As a busy working mom, it is unfortunately hard to find the time to get a new glasses prescription filled for my girls in light of the requirement for optical shop appointments. When an afternoon on our end suddenly freed up, I immediately called Eye to Eye Care to see if they had any available openings at the optical shop. When they told me to come on in, I was thrilled and quickly gathered my girls (ages 4 to 6) and drove during rush hour traffic to promptly arrive. When I got there, and told the front desk representative that I was there for my girls to pick out glasses and get a new prescription filled, I was told that there was no time available. When I explained that I had called ahead and was told to come on in, they challenged that I had done this. When I showed them the number that I called, they rudely said that was not their number. I was left baffled and thought maybe I had made a mistake, because after all, the optical shop should know their own number and presumably would be honest with me. When I called the number to figure out what optical shop I had actually called, I was shocked when Eye to Eye Care answered the phone. Instead of apologizing to me or agreeing to fit me in, they dug their heels in and insisted that that was not their number and they had no idea why their phone had rung. I understand mistakes happen, but to be given no apology and to be lied to is unacceptable. After being so rudely treated and lied too, I left with two crying girls in tow. I will never again return.

This morning I had a horrible experience at eye to eye Care in Highlands ranch. I went in with a semi breathable face mask because I have a medical exemption and have been fully vaccinated. I have a horrible staff infection underneath my nose and on the side of my nose from having to wear masks. My dermatologist told me not to wear a mask and its not healing well. I told the front desk lady I had a medical exemption and was fully immunized. She told me that I had to either wear one of her medical masks which Im allergic to or go sit in my car. It is 85° outside and my minor son is in getting an eye exam. Another person in the waiting area didnt have a mask on at all and was never asked to leave and was taken back for her exam without any problem. This is horrible business and is ridiculous. Especially when every other business is open and no masks are required. I will never use this business again.

The lack of professionalism and communication from the Eye to Eye Care team is appalling. It took me 4 months from my initial eye exam to receive my contact order. As a first-time contact user, I went through 3 different trials. I was accountable for checking in to see when my trials were ready and never received a call from this office. When I finally placed my contact order, I was never notified that my contacts were ready for pick up and that the rebate window had passed. I expressed my frustrations to the previous manager, Nicole, and the new manager, Kayla, and both women were rude and condescending. The staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. It is such a shame because my experience with Dr. Michelle Koh was great. I will be looking elsewhere for an eye care provider.

I want to say thank you the very sweet lady named Samantha as I came in to the office and was looking for a new pair of Oakleys and she took the time to help me and even know she was super busy with answering phones and running back and still helped me and answered all my questions! And the other staff members were super sweet and very kind with warm hearts !

I came to pay for and pick up my contacts. Nicole came out and said, “You’re all taken care of!” I was in complete shock because I knew I owed for the contacts so I asked several times how much and was she sure I didn’t owe anything. She finally (after pressing her) said that she had personally paid for my contacts! I couldn’t believe it and it was all I could do not to lose it on her. She couldn’t know that we had had a very rough week and had lost a family member, and her thoughtful gesture of kindness was medicine to my soul! I got in my truck and cried! I’ve always had the best experiences with the amazing staff here for the past 10 years, but I have to say how much I appreciate Nicole’s dedication and absolutely kindness to her customer! I’m very grateful and will continue to have my eye care done only at this facility! Their service is definitely exceptional!

Dr Koh is the best Optometrist I have seen...ever! Dr Koh will leave no stone unturned. My examination was the most thorough I have ever received which included a follow up appointment to make absolutely certain she had helped me in the most optimal way possible. Dr Koh is also as personable as she is professional and Eye to Eye Care has valuable representation through her. Front desk staff and sales team were also very helpful!

