This Jiffy Lube has a very professional crew. Their desire to give their best service possible is only exceeded by their willingness to go the extra mile to help the customer with car problems. They saved me money and aggravation and possibly my life by taking time to explain the meaning of the diagnostic and urging me to consult my mechanic immediately. Thank you Imbrie Jiffy Lube crew! I went for the oil change service and to see if they could buff up my headlights that were cloudy with age.They checked both my requests and were able to do them quickly. The up sales were to also change the air filter, 5 minute engine cleaning and topping off the coolant. All good services to have done with this visit.I feel Jiffy Lube staff has made mycar much safer to be on the road.

Arrived just before opening and expected to be greeted when they turned the light on. Allan came out the side door before opening to greet me and let me know as soon as everyone is ready they will open the door and get started. The whole crew was efficient and professional.

I’ve never written a review before but I felt compelled to do so this time. I showed up to get my oil changed in the late afternoon hours. The guys there were fantastic, they were obviously having fun working together and were thoroughly entertaining as they performed a rather mundane task. Bravo! May we all apply such attitude as we work.

My teenage daughter & husband took her car for an oil change and came home raving about John that helped them. They said he was super pleasant, helpful and cheery. They really enjoyed talking with him and left so impressed.

This particular location left a bad impression. A couple of the employees were really polite and friendly, but someone who I assumed was the manager was just really gruff, and tried to upsell me on a new radiator after looking at my car for about 60 seconds. Dude, if you want someone to spend $700 with you, manger try being just a bit more friendly to them?

I have visited this location in the past and left feeling very Displeased - I felt pressured for upgrades and for services that I feel I did not need. That was a couple of years ago.Clearly, things have changed. The guys here were friendly and let me know my options - in everything they suggested. Different oil options (Price & quality). we talked about filters but didnt pressure, we talked about tires and they took care of a rock chip in my windshield. Friendly, no pressure, and quick. Plus, I didnt realize all the auto services they provide. Ill return in the future.

Technicians were courteous, efficient, and professional. They got me in and out of there very quickly. Went in to have my oil & fluids topped off. I dont know if its my imagination or not but the service at the Jiffy Lubes have vastly improved. Will definitely return for service.

Brought in my F150 which had some noise while cold and when beginning to accelerate. Otherwise normal behavior. Turns out that is was low steering fluid - which the JL team topped off, gave me new analysis of my tire profile on all 4 tires and wished me a great day. No charge! Have been servicing 2 cars for several years periodically at different JL locations and this one in Hillsboro and the one in Lake Oswego are my favorites!

I have never in my life written a review for an oil change, but it was such a positive experience and the staff was so friendly, kind, and professional, that I had to. It was simply a great experience and I highly recommend it. The wait time was extremely minimal and the service was quick yet thorough and efficient. I hope its a great place to work for staff because it was certainly a great place to visit as a customer. Thank you to the crew who helped me, your kindness was very appreciated, especially during this stressful and unusual set of circumstances we all find ourselves in.

The staff was amazing! They wouldnt give up until they figured out the problem with my car. The staff would come in and show me the difference between the old parts and new parts, pointing out the differences, so that I could understand why they were replacing what was needed! I will definitely go back!!

Long story short, the best experience I have ever had at any oil change facility. Including any other Jiffy Lubes. I was in the area for work and decided to pull in as I was due for a change. I live 160 miles away and will be sure my next oil change is done at this location (in the area a lot for work) the whole team from the ground guys, window washer, to the supervisor were a great group and did an outstanding job! They fixed another Jiffy’s lube mistake. I had my brakes and rotor changed at another jiffy lube, few days later my whole caliper falls off while I’m driving on freeway, this jiffy lube made sure everything was fixed, the test drove my truck. They went the extra mile to ensure I was safe and satisfied!! Great group of guys working there.

The price was a little higher then I expected. DEQ service not quit what I expected. They charge $20 for that pass and still have to go online to pay $25 for the DMV certification. Oh well live and learn. The service was quick though and friendly employees knowing what to do.

Went to this location on 2/26. Hyphen (I hope im spelling this correct) and his team were extremely professional and incredibly helpful. No Bs, just strait to the point and honest about everything. Ive never had a better experience getting an oil change along with a couple other things done. Was very impressed and I highly recommend this location, especially this team that was working this day!

Got my oil changed at the Fred Meyers location off of 26, they were a little busy, but took care of my vehicle in time, not only were they professional, but they saw i was a veteran and thanked me for my service. Got my oil changed last Thursday service was good but I question the INTEGRITY of the shop.The tech told me my oil level was not registered on the stick (I knew it’s not true because I checked it 2 days prior) and it could cause sludge buildup and ask if I would like it to have it clean for $69 in which I declined.A couple of minutes later he said the same thing to the car next to me.Won’t be coming back

