First let me start with the fact that Im a disabled single father. I purchased four tires as well as four pressure sensors they couldnt install all at once time for stove reason had me come back. Then when I paid for road hazard warranty they then said upon me having the truck dropped off by triple AAA that I didnt have the coverage and I would have to pay full price. Mind you I paid over a thousand dollars for everything and an now having to pay another 200 for another tire. I would never recommend this company again nor will I be returning myself. This company is by far the most untrusting tire place I have ever been.

Awesome Customer Service experience! Noah tried everything for me to help and assist with my car troubles. He suggested the NTB credit card as well as an easy pay service they provide. Unfortunately, I didnt get approved for the NTB credit card. I really appreciate the time and effort he provided. Thumbs up to Noah 👍🏾

Very quick and fast service. I was in and out in a hour. Hailey was the sweetest. Noah came and explained everything that was done to my car in detail. This was my first visit I will definitely be returning.

They were very honest and explained to me well what they were doing and why which i appreciated but they lied to me over and over again about when my car would be fixed. i got no update not even once and when i called they always explained what they were doing. i showed up and almost none of the things they said they were doing and was making my car so timely to fix, we’re even done. they promised me my car would b ready at almost 3 different times every single day they’ve had it and when i call the store ive been put on hold for over 15 minutes and on some days i coudbt even get in contact w the store. my car only needed 2 tires replaced. they told me it would be done the day i brought it in and it’s been almost a week and i still don’t have my car too.

This place is thorough, honest, and down-to-earth. Brian, the manager, is super personable. They do great work and are diligent to stay in touch if they discover any issues. Highly recommend.

I really love coming here, the people are nice and honest. Always get the best customer service from everyone here. They take their time to explain what’s wrong and how they can help. I appreciate the work they do!

OMG, just amazing. Was visiting in-laws in Highpoint NC and had a flat. Went to NTB and meet Noah. Explained that I was in dire need of a tire repair and had pending arrangements to meet the in-laws with in the next 2 hours. Noah was amazing, offered to repair the tire for free and did it on the spot. Thank you so much sir. You are an amazing person who knows how to please your customer base. Thank you again.

NTB Westchester in High Point, NC was awesome!!I have AAA Premier and they are Horrible!NTB was my saving grace!!They fixed my tire where I had a screw imbedded in my rear tire!!They will now be my Go-to service center!Staff is fantastic and work was done in a timely basis!❤️

Had to leave my car for an unscheduled repair. Was kept informed to what was going on and got a quick repair at a fair price.

The guys were very friendly and they had my inspection done in no time! Plus it was nice to find a place thats open on Sundays, since most arent.

I ordered a tire for my moms vehicle and take said it would take 5 days. A month later still no tire. Ive been calling them and they keep saying the same thing next week and next week over and over again still no tire! It got to the point they dont even take my calls no more or they say the will call me back. Billy and that new guy who replaced him and Brian is bad for business. If you cant do it in the first place just tell you know. Dont waste peoples time. Do not shop here! THIS PLACE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS.

Had an appointment for an inspection at 4pm >.>When I got there they told me that they were not able to preform my inspection.Now the last day to get my inspection I cant get my inspection great do they wanna pay my fine?

I made an appointment days out so I wouldnt spend 1/2 a day waiting on service.....an hour after I got there my car hadnt moved. Great place and they know what they are doing...but time is money and I dont appreciate being taken advantage of. A 10am appointment means 10am where I come from.

Dropped my truck off on Monday to get ball joints replaced they order wrong parts after 3 days in advance and here it is going on Friday i still dont have my truck and can barely get anyone on the phone I AM NEVER GOING BACK HERE

Thomas, the manager who ran the counter, explained how much my service could potentially cost, all the variables that could apply, and called me after the mechanics inspected my car to give me options on how to proceed. The entire staff was professional and courteous, I would recommend getting your tires serviced here.They also cleaned my windshield, which was greatly appreciated.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came in day before and ask for a quote on new tires, no issues. Set an appointment for the next day when tires were to be there. Arrived next day at 11:00am and saw that the tires I ordered were there, figured it would be smooth process. BOY WAS I WRONG! Waited 10 min for someone to even acknowledge I was even in existence.Was promised vehicle would be started on by 1pm, and would be ready by 3:30pm, advisor would call if anything changed. Heard nothing at 4pm and called for a status update. Was told vehicle had not even been started on, and would now not be ready until 6pm. Arrived at 6:05, and truck was still on alignment rack. Finally left with vehicle at 6:15. Only thing keeping me from awarding just one star was the deal I received on the tires.

