Have used this place in the past. I havent read any other reviews and not trying to judge anyone else opinion... But, Ive always walked out with a smile on my face or feeling great about the service provided by the staff their and quality of work performed by Quinton and his staff..

Preston has a great business here where you don’t feel scammed and they give amazing customer service. My whole family brings their cars here and his staff is very upfront about what they can do for you.The prices here don’t break the bank either, whenever in MD this is where I will take my car for repairs always.Also if they can’t help you they are very helpful with finding you another place to bring your vehicle. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I came here to get a radiator fan replacement and they left all of my wires hanging. I’ve been driving around for a week trying to figure out why is the car still leaking antifreeze and I finally had someone to look at it and it shows that THEY DID NOT PUT BACK ANY OF THE WIRING OR PIPES THAT THEY TOOK APART WHEN THEY WERE PUTTING THE FAN IN. Not to mention the fact that I was quoted $250 for labor costs over the phone but when I went to go pick up my car the man tried to randomly charge me an extra $100 until I said something and then he changed it. Also on my receipt it shows that they finished working on my car in 3.5 hours but they never called me to come get it until 3 days later.

Went to get my ac check because it was not blowing out air. Was very pleased when I left cold air hot air it was working very well. I will come back again and again. They was also reasonable.Great attitude in was able to explain piece by piece what they was doing.

Do not take your vehicle here for major repair, not even a brake job. They should only change oil and windshield wipers. I took my vehicle to be service here for front brakes and rotor replacement. When I got my car back, my parking brake light was on. They couldn’t even fix the problem and now I have to pay and take my vehicle somewhere else for a repair that they should have been able to do since they caused the problem. SAVE YOU TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR ITS GOING TO CAUSE YOU MORE MONEY.Preston is great though. It’s the mechanics fault. 😠

I always bring my vehicle here to get work done. My dad referred me and Ive taken my vehicle there for all of my brake work and oil changes. Reasonably priced and good work.

I had a problem with my brake light on my car. They assessed the issue and fixed it. It didnt cost a fortune like most places. Need an oil change? They can do it and are very quick about it. No hidden fees. The staff is very friendly.

This is my go to place for auto repairs. Id strongly recommend them for quick, honest and quality work.

I had two other mechanics look at my truck to try and diagnose my park brake light and my traction control lights. One of these two mechanics had a diagnostic tool and couldnt tell me why the lights were on. Mechanic David, here @ Silver Hill Auto Repair diagnosed it in less than 10 minutes. Easy inexpensive fix!! Staff nice & friendly and they have my business. Very pleased!

This place is great, in my experience they are fast and reliable. You can call in get a quote and be charged that amount, no nonsense, no pushing to fix this and that. If they find an issue they will let you know but after that its up to you. Highly recommend.

This is the ONLY shop I take my cars to. Great work at reasonable prices plus they are honest. They have never told me I needed something that I didnt. Very trustworthy business.

Good customer service and skills. Fixed my car fast the first time but the second time a little miscommunication so make sure you call them because since they are busy it can take a while to respond to you. Also you can buy a part and take it to them to get fixed.

Took my 2010 GMC terrain to get rotor and brakes on all 4 tires. Cost around 550 which i think is a good deal. Dealer wanted close to 1000 for same job. Good service, pleasant.

Preston is very knowledgeable in whatever it is that you need done to a car. If he cant fix it he will direct you to the people who can.

I purchases a car (paid in full) from Starr Imports by Adel Motors. Starr Imports took the car here to have in MD inspected. I received the car and noticed that it was still making the same horrible noises that I was told were fixed so I immediately took it to the local auto shop. I was told that there were several items that should not have passed MD inspection:Missing 1 lug nut on left front tireMissing 1 lug nut on right front tireLeft front strut leakingRight rear strut leakingBoth ball joint boots tornAnd these are just the items that were noticed after a quick once over- They did not do another full inspection yet so I am sure there are probably many other items that should not have passed MD inspection.I have been advised to file a report with the PG county sheriffs office. And I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau And the State Attorney Generals office. I will also be notifying every local new channel that will listen. Do not trust these people. They do not care if the car is safe.