I’ve been going to Jiffy lube since the purchase of my 2011 Mazda CX-9.My wife went in for a regular oil change last week as we’ve been doing for the past 10 years, and was talked into purchasing 4 new tires. If you were unaware, Jiffy lube sells tires now, so of course the tires I had on my vehicle needed to be replaced immediately, to avoid any major safety concerns. The tires at the time, still had 23,000 miles on warranty with a different company. So, after learning of this error, and after my wife was called and told the tires she purchased have arrived and are ready for installation, I arrived to see what could be done to have this error corrected. I was addressed by who I assumed was the Tire technician and was told that the sale was final and I would not be receiving a refund or my money back for the tires they have yet to install. I inquired if this information was presented to my wife, prior to completing the transaction, I didn’t receive an answer to that question. I asked to speak with the manager or supervisor on site and naturally, he wasn’t in and wouldn’t be in for the duration of the day. I received his first name and when it’d be best to “call” him. The next morning I arrived at this location 8 minutes prior to the start of their posted hours of operations. 13 minutes later, 5 minutes after 8am the manager, Cavan Fitzpatrick exited the side door with an already irritated mannerism asking what I needed. I explained the situation and what I knew of it, explained their was an error and the tires are still under warranty with a different company. Again, I was told that the sale was final and there is a no refund return policy. I ask HIM, if this was explained to my wife, prior to finalizing the transaction, he responded “ I don’t know what was told and what wasn’t told to your wife “.He further explained I wouldn’t be receiving a refund, and there is no way I’ll get my money back.I received my refund earlier this morning. Thank you Cavan. Due to your professionalism I will not ever return to this, or any other Jiffy lube establishment.I’d caution anyone looking for a reputable establishment for oil changes and services alike, to look elsewhere endless you enjoy being taken advantage of.

Came here for a simple battery swap a few months ago. They ended up connecting my battery terminals backwards, causing my car to not start. I had to leave my car overnight for them to fix it. The next morning they called me to get my car and rushed me out pretty quick without saying what was really wrong or what they did. They blamed it on my battery terminals being confusing to read. As soon as I started my car, I knew it was still messed up. My car died on the side of the road. The bad review is not because of the simple mistake of putting my battery in backwards, but for them putting me at risk knowing they did not fix my problem. My car WAS NOT running okay. I ended up needing a new alternator (Over $600 in damages. When battery was placed on backwards, it blew my battery fuse and shorted my alternator). I knew Jiffy Lube was liable and also had proof from the mechanic who replaced my alternator. When I called to talk to the manager about the situation, I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then got maybe a 2 sentence reply basically saying to contact someone else. I ended up contacting the GM who issued me a large check back. I would have appreciated at least some fake customer after you guys took my perfectly running car that needed a simple battery replacement, out of commission for over 2 weeks (causing 2 separate tows and 2 alternator replacements as the mechanics who fixed my car did not know the battery fuse was blown).

I have used used this location for many years and employee here are usually very friendly and well mannered. On my recent visit for a top-off,a new employee was especially polite and thoughtful during the service. Keep the the good hiring Jiffy Lube! Customers notice.

These folks did great work. Little spendy at $700 but they replaced two brake drums, all brake pads, oil/oil filter, and air filters for my old SUV and did a great job. My SUV is now again road ready for some winter time driving, thanks!

After 1.5 hours of waiting, they couldnt even be bothered to have washed my windows and windshield like they did for EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER. Pulled up and was given 1 hour time estimate even though there was 1 car in front, seemed fine. They took an entire hour to get started on my car, 20 mins waiting, 20 mins in the bay, and 20 mins sitting outside the bay - without anyone touching it or starting becausethey didnt have room in the bay. Finally when I asked for a time update they said they would start working and it would take 25 mins for service to be complete. If I had been given a true time estimate or informed of what was going on, I wouldve left before waiting an hour for nothing. WASTE OF TIME. DONT COME HERE

Stop by for oil change and staff asked me if I want them to check my cabin air filter. I said no but filter was removed and checked anyway. I told the staff that I know its dirty and I have already bought the new cabin filter a week ago but didnt have time to change it and kindly asked to have old filter re-installed. Everything was good and professional until I went home and removed the filter. I noticed the dirty cabin air filter was re-installed up side down by Jiffys staff and so when I turned on the fan it blows all the dirty dirt out and I have breathed in those dust particles. Extremely angry and disappointed.

Bobby and Dylan were fantastic, gave us all kinds of good info, and worked with our budget to find us the best buy. My alternator is having issues and Bobby taught me all about it and what my options are. Overall really great customer service, and the job was fast and easy.

Sorry I thought that I had posted some feedback. I was a little disappointed when I sat in line for 45 minutes and ended up leaving because the line next to me continued to push people threw and i still was waiting to be serviced. It would of made me feel better if someone atleast communicated what or why it was taking so long and gave an est. Wait time. Thats all.

Stay away unless you want to be tricked into spending $90.I pulled in for a oil change on my 2013 f150.They didnt discuss price or any services with me. They just asked why I was there and I said oil change. After the change was done I was shocked with a 82$ bill that was not discussed previously. If I would have known it would have been $82 I would have bought the stuff myself and done it for half the price.Em the customer service was hardly there and it seemed like a lot of guys who didnt know what they were doing.