I have never had much eyes examined here but I have been here to select frames because of more selections.The 1st time I selected frames there were no issues as I only got the frames and it was all covered by insurance. The staff that helped me was helpful and nice as well, so no problems.The 2nd time I went there, which was a couple months back, I got sunglasses frames. These were a bit over insurance and the prescription lenses cost more as well which was expected. I paid accordingly to the what was added together and left. As I left I actually felt something was off as the lady staff that was helping me became more than overjoyed after I paid and led me out. I didnt think too much but when I looked over the receipt I noticed I was charged $30 extra, I immediately called Eye to Eye as there was an overcharged to the frames. The front desk staff answered and I told them my situation and they transferred me to the lady that helped me. I told her again what had happen, she told me the company of the frames had increased the price and thats why the price I paid was different from the tag. I got so mad, like you would never go into ANY store that has a listed price and then overcharge without telling the buyer, thats THEFT. That is exactly what I told her and then she rudely said she would refund me with no apologies, no remorse or anything. Her tone acted like she did no wrong. I dont know what the situation is, did the lady who worked at this store purposely tried to scam me, the store tried to scam me or this is really the process. So if you do choose to pick frames from this place make sure to check the price tag, double check the price before you pay or just go somewhere else. When I went to pick up my sunglasses a different staff who helped me was helpful, made sure there isnt anything lose or wrong fit. However, Im surely not going to return to this place after this experience.Description of the lady who almost scammed me & was rude (since I dont know her name): Loud, tall, big blonde styled hair and wearing glasses. Try to stay away from her if she still works there.

I have been a customer of Eye to Eye Care for many years. I called to make an appointment for contacts and needed one pair now to hold me over until my appointment. Because they changed their systems, they do not have a record for me since 2017 which is completely inaccurate and furthermore, if that were the case, they would not have refilled my prescription every six months, including last year. It seems ridiculous to me the they cannot provide one pair for my current subscription.

I have been seeing Dr. Dell and Dr. Zaboda for about 10 years. I have always had great service and I have never had complaints until recently. I bought a box of contacts and kept having issues with just about every single contact except two. I thought it was my fault, but finally called and asked to get two lenses to carry me over until my appointment. Originally, I left a message and never got a response. I called at lunchtime and had a woman speak with me who said she would check on the stock and leave me a message. I never heard a word. Then as I was driving home, I called again. This woman was so rude, I think it was Nicole and said that my prescription expired and the last eye exam was 2016. I said, yes, that was a year ago and I go every year and my appointment is next week. So, she finally realized 2016 WAS last year! Then she put me on hold and finally told me I could pick up two lenses. This morning when I went to put them in, I noticed the packages were different shades of blue. When looking further, I saw that one lens was expired in 2015 and the other was current!!!! I thought about the box of lenses that I bought and sure enough, they were expired in April! I could not believe it! I am calling in a moment, leaving a message which no one will care about and canceling my appointment! I am done with this place. I am so sad to leave the great doctors, but lately it feels like everything is an up sell. I think the front lady is a relation or something because I dont understand why the doctors would put up with such a crappy front desk person as their first impression of this place. :(

I had an appointment scheduled on 11/7/2020. The front desk called me that morning and let me know they had had a positive Covid test in the building so they were rescheduling all appointments that day and closing the office to get it deep cleaned before reopening. I appreciated them telling me this and cancelling the appointment that day. When I was on the phone with the front desk that day, I ordered some contacts (I wear dailies) so I would not run out by the time of my new appointment date. The woman I talked to ensured me I would have the contacts by 11/10. Turns out, she never completed the order, so it is now 11/16 and I am re-wearing the same pair of contacts for the third day in a row. I called today because I was told AGAIN that I would get my contacts by 11/14 but now I am being told I will get them by 11/19. If I would have known this wouldve taken so long, I wouldve scheduled an appointment closer to the original date. It also wouldve been nice to get a realistic delivery date the first time.

This was an amazing experience from check in to shopping for glasses. I felt comfortable the entire time and all of my questions were answered effectively. Perfect balance of knowledge, professionalism, and social skills. Will not consider any other options moving forward.

