Advance Auto is definitely one of my favorite auto parts stores. They generally carry parts and supplies that are of better quality unless I go to the Ford dealer. The staff here was pretty helpful, and happy to help too.
Good service, the guy working helped us and went out to the car to make sure everything was set straight for us to be on our way.
Nicole is the sweetest most helpful manager. If my check engine light comes on I always bring it here. She is always willing to help out! Thank you so much for all your help! 🙂
Future Advance customers,My experience at Advance Auto on County Line in Lone Tree exemplified what customer service should look and feel like! Alex Hall was the gentleman who waited on me and he took the time to explain all of my wiper blade options and why he would recommend some brands over others. He then showed me advanced customer service by suggesting he would assist me with installing them because they can be complicated to figure out. Excellent place to purchase parts. They had everything I needed except for everything was stamped China, But at least they had it.The long brown haired girl was amazing, the blonde kid with a red beard was also knowledgeable and outstanding.

Worst customer service, attentiveness and attitudes of any store I’ve been in in quite a while. I won’t be back and neither will anyone that needs an auto parts recommendation since I live in the neighborhood. I realize the 5 kids working in the store are in such a hurry to stock the shelves so they can go home or play footsie with each other or whatever they do, but it becomes ridiculous when all 5 stare at you while you wait for 10 minutes and then have attitudes like you bothered them. Especially the long brown haired girl.

Website said order will be ready in 30mins for pick up at the store when placed online order. Never received an email or call confirming order for pick up. When stepped in store to pick up order after 6hrs, the store guy says product was not available at store. He placed another order and told me he will call me next day but never called. When called back store to follow up, product was not ready yet even after couple days and the store guy doesnt even care for customer. False promises on your orders and ignorance to customers. I wouldnt recommend ordering parts from this store.

We came in this week because my car battery died. We called them and they answered right away and could help us when we got there. Once we got there Matt helped us. The service was fast and he was polite and attentive. They fixed us up and sent us on our way in a very quick amount of time. We will be back. Highly recommend.
OReilly wont put a battery in of its too hard to get to. The guy at Advance Auto put it in and it only took him 10 minutes!! Never going to OReilly again. Advance Auto is my go to place from here on.

Great store, with good selection of items, and prices. Stopped in, was greeted and helped to find what I needed for some small car repairs and part replacements. Great people, selection and prices.
Service is great when they focus on the customers in the store. Customer service lacks prioritizing customers who are in the store vs customers on the phone. Pretty frustrating when there are 5 customers in the store and 2 employees working behind the counter. One employee is on the phone for 10 minutes, leaving one employee to help 5 in-store customers.
Know what exactly you need. Some staff rely too much on their computers to tell them what to get for the customer. Twice they have been wrong about parts /lights I needed
Most of the folks at this location I have talked to tend to know their stuff. The only downfall here is if you need the slightly obscure parts (generic relays, auto testers, a number of loaner tools for self-repair), they may not have them in stock.Thats **not an issue** for the average driver that needs their ODBII code read, wipers replaced, or alternator or battery tested - but it did impact me (hence the 1* discount, even though I understand it).
They had all of the parts we needed and help us find the right tool. I love the tool cart they have so that they can help customers right there. Great service.

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered a common part for a common car, paid for it. Then shortly before its supposed to be delivered they cancelled the order for no reason, no call or text, just an update in the order status screen. Ive spent thousands on car parts, but Ill never buy from Advance again

I have had an absolutely pleasant experience here lately.Everyone I have dealt with here is knowledgable and their customer service is truly top of the line.I would like to give a special commendation to Kyle. Sometimes he wears a shirt with the name Carl on it. He is an awesome guy. He knows all about cars and his service is the best I have ever seen in any retail store in my life. He has helped me work on my truck and has told me about things he does to help his Honda run better.I rarely post ratings unless I have bad experiences or tremendous experiences.... So needless to say this guy has really blown me away. I hope for his sake that he goes far as an employee at Advance Auto. I certainly know he deserves it!
Took my car down there with a 1 year old Optima Red Top battery I purchased from Advanced because I was having charging issues and after some testing I was pretty sure it was the battery. They tested the battery and said it was fine and it needed charged and there must be something wrong with the charging system. Well off and on I have messed with this over the last year to include putting a brand new alternator in, checking voltage drop across positive and negative cables with a digital volt meter, and cleaning all connections. Today I took it to the Colfax Advance and the guys there actually followed the troubleshooting steps as outlined in the handheld battery tester and determined my batter was in fact bad. Luckily I was still under warranty and they replaced it. NOT COOL COUNTY LINE LOCATION!
Visited this location to try and fix my stereo. a friendly associate helped me to find the right fuses for my 4runner. I did not happen to fix my stereo . Was quite upset. Very friendly service though.
Jacob not only bounces back and forth between customers to help me with my battery but helped replace the connectors as well as more than I’m sure he needed to do. This was above and beyond without a doubt.
My 2.5 year old battery started acting up to the point I had to jump start my car twice in one week. Since I originally purchased it at this AAP I went and talk to the GM Jeannie who worked with me first to diagnose the state of the battery and later she helped me replace it with a new one. She clearly did not have to help with the replacement but there were not too many people at the store so she helped. I love the sense of caring about having happy customer leave the store. I will be back at this store for all my car supplies.
Took my truck in because Ive been having electrical problems and the stealership wanted $170 to just look at it. Staff at Advance Auto Parts tested the battery and alternator free of charge and gave me some recommendations to attempt to resolve the issue without major expense. The hope is we can avoid replacing the battery for another 6 to 8 months or longer. Thank you very much. I will continue to be a happy customer.
On Saturday, I went to buy some parts to do my brakes on my GTO, and Tony was SO helpful! He was able to give me the best price possible with an unparalleled customer service. This type of attention makes me just want to come back without even checking the competition, as I know for a fact hell make sure he gives me the best price possible every time. If hes not already the manager, he should. Keep up the good work!

