Scheduled an appointment for an alignment only to find out that they were unable to do the job. Waited around town for 2 hours and was cancelled to have alignment done. What happened to customer courtesy? No phone call in advance.

Huge shoot out to these guys I have been coming here for years, my tire blow up in the Beaverton Honda service center and they wanted over $500 for two tires. Here is best shop ever.I tried to fix my tire problem two year ago. My car was buffeting because of tire part. And I paid about 1500 dollars more to find solution in other shop. They just recommend it to change tires and alignment but it did not work. When I told them that the changing tires do not work, they just ignore me.But after I visited here, mechanic told me, a small pieces had been broken and just it costs 50 dollar.... the small part was problem but no one knows this but only this shop mechanic found out. So after this, I visit here every time. I recommend you this shop is best reliable in my opinion.Ps. I visited 5 more tire shop to figure out thisproblem, but only this tire center found out what was the problem. The other shops made me spend bunch of money.

This place is amazing. Super nice, really friendly. The guy didnt charge me for inspecting one of my tires because he didnt find anything wrong. He replaced the other one for just $17 plus tire cost. The Honda dealership down the street was going to charge me $600 for the same service. I cant recommend this place enough. Also he saw me immediately. Very happy with this place! I had been trying to track down a vibration in my car for a while now. Got new tires from a chain store, replaced u-joints and drivetrain mounts but still the vibration continued. The only other thing I could think of is that the suspension was shot, so I came to this shop as it had pretty good ratings. They offered to give it a look and found that the place I originally purchased the tires from did not correctly balance them when purchased. What a bittersweet relief to finally figure that out. Thank you Carothers, you saved me from replacing future unnecessary parts trying to track this down. And thank you, Javier, for staying late and taking the time to show me where the chain messed up. Great first impressions and will be returning here for future business.

Overall a great experience. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to provide a set barely used tires and an alignment for roughly half the cost of the local Les Schwab. Especially appreciated being taken into the garage for a detailed explanation of the alignment needs. The firsthand assessment, as opposed to an over the counter conversation, about my truck’s needs/the options for repair was much appreciated. Easily explaining things and educating their customers really demonstrates their knowledge and abilities as mechanics.

They helped me out at nearly 7pm when my trailer got a flat tire nearby. They stopped what they were doing and replaced the leaky valve stem, and even balanced the tire for free to help me on my way. They wouldnt even accept payment for them staying open past close, great guys.If youre reading this - thank you, next time Im out that way lunch is on me

I used a big name tire shop (chain) until recently. These shops have policies that they have to follow and sometimes even if it is a simple thing, they will refuse to help you. Now I also have a policy. If the tire shop is not helping me when I need them, I switch to a shop that will help me. When I explained my situation, this shop had no problem helping me out. It was quick and painless. Great Service. Thank You!

The people here have always been really cool to me and can usually help me get a decent used tire when I need them. Some people seem to have a preconceived idea of what a business is and I see some negative reviews, but the reality is a tire shop is its own type of business, and Id have to saw this is one of my favorites. Its not polished, its not clean but thats because they are busy ....working on used tires, an object which contacts the dirt and oil of the roads for the entire life of the product. Sometimes its hard to get attention when I first arrive but i have to be patient and realize Im not the only person they are trying to help, which is usually several customers simultaneously.

Talk about having a neighborhood feel! Doug made me feel like he really cared about getting my car back on the road. I thought I needed to get all 4 brakes done. Doug said he would take a look himself and let me know. He came back and said I only needed the rear brakes replaced sinse the fronts still had mileage left. I was also able to get 2 new badly tires installed at the same time.Wow! Still impressed with service and how Doug worked hard to squeeze me into their schedule so I wouldnt have to take time off from work.Oh, and they have financing! With so many expenses on home repairs this month, I was able to finance my car repair for 90 days and not have to apply for a credit card. That allowed me to have all repairs done without stressing over budget.I would definitely recommend Carothers Tire to friends and family plus I know where to go when my car and next car needs work!

We were looking for a couple of used tires to put on our car we called and they had a nice selection of the tires we wanted. They were very helpful in the selection of the tires and honest about the condition of all choices they had. To top that off they got the job done very quickly! Best tire deals around. Doug wont try to sell you something you dont need. Good used tires available for that car you just cant justify dumping lots of money into anymore. Not speedy, but Ive trusted our brake jobs, wheel bearings, and alignments there for many years for a much better price than the major tire shops.

A low overhead old shop with first class service. I took 4 trailer tires to them to have them mounted and balanced with high pressure valve stems. The tech double checked my request for balancing but did not question it. They simply did what I asked them to do.I bought a new set of tires for my GFs Jeep at the shop. The tech was happy to see us, happy to help us, happy to put them on and when we drove away, I was happy that we had done business with them again.I live near by and I feel good about putting my money in a local pocket.

I called ahead to confirm what I would need. I was told the process was simple and would take about 30 minutes. TWO HOURS later after excuse after excuse, I left without tires! A bit of unsolicited advice: As a business owner being a person of your word with integrity MATTERS; when you say something, stand by it. The worst customer service I have experienced in a VERY long time and by the owner no less!

I went in when they were short handed staff and completely slammed. They still provided excellent service, I was very impressed! I only had to wait about 15 mins till they got my truck in and then I was in and out. I definitely will be going here from now on, and referring friends. =)

I brought in my truck for some needed maintenance. All was well until it was discovered that there was a big problem with my mounting bracket for my shocks. Instead of throwing in the towel they got right to work and fixed the problem. They are very hard working and willing to find solutions to your problems. These guys are the best in town, I looked for at least 3 different places before I got my tires replaced, they were able to beat the prices of both Costco and Discount Tires and their care plan is the same as Costco and Discount Tires, today was a Saturday and weekend before Christmas so they were super busy yet they ensure they took great care of me and since I had to wait a little extra than the time they estimated Javier even waived the installation fee for me, I will be definitely going here for all my tire needs and will recommend anyone without any hesitation .

Wow glad I didn’t go here. I called to check pricing, and The guy that answered couldn’t even do a proper greeting all I heard was “carother rubububub” was calling asking about pricing he kept quoting me with a price per tire. I asked how much for the full set at least 3 times and he continued to quote me for the single tire. Math is that hard you should be ready to calculate out a full price especially if I’m going to be spending hundreds of dollars here!