The experienced Ive have with Eye to Eye care has been underwhelming to say the lease. Order contacts on 1/5/20 with an associate over the phone. Requested them to be delivered to their facility in hope they would arrive sooner than if they were delivered to my home address. Called Monday 1/12/20 to see if contacts have arrived and they have no record of my conversation that occurred on Tuesday nor the order that was placed. Please, if you plan to work with the people at Eye to Eye Care take note of who you speak with and possibly ask for written confirmation for whatever you order.

Christi with the front desk & the Eye Drs at eye to eye are phenomenal, however every interaction I have with Nikki or Nicole has been super unprofessional. Shes been incredibly condescending, has poor communication skills, and has messed up orders, or insurance info. Today she overcharged me & didnt place my usual order. When I asked her why it was so much she made up excuses (phone recording of conversations will be placed on yelp in mp3 form) She then came to the conclusion she didnt order my usual boxes & had to refund me. She stated during this call she had to reimburse me back for the over charge. This was fine with me, since we are all human and make mistakes, but she could of owned up to it instead of pointing fingers. She stated it would take 5-7 business days to receive the reimbursement. We hung up. She called me 10 min later stating she needed my card info again. When I asked why she needed it again, after she said she processed the reimbursement.. She made up some weird excuses to cover the fact she didnt do it correctly. Again would of been fine, however I expressed the fact that I was around people & couldnt provide my card information over the phone. She gave me attitude about it.If they replaced her as a manager with Christi or one of the other girls who do amazing job I would consider coming back. I just dont want constant mistakes affecting my money & drama every time I come in.Again the other staff have been great.

Theres noooo way this place has 5 star reviews. Id give zero if I could. Theres no communication at all. Ive been trying to pick up my trails for over 2 months now....I cant even order new contacts till I know the trials work. Finally got my trial today and they only gave me only one!....I have two eye balls!!..its like they arent even trying anymore. I give up seriously smdh

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Only went here because they were a preferred provider. When I asked about processing insurance claim on my behalf, I was told that I needed to pay in full and process my own claim. I thought that sounded suspect but I went ahead and paid because we needed the glasses ASAP. Getting the paperwork I needed to submit the claim was a hassle, as they gave me several incorrect invoices with the wrong diagnosis codes. It took me a lot of time and effort to pin down a correct invoice. Once the claim was finally approved, the refund was issued to Eye to Eye Care. When I called my insurance provider to inquire why, I was told that because they are a preferred provider, the insurance company can only pay them. They should have submitted the claim & it was pure laziness not to. Now actually getting the refund has taken over a month of calls (many not returned). I will never go here again and do not recommend to anyone. They have done nothing to make things right. My calls go ignored. When I do get a person, they give me the run around and tell me they cant do anything without calling corporate. Corporate tells me its the stores responsibility. Either way, Im out $$ and this has gone on for months with no resolution.

I was experiencing an eye emergency on a Saturday, and despite the short notice and abbreviated office hours due to COVID protocols (and being a new patient), the fantastic team at Eye to Eye were able to get me in and get taken care of. I was expecting a wait due to the office being booked out for the day but no wait. Got there, got checked in, was seen my the Dr., diagnosed and on my way home in about 45 minutes. Was a wonderful experience, all things considered. My family and I will be back, as we have now found our new eye care center.

Eye to Eye care in Highlands Ranch is the best place Ive found for eye exams, contacts, and glasses, for both myself and my daughter. The people in this office are unfailingly welcoming and genuinely friendly. Dr Dell is very knowledgeable, and so patient and easy to work with, which is very important, especially for someone who has any kind of fitting difficulties. I had RK on one eye years ago which has resulted in some challenges, then throw in presbyopia as the years go by and seeing well is a trial. Fortunately, with the kind folks at Eye to Eye, and Dr. Dells expertise, I know they will work with me until I see my best. You should give them a try, and if you wear glasses the frame selection and the advice is top notch. My daughter has gotten quite a few pair there, each one ready quickly, and very attractive.