Had my “tire pressure low” warning light come on and pulled into NTB, they checked the tires, added air and didn’t charge me anything. Will definitely come back for tire maintenance.

Decent service and prices but tires were significantly under inflated upon picking up. My trailer tires call for 65 psi. When I picked up my newly mounted tires and checked them they only had 47.5psi in both tires. Luckily I checked this before taking a trip as it could’ve resulted in a blowout on day 1. I would’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but the temperature hadn’t changed more than 5 degrees since I dropped off and picked up. People trust you with their safety and customers shouldn’t have to check behind a professional. Will not return.

My indicator light came on in my car with a low tire pressure message. I stopped in without an appointment and asked the service guy how long it would take to check my air pressure (there were 6 people sitting in the lobby ahead of me). He said we can take care of that right away...just pull your car up by the service dock door and some one will be right with you. I pulled up and five minutes later I was on my way home. Great customer service and I appreciate them getting me in and out!!!

The team at this location is second to none. Ive had all of my vehicles in my household serviced here and its great. Always clean and always professional.06-2021- I have been coming to this NTB for years to have my vehicle serviced and it was great again. They are obviously the trusted auto repair business in high Point as they are continuously busy. They stayed late to get my tire repair complete. I will never go to any other place to have my vehicles repaired. Bryan Cooley treats you like family and his staff is amazing. There will always be new places that pop up with shiny new buildings but this place is home to me.

Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, reasonable prices. Weve been going there for seventeen years, and theyve always made us happy. What else can I say?

The staff here is super amazing!! I have been using them for going on 5 years and I have never had a problem. They were great! I came in to get my tire patched and they quickly brought my car in and took a look at it. They kindly informed me that they could not patch it because of the angle of the nail (ended up being a giant drill bit). They told me I would have to buy a new tire but I was hesitant because I just bought the car and it has brand new tires. They referred me to a truck tire repair business that may be able to patch it. They put my tire back on, filled it with air, and sent me on my way with no charge. Im very appreciative!

These guys are wonderful. While visiting the area, my father noticed that my rear tires were bald and that my car alignment was completely off. Before getting on the highway back home, which is a 2+ hr drive, I desperately need to get these things fixed. I also had my 2 year old and 9 month old with me, so safety was a top priority, and I was not wanting to risk driving long distance again with my car in this condition. These guys were able to fit me in spur of the moment and get me quickly back on the road. They were extremely knowledgable, helpful, and professional. I cannot say enough good things.

Great place, had after market parts installed on a busy day. Guys were nice enough to get me in. Set an apt and knew what was I was coming back for, and then was fair and only charged me an hour of engine work. Would recommend just keep in mind they are busy. Enjoyed working with them.

I really like this place. Ive had great experiences here. They stand by their work. They replaced the same part 3 times for initial payment.I truly appreciate the education they provide & they are not pushy, always finding something wrong with your car(which I have experienced at other places). Just wanted to share my experience with Brian Cooley and his team at the High Point NTB. I came in for and oil change because of an unexpected trip out of town without an appointment. They were busy and had several people ahead of me, but a Brian advised me he would get me in and out in a timely manner which he did. Brian and his team were awesome, and I was in and out in about an 1 and half without an appointment.Thanks to Brian and his team.

Good company. Im sure some of the reviews are of people who have no idea how to service a vehicle, let alone can tell the difference between a good and bad running vehicle.However, my experience is that I went in and asked if they could fill my tires since most gas stations have a coin machine. They did it for free and immediately.