I had a longer wait then normal and longer then they estimated upon my arrival. The gentlemen that helped me were amazing though. They were well mannered, polite and went out of their way to apologize for the excessive wait and were very kind and friendly. They were also patient with me when I needed to pop the hood and turn on lights, blinkers and brakes as I was unfamiliar with the car. If I lived closer to that area I would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. The first thing I asked for was my tail light fixed and my tire inflated. I even confirmed with them they were able to do it, and the cashier said yes. However, they only changed the oil then made me wait while they helped other customers. Didnt offer me a refund or any kind of compensation for making me wait nearly 2 hours for simple services. THEN THEY CHANGED THE WRONG BULB.

I took my car in for an oil change. It took about 10 minutes . The technicians were very professional and efficient. They didnt try to hard sell anything but did let me know that my brake pads should be checked as they appeared to be worn down. I have been taking my cars to this location for many years and always received good service.

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube for awhile. The last 2 trips recently have not been ideal. I used to get great service, now I have to tell them what they do??. The staff has seemed to change over quiet a bit. I pulled in and waited for awhile with only one car in the bay. Then inside I was checked out, nothing was gone over with me about my vehicle from the print out and they said they would pull it out for me. I then read my print out, it said vacuum floors, declined, wash exterior windows declined. So I went out there and said excuse me, I didnt decline these services. There was about 4 guys standing around. They said oh sorry and quickly vacuumed my car, didnt touch the windows and then told me I could get in my car and drive it out. I said what about resetting my oil reminder its still on here. The employee told me he needed to get his manager and didnt know how so they came over, reset it and I left. I wont be back.

Had many bad experiences in this place. Once they shoved a wrong size cabin air filter in my car, the system got noisy as a leaf stuck in the fan. Recently stopped for an oil change waited for 10min nobody came. Also they are not careful, as it happened more than once that they would leave dust/oil hands marks in the interior of the car (arm rest, door handle). Other jiffy lubes are better.

Dude ran a quick synopsis test on my car and knew exactly what was wrong. (Spark plugs and ignition coils) Of course I had to run around to get all the necessary parts which took all day but Darbie was mad chill and more than willing to help. Ive used Jiffy Lube for 20+ years, and Ive gone to many of their locations in that time. This location has always done a good job. I cant say that for every location. But the staff here has been consistently good at their job.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They probably wouldnt be doing their jobs if they didnt try to sell you on everything. The only thing I did want was a rear wiper blade and they didnt carry it. The prices for the extras like an air filter seemed high.

This was my first experience at Jiffy Lube. Normally I have my oil changes done at my work. I chose Jiffy Lube because I was getting ready to go on a road trip and wanted to make sure that everything was checked and fluids were all filled. Everything started great. They got me in right away, they gave my daughter a glass of ice water, they offered to vacuum my car. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Especially for it being over 80 degrees outside and even hotter in their shop. I was actually relieved cause I was unsure how it all worked and they made the process seem so easy.Maybe I misunderstood what was all included in a signature oil change. What I read on line was that they check and fill the fluids. I had my oil changed on Tuesday, the following Monday my differential blew up. Dry, no oil. I am not blaming Jiffy Lube for this, I understand as a car owner its my responsibility. However I do question if this could have been prevented had the fluid been checked as part of the service I paid for. So my advice to all Jiffy Lube customers make sure youre getting what you paid for. Super disappointing.

I go to this shop, not so much because of the Jiffy Lube brand. It’s the Mechanics there that make the shop awesome. They always take care of my WRX like it’s theirs. Even though they might have a lot of work to do, they take their time to get it right. Guys, if you’re seeing this, thanks again for yesterday and for future visits ✌️

My wife, my two kids, and I have live in the area for over a year now and have been only somewhat satisfied with the Jiffy Lube staff at this location UNTIL last weekend when we meet one of the mechanics named Darby who is a Toyota Certified Mechanic. As a Physican Assistant in training, I was beyond impressed with his professionalism and the quailty of job he provided on our 2003 Lexus RX300. Our clamps and brackpads needed to be replaced on our back two tire and the clamps, rotors, and brakes needed replaced on the front two tires. Today I had my tires rotated by Les Schwab Tires, and I was complement multiple times on the quaility job that was done on the brakes, etc. This was without me saying anything. Today I stopped by this location to speak specifily with Darby to get a quote on replacing the Lexuss compressor (to fix our AC) and replace the knocking sensors on our 2000 Toyota Avalon. Working with Darby again today was not only pleasant--it has restored my opinion about this Jiffy Lube location as a whole. Darby you are an outstanding mechanic and have a professional character that is also hard to come by. Keep up the good work. I look forward to having my Lexus and Toyota vechiles be serviced by you and those you are leading on your team. Thank you!!

I went in to just get an oil change and they told me I needed a synthetic oil or my car engine would eventually blow. I am not super mechanically inclined so I followed their suggestion (even though I knew it sounded fishy because no other place had said this to me), but when I got home I read up on it and they lied. So I spent way more money then I needed to. Honestly Im pretty livid, and I will NOT return
