Scwab facility on a issue for a few days that was unable to be diagnosed there but one visit to this Imbrie location and Kyle was so helpful to do a test drive with me to hear the noise and managed to find the issue and fix it in little time i was amazed. THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping me with my issue! This will be my go to Les Scwab from now on!!

Pretty tired of this location. Ive taken my vehicle there twice with explicit instructions on what to do. I call back 4 hours later and both times was told we dont do that, but we inspected your vehicle and didnt find anything. You didnt find anything because you didnt do what I asked. I take it to the Newberg location and they do exactly what I instruct and the issue is fixed. It isnt magic, its laziness.

Disappointed in my last visit. I was quoted $35 to have a set of my own tires put on. They said 1 to 1.5 hour to complete so I went shopping nearby. After an hour and a half I was walking back to the service center just in time to see them pull my car into the bay. I understand things can get busy.I asked if I could put my groceries in the car. The technician said it was OK, but there was an issue with the quote. Inside the lobby area he presented a new quote for $160. There was a price change and I got the quote from an inexperienced employee. I’ve been to this location many times. The employee I got the original quote from has been there at least 10-15 years since it was opened.Recently I had the same service performed at this location. So this time I was expecting the cost to be around $15 to $20 per tire. Not $40 after an hour and a half wait.Both employees were friendly and professional. It just seems like Les Schwab does not have the reputation that it used to. I wouldn’t say I am done with their service but I will be seeking other options as well. McCaan tire has a good reputation, family owned, and local.

Ive been going to Les Swab for 20 years and Ive had great experiences, except for Imbrie Les Schwab. Les Schwab will fix a flat if the hole is less than 1/4 and they have fixed a lot of tires for me, so I buy my tires from them. Every time I get a flat I thoroughly inspect the tire for damage. I found a hole 3/16 maybe pushing a 1/4 and when I took my car in, the Imbrie worker claimed I had a gash on the side of my tire, and the price of a new tire was $159.35 while the exact same tire over on Walker Les Schwab was $128.77This was on 8 June 2016, oddly enough they did the same thing to me in 1998.Shady shop.

Cant give it 0 stars or I would. Came in to have a leveling kit installed on my truck. 12 noon appointment, got there 15 minutes early. Was told 90 minutes.At 1:30 was called saying couldnt find locking socket for wheels. Brought one over by 2:00 and then waited 2 more hours to get it done. What were they doing the first 90 minutes??? When I asked, was told it was my fault because of the wheel nut. Told them it shouldnt take 90 minutes to figure that out. Deer in the headlights look back at me. Still my fault.Never going to Les Schwab again for anything. Recommending my friends stay away as well.
Went in for an alignment, they got it done within the exact specified time. Only 4 stars because they didnt give me an estimated cost when I first came in, only after work was completed.
Set up alignment for my truck. Scheduled it online. Came in 15 minutes early and they got right to work. 30 minutes and it was done. Degrees it was out was printed in detail. No push for other items to be done like some other shops. I rated this a 5 star, but after my last experience....Changed to 1 star. 8/16/19This is why....I wrote a five star review last time I was in for an alignment. They did a fast job and no upsell. This time its a whole different story.I went in for a tire rotation trying to get a few more miles out of them before replacing the set. I was told my front brakes are almost gone and also the rear brakes. While they were under the truck they said the ball joints and unions needed replacingOver $700 to do the front brakes and over $700 to do the rear brakes. The quote to do the front end work was just over $1500. I was also interested in their 60k tires at $1400. I said I was heading out of town and did not have the time to have the work done right away. Good thing I was short on time. I was concerned about the brakes since I had a long trip coming up in 2 days. I took the truck to a brake specialist I have used before and told them to replace the front and rear brakes since they earned that business from a previous visit to them. He called me after I dropped off the truck. He said the front brakes were fine, still 60% left on them. The rear brakes had 20% left. He asked what I wanted to do, so I had them replace the rear brakes and will have them do the fronts when needed. I also asked them to check the ball joints and unions, he said it was all tight, no issues. Seems that since the old man Schwab died, the company is now more about money than honesty. The tires I were interested in?.... Ill go to Americas Tires and purchase from them, Schwab has now lost all of my business. My advice to you is to get a second opinion on service needing to be done and save yourself a few thousand dollars as in my case. Its sad that they have resorted to these tactics as they used to be a good company years ago. The brake specialist I used also had a better price, but even if they didnt, I would have used them instead of Schwab just because of their integrity, unlike Schwab Tire center which lacks any integrity at all.

Great experience today. Had a small tire off my gardening wagon went flat. They were the only place in town to fix it for me. I went to 3 other places that were closer to home before going in. Very good price, and did it quickly. This is why I need to go here 1st!

We were filling the car with gas this morning and noticed the warning light in the car indicating low air pressure in the tires. Huber was on his way to work and stopped in at the store. My wife, half jokingly, mentioned our low tire pressure. Huber checked and filled the tires for us so we could be on our way. Huber didnt come running to help us, but he did go out of his way to provide amazing service on the road.
Slowest Les Schwab I have ever been to. Bring your car in for a tire rotation and watch them skip your vehicle several times. Poor service and very poor communication. I highly DO NOTrecommend this les Schwab to anyone.

Had a small nail in a tire found by the Honda dealership while I was getting warranty work done. They told me it couldnt be fixed and wanted to charge me 500 bucks for all new tires. Took it to Les Schwab instead and not only were they able to fix it, they did it for free. Just gave me a smile and asked me to come back next time I needed something, which I definitely will.
The team here is great. I have one set of tires for one of my cars through them, but also have another brand new car with the OEMs on it still. That second cars tire got a nail in it, and I just happened to be close to this Schwab. I brought it in, they repaired it, and didnt charge me for it. I offered to pay since it was on the vehicle not under their service, and they wouldnt accept it. Super friendly team as well.
What really disappointments me. I have been a customer of theirs for years. I brought a new car with 19 in. tires. Brought snow tires there. I found they charge $100.00 to put them on & $100 to take them off. I found a co. That’s charges half. They said they want my business. Guess what
Came in to have my front shocks/struts/axles checked for damage after an accident knowing something was not right with my suspension. After 5 minutes my inspection was complete and was told everything is great just need an alignment knowing that’s not it. Now here I am weeks later not at a les Schwab waiting an hour only to find out I have a damaged front axle, and a blown shock absorber and of course I need an alignment. Great work guys!

Made an appointment for an alignment. They Drove the car in a minute or two of being there. They fixed alignment and recommended two tires, which I knew were bad. What I like is that they offered price options some places just offer the most expensive tires. Everything was done in an hour. Thank you Les Schwab for your great customer service and speedy service.