Go nowhere else! Consistently helpful and courteous people. They sell you what you need and nothing else, no high pressure, just facts. I have come in with problems and they have advised me on what to do even if it meant going somewhere else. A part purchased elsewhere, that would still be under warranty, for example.I have purchased numerous batteries from here (both for myself and others), only once did I have a bad battery. I brought it in, they checked it found it had a bad cell and replaced immediately. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. In this day and age things go wrong, the real winners are the people that accept responsibility and take care of it immediately. I dont go anywhere else for my Auto part needs I hope you will not either.

I’m not a usual Advance Auto Parts customer. I came to the E. County Line store location in Lone Tree, CO. It’s May 5th, 2019 and the store is suppose to open at 9am according to what’s posted on the front door and google. There’s several customers, including myself, who were waiting and confused as to why the store isn’t opened yet. There’s an Advanced Auto Parts Employee waiting in his car and doesn’t know the where abouts of his manager, whose suppose to be here to open the store. Keep in mind, at this point of writing this review it’s already 9:30 am, a half an hour after scheduled opening hours. Come on Advanced Auto Parts, you guys need to hire employees who have better time management skills, you’re losing customers. Several people have left the parking lot, Ive heard them say that they’re going to O’Riellys Auto Parts.

I was traveling when my car developed a hard miss. I was without tools to diagnosis the problem so I headed to this store. Jeannie met me as I walked in and I explained my dilemma which she then loaned me the tools I needed. I found the coil was bad and purchased one from her to get the car back on the road. They couldnt of been anymore accommodating. She even let me use her phone charger to get my phone back up and running. Highly recommend!!!

This advanced auto has had every part ive needed. Great staff, very good people. If you purchase the part you need online and then pick up the part at the store you receive an additional 10-20% off the already lower prices.

So get this: Its 8:00pm on a Saturday night and 9 degrees outside. I go in to buy two sets of wiper blades and a couple of windshield scrapers. As I Im checking out, Sophia and her co-workewr offer to install the wipers on my Tahoe on the spot. They were rock stars!! Great attitude and incredible customer service. Thanks Advance
These guys saved me a lot of money on how I could do a repair. Like 4 guys are super knowledgeable and mechanics. If you do or dont know to do a repair, come here first, because its like youre challenging them to diagnose the problem and tell You how to fix it.
Staff could not answer all my question, new worker
My car was new when I bought it in 2005, and I didnt need to have the battery replaced until March of 2013, when it suddenly went dead. After getting a jump start from my roadside assistance, I drove directly to the Advance Auto Parts store in Highlands Ranch. They tested my battery, and told me that it was no good, so I purchased a new battery, and they installed it for me.In January of 2014, the battery which I purchased at Advance Auto Parts started going dead anytime I didnt drive my car for 2 days or more. Ive had to call roadside assistance 4 times, and have had jumps from friends 3 other times, in warm weather as well as cold. My mechanic did a load test on the battery and said it was bad. The store said to bring it in, that it was still under warranty, and they would replace it.When I got to the store, the manager tested my battery, and said that it was good. I got my mechanic on the phone, and he talked to the store manager to explain the nature of the test he had done on the battery which demonstrated that the battery would not hold its charge. The store manager was rude to my mechanic, and then told me that he could do nothing about my battery because his machine didnt give him a code that allowed him to replace it. ...I had already explained to him the many times that I had been stranded, and as a single female, felt my safety was in jeopardy if I continued to depend on the Advance Auto Parts battery.I left Advance Auto Parts, drove to my mechanic, and bought a new Interstate battery, which was installed the same day. He put my Advance Auto Parts battery in my trunk, and I took it back to Advance Auto Parts 3 days later to request a refund. They tested the battery, which was dead, and said it just needed to be charged, refusing once again to stand behind their product, and refusing to give me a refund.If you have money, time, and your personal safety to throw away, purchase a car battery from Advance Auto Parts.
Id give zero stars if I could. First and foremost the GM Michael Vigil was very condescending and arrogant. I had purchased an alternator 2 1/2 years ago new with a lifetime warranty. It went bad. During that period of time with a couple of moves I had lost the receipt. When I went to the store and attempted to pull the warranty up in the system they could not do so. Reason being system does not record data from that long ago. For whatever reason. They tried to tell me they couldnt afford to keep that much data which is false for a company who brought in over 9 billion in revenue. Autozone has records of purchases my family made for a 1973 Grand Torino from the 90s. They indeed were able to verify that it is their exclusive brand of alternator. Still they would not warranty it out without some proof of purchase. It was like no record was ever recorded. I dont get how you can have lifetime warranties for products and have no record of them after two years. They were willing to give me 30% off a new alternator which I was not interested in doing. Anyways I contacted corporate and was once again given the run around. I ended up talking with a customer service manager her name was Ginger who was very condescending and rude. Basically cut me off when trying to figure out the problem. Long story short this company is dishonest unprofessional. Whatever happened to customer service and truly trying to help customers. Steer clear at all possible. I was extremely disappointed. And obviously wont be returning.
Open until 8pm not 9pm. Peeved I just wasted so much time trying to stop by this place. Last thing I need after 3 previous trips to the store trying to get the correct part. Fix your hours online, it is such an easy thing to do and you wont wind up with reviews like this.Not really happy with the kids attitude when I ordered (and admitted that I did order) the wrong part for my Frankenstein truck this morning either. No reason to get all snappy with me, well thats the part you ordered with attitude, really?? I JUST said that!!This store has earned its spot on the back burner once again. This store is just too hit and miss.

