Drop off was very fast and easy. This was a rather big service since I had to replace my brakes but they still gave me my vehicle back a little sooner than the promised time. The service advisor I worked with, I think it was Brittney, she was very helpful and super kind. The free shuttle was nice to! Highly recommend.

I drive 25 miles to bring my vehicles here to be serviced for one reason, the people! I always deal with Brittany Wray in the service department because she is very professional and proficient! Every time I need to bring one of my vehicles in, she always makes me feel welcome and appreciated. She also keeps me informed about my vehicles during the process. I believe that people make the difference and she is a prime example of this!! Thank you for making me a valuable customer!!Matt

I went to get my car a/c condenser serviced and pre collision system re calibrated. I was under the warranty and they denied saying the car was in a collision and had no proof of collision. When the car fax is 0 accidents but still accused me and charged me. After denying my warranty they charged me over 1300$. I was over charged with my repair. All service providers are very rude and do not help at all. Very dissatisfied very bad customer service experience. I felt humiliated

Scheduled an appointment today for my Prius at 7:30, gave a long list of general maintenance Id been procrastinating on for way too long (Brakes and TPMS sensors were the big ones), came back 6 hours later and we were all good. Worked with Bob specifically, didnt try to upsell me on anything and kept things curt and simple. Good service.

Ive yet to deal with Vann Yorks sales folks, but their service department is definitely on top of things. I stopped by without an appointment to get a tire patched, and they took care of it promptly. I then scheduled a factory service and a recall repair for a few days later, and they completed that and an alignment in under two hours. The technicians are efficient, and Brittany and Tom are polite professionals. While it is possible that I caught Vann York during a slower week, they have nevertheless left a favorable impression.

We went in for a recall on our seatbelts and airbags. They call us in less than one hour and have us a whole list of everything wrong with our car to the tune of $1500.00.I told them to fix what I brought the car in for. When we picked up the car, they gave me the whole list. After starting down the road, our light came on in the dash... ..... ..... so we took it in to have it checked, and they run the obd tester two times, and both times it scanned, it read NO codes. We had the light turned off and it has never came back on. They seem to think that just because they dont do the maintenance on a car, that nobody else does.We bought our car at Peters Auto Mall in High point and they have served us extremely well!