I have been here several times & also referred several of my friends/family who are also now loyal customers so I am not understanding the negative reviews at all. They are thorough, they inspect my car from one end to the other even for a simple oil change, they take me in back to show me & thoroughly explain anything they find that needs to be repaired, they suggest future services I may need with no hard selling, they are extremely helpful & kind every time I come in, and they are very reasonably priced. I am a 45-year-old woman so trust me, I KNOW a great, honest mechanic when I see one, and I am officially a customer for life for anything that needs to be done for mine or my familys cars here.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. I got a flat tire driving home from NC to OH and none of the shops in the area carried the size tire I needed. They helped me call around looking for a shop that had a tire and when none did went above and beyond to get one to their store and on my car in record time. They truly saved me this morning!

I came in Saturday morning for a difficult battery installation. Brian was polite and explained everything that I needed to know. The lobby was spotless...their service was perfect. I was in and out in under an hour. It has been hard to find reliable and honest auto repair...thanks to the guys at NTB on Westchester Dr., Ive found a permanent repair center.

Just wanted to share my experience with Bryan and the team at NTB. I visited today for a tire patch after discovering a nail in my back left tire. From the moment i walked in i was greeted sincerely and was helped immediately. I was on my lunch break and only had an hour and knew they might not have an opening in that time frame for work, but wanted to check regardless. Bryan assisted me and recognized my time crunch, he gave me an estimate and i decided i would go for it. Let me tell you....THEY ARE SWIFT! I WAS IN AND OUT, PAID, AND GOOD TO GO WITHIN 30 MINUTES! I was so impressed i just had to give them some praise. So, Bryan, if you read these comments...Thank you for making my day easier. Its the little interactions that make a huge difference and i can say with confidence that i will be a return customer and will be referring this location to my colleagues!P.s. He was kind enough to quote me for the new tires i have been planning to invest in..I was STUNNED when he gave me the price and it was $700.00 cheaper than the place i was initially looking at to buy from! Good tires, great service and honest transactions...couldnt ask for more :)!

Ive been using this facility for several years. Generally speaking these reviews sites are going to be mostly folks not satisfied with their visit. Its rarely the customers that are satisfied. Well I am very satisfied with the work and professionalism shown to me and my family. I have never felt overcharged or taken advantage of. They are GREAT!!!!!

Congratulations NTB you just lost a very long time customer whose used your services in several different states! When you break my wheel and dont say anything about it and I just falls off, theres an issue. I was kind didnt bring that up. However ever since the oil change you did my check engine light came on. We bring it back up to you, oh its not your fault and you want to charge $122 to just look at it? No, I dont think so. Good thing theres other places to go because I will not be back!

Ntb high point is the place to go!! Not only do they get the job done they get it done right. I was in for tires and they did a free check over of the whole vehicle for FREE! I was very pleased to know some people actually care about the quality of work they perform for their customers. I doubt I’ll go anywhere else.

I had 2 tires go flat and needed tires immediately. They stayed open late to get me tires. There was an issue with a tire weight which they fixed. They did charge for tire disposal even though I took both. Still they were very helpful and I would go back.

2 hours to change the rear brake pads. In town seeking refuge from Hurricane Florence. Save yourself time and money. Buy a Haynes manual, a moderate set of tools, and do simple stuff like this yourself. You’ll be better off, and richer, in the long run

I have been going to Merchants for over 10 years and once again I am pleased with the service and worked performed. Having been acquired by Tire Kingdom, I became skeptical that I would continue to receive the friendly and fast service I had experienced in the past (the slimy Tire Kingdom commercials dont help).Earlier this week I made an appointment 5 days in advance with another, locally-owned, auto repair shop only to be disappointed. The other shop treated me as if I had dropped-in unannounced and wanted new tires the next day. I left and went to Merchants.At Merchants not only was I treated like a valuable customer, they were able to accommodate me without asking or appearing put-out. As a result they got my 1200.00 business!I have read other reviews that are negative and I am at a loss. I have never experienced the treatment described in those reviews. The only thing I can think of is I have done my research before I go, I know what I want, and I give them plenty of time to do their work - usually dropping off the car on Friday night and picking it up the next afternoon.I did have one unsettling experience when they were still on Parris Ave: while picking-up my car from a routine emissions inspection I was presented with a list of recommended service items totaling over a thousand dollars. I didnt take them up on this - I know what I need and when I need it and this felt a little like a scam. It may have been an honest attempt to drum-up business on things that were not 100% up to their designed abilities but, clearly did not require immediate attention.