Ive been going to Eye to Eye care for over a decade. My husband and son are also patients. We see different doctors because of varying schedules, but are impressed with all of them. Dr.Dell has helped me so much with prescribing lenses for my chronic dry eyes. Now I cant even tell when Im wearing them. The staff is so friendly, caring, and helpful.

Always helpful, friendly, and willing to explain everything so well. I recommend getting the optional retina scans done, its a great way to ensure that your eyes are healthy, and to catch any potential problems early.

Exam was wonderful. Purchase experience exceptional. Pickup experience sub-par. Because of COVID-19 when picking up my glasses, I was fitted in the parking lot. I understand all the restrictions and precautions during this time but this is not a customer service way of doing business. I would suggest scheduling a pickup appointment or at very least advise that fitting will be done in the parking lot.

We have been going here for years. Always have had a good experience. Friendly and clean and never had an issue with appointments. They work patiently with me as I have issues with eye exams - and they do well with kids and adults.

I brought my daughter here for our first visit and was very impressed. The staff were very nice and they had a huge selection of lenses. The optometrist was probably the best we’ve been to and educated me more about my daughters eye condition than a specialist I went to for 10 years as well as the last two optometrists we went to over the last two years. He took allot of time with us and answered all my questions. I’ll be going here as well.

Ive been wearing glasses for fifty years. That means Ive been inside MANY a glasses store! Eye to Eye Care is the absolute BEST Ive ever worked with! In this Covid world, I made an appointment. There was only one other customer in this large store. We all wore masks. My assistant, Ms Constock, was friendly, helpful, and so funny! I didnt feel rushed and got to try on as many pairs of frames as I wanted. I ordered a perfect pair.The price was lower than the pair I bought for years ago from another company. I will never go to another place for glasses again!!

Bought some new prescription sun glasses here. Picked them up yesterday. Playing golf today and sat on them. Crunch! Less than 24 hours. Just got my eyes checked by Dr. Dell and he’s the best! I live in Los Angeles, but while visiting my parents in Denver needed an eye check up since I’ve been having some problems with my vision. Dr. Dell helped me so much! He really cares and went out of his way to make sure I felt taken care of and seen to. I’ve experienced doctors in the past being dismissive of my concerns, but he is not like that at all. He’s very attentive, listens to your concerns, and does everything he can to address them. It never bothered me as my prescription stayed fairly consistent. I now cannot recommend them as their front desk person was rude, unknowledgable and condescending. I am a new patience and just moved to Colorado from Silicon Valley, California.The front desk staff is very friendly. I thought I have no vision insurance and was ready to pay the full amount for eye examination, when I was informed I only have to pay co-payment. The front desk lady checked/verified my insurance coverage. Also, the optician who helped me, made sure that I get the best price for the lenses. This tells me the staff cares for their patients.Because of my pleasant and positive experience with Eye to Eye Care, my husband made an appointment for eye examination.

Nicole Anderson is amazing! I was upset because after waiting two weeks for my sons new frames, they called to tell me they would be on back order for another 6 weeks. My son can not see without his glasses so this was not going to work for me. I went in and spoke to Nicole to see if there was anything she could do. She felt really bad and also felt this was not acceptable. She made some calls and went way above and beyond my expectations to make things right and get my son his glasses by the following week. I have worked with Janelle a lot over the past few months as well and she has been great! She is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful in finding the right type of lenses for myself and glasses for my son.

I visited this location instead of my previous eye center due to a family move. The eye exam was great, Dr. Zavoda was very professional and thorough. After the exam, we selected frames and then spoke with Janelle about the lenses. The price she quoted for the lenses was ridiculous. The frames were not overly expensive but combined with the incredible price of the lenses, it was stunning. And, we were told that it would be at least 3 weeks before I could have them. I left and took my prescription to the eye center I got my last pair from. I had new frames and lenses in 10 days and at less than 1/2 the price. Needless to say, I will never visit this location again and will make sure to let anyone who is looking for glasses or contacts to steer clear.

