I had questions about a service I needed. They were able to answer them and point me towards a shop that could better help me. They also worked with my preferred communication (email) and responded quickly and professionally.
Good prices and good work. Had a downpipe installed and a carbon cleaning for my mk7
Great shop, had my Audi in and out for some work in a single day. Did some maintenance that other shops in the area werent interested in, at a lower hourly rate. Will be back for future maintenance. Thanks!
This place is great! Knowledgeable and honest. I always understand what’s happening & never feel judged for being a woman who doesn’t know much about cars.
Brought my BMW 3 series to this killer joint. My crank case breather hose broke when I completed a DIY starter replacement. They knew exactly what I was explaining, installed my part that I bought from FCPeuro, did it fast and at a fantastic value! I will definitely be doing more business in the future. Thank you for your service JD Autosports!
They did a great job on my car
My BMW 208 528i had problem with the lights - low beam and parking light were out, I bought my car to him and he fixed it for $300. about 2 week later, the left low beam light was out again. I asked him to replace the bulb for me - he said for courtesy he would do it. I bought the lamps and brought my car to him. Later, after talked with him - he would charge me $110 for replace the lights. I refused it because it is too much. I spent more than $35 to use Lyft to go back and forth his shop. Later, I did it by myself and took me only 15 minute. He uses to charge $110 /hr - similar to BMW dealer, but no shuttle, no car wash and bad job. I will never come back.
Ive been coming here to service my Audi for 5 years now and cant recommend these guys enough. Theyre very honest and upfront about the costs, and I havent had any issues with the work they do
Always attentive and responsive. These guys really listen to your needs. Theyve taken care of my Audi for years and I trust them wholeheatedly.
Taylor does most of the work on my S5. Great guy, very helpful and honest, and very personable.
Great service, my 2006 BMW convertible had a broken coolant, fixed it and runs like new. I recommend any BMW owners to go here
Guys have done a great job troubleshooting the issues with my Jetta TDI. Plan to continue bringing it here in the future.
Fair pricing, great service! Ended up chatting for a while and learned a lot about tuning options for my car.You can tell the employees really love what they do.Edit:Once I came to them to ask about tuning they tried to charge me 110 for a tuning job that can be done in a few minutes at home and misled me about the unitronic cable being back ordered which would allow me to do soI had no problem ordering from the vendor directly within a few days and for only 60 more dollars Im entirely unreliant on them for flashing the tune or back to stock
Great service, they are honest and will go out of their way to make sure you are getting the best value for what you actually need done and on top of that simply do great work. We have some good options in our area but these guys are the best!
Taylor is the man. He does all the maintenance, repairs, and modifications on my audi a4. Great guy, good place, and very honest.
I had JD auto sports install some coilovers I supplied. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They called me a few times to let me know how things were going and also to ask any questions that arose. They gave me a quote almost $500 less than any other shop did and did great work. I have had the coilovers for about 6 months and everything is awesome! Thanks, I will be coming back for more work from you guys.
Dont feel trust worthy sorry I went
The guys here know their stuff and will treat you well. Ive used them multiple times and each time have been treated well. I would recommend them for all Audi, VW, BMW and other imports as well type of work!
Very positive experience at JD Autosports. They know what they are doing and offer VERY reasonable labor prices.
Best shop for my Volkswagen bottom line. Very honest, reasonable and dont try to upsell or over charge you for stuff you dont need. Had my transmission replaced and a new clutch put in and they only charged $600 for labor!! Other shops easily asking double that. Jd autosports is not the closest shop to me but I will simply not go anywhere else.
I went to JD autosports and I found them 100% respectful and helpful. Not only did they meet my expectations in finding out what I needed, they were more than happy to find anything i needed to make my car what I want it to be. I did research on the parts they were pricing and all parts were either the same or less than what other places were selling them at. I will definitely be returning to them for my GTI as much as possible.I also just recently had mechanical problems and called them about 8 times that day. They got me in the shop in a timely fashion and helped me get my car back to running in pristine condition. These guys are professional and helpful.
I highly recommend JD for your diagnostic and repair needs for Audi/VW.I had some check engine light and airbag light issues on my 2004 VW Touareg V8 with 145k miles, and my diagnostic skills were exhausted. They got me in quickly, remedied the check engine light and gave me options for the airbag light. They got it wrapped up in a day and I flew through DEQ with ease. All of this with great communication and professionalism. I think their price was reasonable given the diagnostic skill and complexity of repair. Thanks again.
Charging 1 hour (extra 110) flat rate for a max 10min tune? No thank you
I had a highly dissatisfying experience. I brought an 01 Allroad that had overheated in for repair and this is where the dissatisfaction started: The vehicle sat for two and a half days plus an entire weekend before they did anything with it.They identified the problem as O rings & a hose; e.g. $900 to fix and a suggested fix around an Aux. fan which was not working when I brought it in and doesnt need to run the vehicle as many have modded Allroads use a front mounted IC thus removing said fan. They ought to know this as a shop that does performance mods and perhaps they do and tried to soak me for an additional repair. They claimed they repaired those things; however, the morning after I got the vehicle back the coolant was low and I called them. They said it was a bubble in the system and suggested I replace some of coolant and see how it went. I did that and a day later the coolant was still low. I personally observed coolant leaking from the same area of the vehicle they claimed to have fixed.I called them again that same day (Wed) and they said they could not look at it until the following Monday. They looked at it on a Monday, called back to say they observed a leak (huh, I did too!). They thought it was another hose that was missed in in the initial repair or an O ring that wasnt done correctly; and they couldnt address the repair for another week. They again suggested the unnecessary Aux. fan.At this point of the process I still didnt have a clear picture of cost and theyd already got $900 of my money. I had no confidence they would take care of it for another $1000 or in a timely manner. This was a pretty negative experience from the start (just not working on the car for 2.5 days while it sat in their shop?) to the end; putting me off on bringing it back and then not actually diagnosing the source of the leak. Why charge someone $900 and not fix the problem? The answer lies in the lack of professionalism, lack of root cause analysis and competence.
They were very helpful and treated me with courtesy.
