Avoid this Optical Target at ALL cost front desk/receptionist are the rudest ladies I have ever met. I was so close at leaving before my appointment and I should have. After my appointment they then tried to charge me twice for my appointment and then argued with me that I didnt already pay the $150. Then they sent my contact to the wrong address after I even wrote the new/correct address down for them and they confirmed the correct address. So I had to track down where my contracts were and then they didnt even bother telling which ones are for my left or right eye. This is my last and final time ever be coming to this target and its really unfortunate because I really loved my doctor but I will not be treated like I was there ever again.

Super weird. Go somewhere else. I got my lenses back with numbers printed all over the lenses and they said that was normal. When I tried to return them they said I needed a physical receipt. I told them I had just bought the glasses from them two weeks ago they said “nope we need the paper receipt.”350 down the drain. Any other optical location would be better.
Made an appointment online on Monday at 11:30 appointment they double booked me said they couldn’t do you my exam until Thursday unless I wanted to wait around? So I rescheduled and came back on Thursday, So then they couldn’t verify my VSP insurance and wanted me to pay out of pocket. I called VSP and got verification to no avail at that point I left it made an appointment with an in network provider that had no problem getting my information. Unfortunate because I really like the optometrist and so does my wife, too bad staff Aren’t trained efficiently.
Elizabeth was extremely helpful. I went minutes before the end of the day with a broken pair of prescription glasses. Without me explaining much about the problem. She could find the problem in minutes and fixed it perfectly. All though its a small fix. I was extremely happy about the fact she had cheerful attitude to fix it. I recommend this place .

The staff and Dr.Munro are wonderful!!!!!!!! Dr. Munro spend a lot of time with me to get my script just right and never felt rushed!!!!!! Alla helped me with ordering and was very professional and knowledgable. Thank you all for your help!!!!!!!!!
LOVE Dr. Munro! She was so friendly and warm from the moment I met her. Most importantly though, I appreciated the time she took to explain the results of my OptoMap exam. It gave me better insight to the overall health of my eyes, and how to improve and maintain that health. It also gave me better insight to how having a slight astigmatism may influence treatment options concerning contacts etc. I also walked away with different referral options for possible LASIK consultations. I’m definiely a fan of Dr. Munro and her staff (they were just as informative and friendly)!
Need better help...can be a long wait. My glasses had problems with their coating. Thats never happened with any other glasses Ive owned. I wasnt satisfied with their quality.
They have always treated me well with good service and honesty. I am frankly surprised to see some of these reviews.
The rudest sales people. They do not care at all about you-only your money. Avoid this place!