I have been a customer at the High Point NTB for years. Management at this store is top-notch, accurate and they are the most reliable store I’ve ever visited. Also awesome is they are just a few miles away from where I live.

This is the only Auto repair facility that I will ever use. They have the best customer service of any shop Ive ever been. The mechanics are ASE and are very competent. I see these bad reviews and just dont understand. I guess there always a few bad apples in the bunch. This place is always packed with business and they are super classy. They make me feel like family. Do yourself a favor and use this facility for your auto needs. Outstanding!!!!!

The worst experience of my life. Feel like I was robbed. Saturday,Sunday and Monday for a total of eleven hours there. Problem was not fixed. Paid for a job that was not completed. $517 Saturday, $410 Sunday and still nothing....

My appointment was set for 1:30pm. I came 45 mins early at 12:44pm. How long does it take to get an oil change. It should not take an hour. What was the point of making an appointment if your not going to stand by it

Couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else, not even a different NTB. These sweethearts have been doing maintenance for my cars for years and their customer service can’t be beat. They always have a smile for you and nothing but honesty about what’s going on with your vehicle. You can drop your car off knowing it’s in great hands. ❤️

Came in for oil change so tell me why only one other person in waiting area and an hour later Im still waiting theyre slow cancel plans its going to be a while want be back

Service was done correctly but it took 2 1/2 hours to do it. Reviews were being done on the employees and some employees were not happy. Reviews should be done some other time. Not during business hours. People with appointments was waiting 2 hours to have work done. People were saying they would never be back again.

Went in for a oil change they took care of my truck and great prices. I will be taking my truck here in the future.

My story is too long to explain in one review. This NTB is expensive and far from trustworthy. Each employee gave me different information and after my car sat in service for 2 hours somebody came out and tried to sell me on all these packages I didnt need. When I told them I wasnt paying $80 for an alignment the man behind the desk said If I can do it for $40 today will you do it here? To which I replied absolutely not. Theres probably 20 shops in High Point that can do better work cheaper than here. Will not be returning.

Don’t listen to their customers... charge me to see the issue and I told them what was the issue.

They are always professional and helpful when I go there. They always try to have my car done soon. But sometimes emergencies happen or I have to wait for something. They always tell me what is going on with my car and even show me if I ask.

We have been a customer of this High Point location of NTB for a number of years and have always received excellent service from management and the work has always been more than satisfactory. The store is always clean and neat and everyone is courteous and professional.

The facility prides itself on up-charging jobs, convincing people that more work needs to be completed than necessary, and over charging for parts. I would encourage anyone shopping this business to get a second opinion. I trusted this establishment at one time, but no longer. Remember, you are paying for the franchise fees at each engagement and competing with internal policy that promotes / encourages finding problems to increase charges to the customer and increase profits for the branch. caveat emptor!

Everyone I encountered was very professional and up front about everything. The job was done properly and on time with no extra fees included like many shops tend to add. When/if I need work done on any of my vehicles that is over my head I will bring it to NTB. Thank you for such a good experience.

I had an oil change and tire rotation that took 2 hrs and 2 daya later my car tire sensor light comes on, so I call tell back and they tell me .. You need to replace your sensor it sounds like its going bad.well Im juat lost for words. $60 for this after they rotated my tire. I really believe that they did. Something to cause this problem. I didnt have this issue before.

My issues were handled in an efficient manner but I did have to wait several hours. I had an appointment but my vehicle was not tended to for some time. I will still be back as they made sure to apologize and gave me rather satisfactory advice.

They attempted to tell us a ton of things wrong with the vehicle. We got a second opinion,turns out we need NONE on the things they wanted to charge almost 2 grand for. Watch your back.

Don’t let the cheap oil change fool. Went in for an oil change but was told I was leaking antifreeze and it was an emergency. Quoted 800$ for a 60$ fix... the exact same line word for word was used on one of my friend as well.....