I Went to this store 3 time this week. All 3 times with different employees, and a manager. I had long waits to even be noticed, let alone check out. 3 out of 3 times I was look down upon for whatever reason, and had extremely poor service. On one occurrence, there was no one at the counter for 15 minutes.I am experienced with car / truck repair, and to be treated like this is purely unacceptable.Went to OReilly a block over, was greeted promptly, asked if I needed help and was checked out with out any delay.I will not be returning to this store / chain.

Staff is ok for the most part, however one particular staff member was very arrogant and and became upset with me when I would not agree with him. There is no need for a staff to be so upset when a customer will not agree. He should have simply sold me the part I was looking for instead of pushing a new part that he does not know I have already replaced. Will take my business to other shops that will sell me the parts I ask for, not the parts they think I need for a car they do not have experience with.

The Manager of this Store is a LIAR!Replaced alternator on 2007 Jeep, 12/16 first alternator was defective out of the box! Put the second one in and worked fine until yesterday! Took it back and said this was not the part that I purchased and was in their system, WHAT? Argued with the manager, she told me I was lying, I said “ Yea I go around and try to return used alternators all the time! Are you kidding me? No apologies, no I am sorry for the inconvenience, nothing! I left went down the street to O’Reillys Auto Parts, told them the story and the guy said AAP is known for LYING ALL THE TIME! Don’t ever go to AAP, they are not ethical at all!

I was broke down in front Orielly Auto Parts on Holly and Countyline. I asked if they could help get me off the road and they refused. I then was approached by by an employee delivering parts from Advance Auto Parts. The guy said to give him a couple of minutes and he would get some help. A few minutes later the manager from Advance Auto Parts shows up and helps me get my car to a safe place. He got my car running and I went to the his store. The other employees then tested my battery and I purchased a new one. This was the best customer service I have ever received. I am very greatful to these people.Thank you Advance auto parts!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Customer service .....went in to recycle some used oil and asked how much they will take and they said 3 gl. Well I had 5 gl. In a 5 gl. Container, nope ONLY 3...So I said thats fine and I would not be giving advanced my business any more and old man Mike pitched me attitude when I was walking out the door expecting me to keep walking. ... well I went back in and let him know how poorly he handled the situation and that when a customer says something that hurts your feelings, you dont say wHatEveR dUde!!I needed some stuff, so I went over to O O OReilly got the stuff I needed and recycled my oil.. Shoulda known by the sound wall seperating the Over priced Track Homes and a regular street that I was in the wrong place. Wait now I was asked to leave due to my wondering why I was standing at the register waiting to make a purchase I was not greeted or acknowledge accept by the one guy not wearing a uniform shirt to dump my oil for me? Then he is the only guy that can cashier for my purchase? I will never be back TY Not what the purpose of an autoparts store in the land of holy consumerism?

I teach at the Yamabushi Dojo in Highlands ranch. One of our students car failed just as he was leaving class. While we were helping him get the car out of traffic, Mike from Advance Auto Parts stopped to help. Mike informed us that he is a veteran mechanic of 30 years, & when he found out that the student was not going to be able to repair the car himself, he promptly proceeded to diagnose the problem, (No spark, bad coil and ECM) walked us back to the Advanced Auto parts to test the ECM module, determined that it was malfunctioning, called the Yosemite store to find parts, got the parts and installed them for our student, then sent him on his way with a working vehicle. He went way and beyond the call of duty at the end of a long day. He made a young man very happy and grateful. I hope Advance Auto Parts knows what an amazing person they have working for them. If you need anything for your car, I would strongly suggest you go find Mike at the Advance Auto Parts on E. County line Rd. Staff here ordered the wrong part then management had problem refunding $5 shipping I paid (for their error). In addition, grunt got chewed out by manager for refunding the $11 for wiper blade without my receipt (even though I was in the system). Will not return to this place. Bad taste.