I recently walked in on a Saturday afternoon, shortly before closing, where I was met politely by name. I explained that I thought I had a contact stuck in my eye, was in pain and needed to see one of the eye doctors. As it was after the time that doctors typically stayed, I was lucky to find one still onsite and willing to see me. I did not have a contact in my eye, but did have an infection. I was treated and given a prescription. When I left, the store was closed, yet 3 people waited to see if I needed anything else. This is why my family and I have been coming to Eye To Eye Care since they opened years ago. Thank you to all!

I got some pain stain in my eye from painting my fence and i phoned up and got and appointment within a couple of hours (they very kindly squeezed me in). The doc gave my eye a thorough examination and gave me some drops. Luckily no damage. I will definitely be going back as they are a very professional and friendly team. I was definitely in good handsHad to go back as the other eye has been giving me grief. Same professional service, I saw Dr Koh this time as Dr Nurdel was not in. Both excellent.Update:Dr Dell is simply the beat 😊. My 16 yo saw him yesterday and had an eye test. Dr Dell remembered me and he made a point of coming out and chatting with me about how my child’s exam had gone. Awesome AAA+++

I really love this place. I have been coming here with my children for 2 years and they are always so nice and helpful. They wait time is never too long, the staff is knowledgeable and even when we are searching for glasses they dont push the most expensive frames - they will really work with what youre looking for and how it fits your face. Theyre frame selection however IS very extensive - both clearance and full price!The doctors are really thorough and talk everything through with you as well. Even my one emergency visit was good as they saw us quickly and helped my son. I would highly recommend this place.

Definitely 5 stars. Dr. Zavodo was awesome-took his time with me, and made me feel comfortable. The staff was so helpful. In fact, there is a woman that works there who is from NY, and she knows her stuff! She fitted me in the right pair of glasses and spent a long time with me. My whole experience was just great!

My experience at eye to eye was horrible as pretty as the place is they need to do a better job on finding a nicer women at the front desk the elderly women with short blonde hair and glasses was about as RUDE as they come I understand times get busy however she made me feel like I was bugging her when I was asking different questions about my insurance and how the billing worked . She was also very rude and snappy to other workers at the front desk.When I told her never mind Ill find another eye doctor she told me she was doing the best she could but Im more then welcome to find another place. It made me sad to walk away from there being I seen so many positive feedback from others about the eye doctors there . Good luck to others who go there avoid that women and hopefully things will work out great !

Dr. Dell is the best doctor Ive ever had. Many doctors would benefit from the way he treats and interacts with his patients.

Amazing experience. We live in the area and chose Eye to Eye because it was close to home and accepted VSP. What a pleasant surprise. There was no waiting at appointment time. They saw my husband, son and myself. Super friendly office. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when trying to pick out our frames and lenses.We will recommend them to our friends without a doubt.Tina

They couldnt find my insurance, I was stupid enough to wait around 20 minutes while they finally found it with the numbers on front of my insurance card, and another 30 to get in cause they gave up my appointment time... the receptionist is a complete moron. Gonna get new glasses and never come back to this place.

I was working with a Grant type of situation and had to list 5 businesses as possible providers. I did THOROUGHLY investigate all 5 and listed Eye to Eye as my number one choice. I made it clear upon first contact that I was just Snooping and wasnt ready to buy yet but the staff took the time to address my needs/wants inspite of that. When my grant came thru were the chosen ones and I was very happy! I am on fixed income (disability) the staff worked hard to assist me and try to keep my out of pocket costs down! My concerns with my eye exam were addressed by the doctor and he even displayed to me the problem my old prescription had (purchased at a low cost facility, you only get what you pay for!) Regardless of your needs, the staff here WILL take good care of you. Drop in and visit them and see what its like to be truly Taken Care of and NOT just HANDLED
