My wife and I have been long time customers of this body works business and not all because of wrecks, just one of those. All the jobs theyve done on a variety of my cars have all been 10 of 10. The very best work Ive ever experienced. On my one wreck, it turned out to be a better car than when I bought it originally. You will pay a little more but your satisfaction will be met I have no doubts. This place will always have my business.

I hit a deer earlier this year and had FANTASTIC work done. Came in for estimate, the General Manager was very reassuring about repairs and my estimator, Shannon, kept me up to date during the process. Looks like it never happened! Highly recommend!!

Gerber did a good job on my repairs. I worked with Sean who told me what to expect. Due to the season and some other issues the shop anticipated 30 days. My car was ready when promised. When I found a run in the paint they took care of it immediately. I would use them again.

The manager Darlene went out of her way to accommodate me and make sure I got good customer service and the car looks even better than when I left it with them! It drives great and Im very happy with their service!

This body shop is awesome! They stayed in contact with me during the whole time of my repair which was over a little two weeks! Below are my before and after! They even gave my passenger door a fresh paint job so it matched the driver door! I highly recommend them!

Called at 4pm and earlier and when someone finally answered the phone they hung up on me after I asked if I can get my windshield replaced. Wait was like 5 mins, the conversation was less than 20 seconds. Some lady took my call.

Left my car on Friday and received it back a week earlier than expected. Great job! All paint matched. Couldnt tell it had been vandalized! Kept me informed of progress and cost during the process. Would highly recommend.

I warn you not to go here all they care about is money not helping people. I know everyone that work there arent bad but its not a good place to get your car worked on. Oh and by the way its been a month-and-a-half and they still wont release my car send never go to this place its terrible Im sure the workers there dont want people to have to go through this but when thats your only vehicle and you go through a place that your insurance recommend then youre stuck without a car for 1 and 1/2 to 2 months whats the point might as well just walk

Kimberly thomas your office dropped the ball was supposed to take 3 days n then I was told 3 weeks after me telling them I couldnt be without my truck for 3 weeks they called and arranged me a rental car only to try to Bill my insurance after knowing and being told 3 different occasions I didnt have rental car insurance.

I was sent here by USAA. I would not recommend. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. The repair took a week longer than they estimated. When I picked up my car there were parts that had green paint on them that Matt said were marked as damaged but not ordered. When we got home we found the parts in the back of the vehicle. We scheduled to have the car repaired again which again took longer than estimated. During that repair a part they had previously replaced was damaged. They ordered that part but we have not returned to have it replaced because we have no faith in the estimated time they will have the car or that they can complete the repair without further damage. USAA customers BEWARE! Use alternate shops if possible.

Good people. I had to get some things corrected and it was a little inconvenient that I had to go back twice. But in the end, they made the adjustments to my satisfaction. Very good customer service and professionals.

Quality work done on my front bumper. Some miscommunication about what was covered under insurance estimate. Satisfied with work completed but think communication in regards to work being done and time frame need work. I think overall it is a decent business and the staff are friendly people. Good experience.

My vehicle was taken to this place for an estimate.Parts were stolen off my vehicle that were clearly on it when it arrived. It was locked, no signs of forced entry and the hood had to opened from the inside of vehicle for my headlight to had be taken and replaced with broke junk headlights & my door panels had to be removed for both of my mirrors to be taken & replaced with broken heated mirrors. My insurance company awared me they knew i was coming to get my vehicle, but when i asked for the key the lady clearly asked me was i there to retrieve my items ... I dont Recommend anyone use this business for anything especially if your not staying the whole time your vehicle is there.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Great work at fair prices, and speedy completion. No pumpkin spice double lattes there, but they do have a kuerig, so I cant complain. Recommended.

Let me start by saying this isnt the first incident I had with this shop. I had my last vehicle serviced here a couple years back and had to bring it back for because after their repair my front tire would rub against my bumper. So My wife was rear-ended by another vehicle. USAA handled the claim and recommended this shop to her. She agreed before talking to me and the shop did the work however there was a problem with the car that was causing the battery to drain. the shop aid the battery was faulty, but to prove this the only thing they did was charge it and start the car. It would start but then the car battery would die. They never tried to use a different battery to see if maybe a problem with the electrical system was the issue, but instead used their expert opinion to determine that since they only did repairs in the rear of the car the battery had to be faulty before it came to the shop. It is an ABSOLUTE fact that they battery and the electrical system was fine before the accident. Now I have to pay out of pocket to fix a issue this shop was too incompetent to diagnose or even begin to troubleshoot. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!

Left a portion of the car undone unable to tell the temperature in my car. Paint work, clear coating begin pealing several days later. My advice find your own auto repair do not go with whose recommend by the insurance. This would be my to third time back to this shop.😔 To get it fixed Im going to have to take vacation or sick time because they dont open until 8am but their website says 7:30am.

These people are scam artist and embezzlers. I would never recommend them to anyone. My parents took their car there to be fixed and now I wished they didnt. When the car was ready my parents went and paid the people in cash over $1400. My father was so happy to have his car back when he gave Mona Shaw, the customer service/receptionist the money, she gave him the keys and he walked out. My mom asked him for the receipt he said she didnt give him one so she made him go back in and get one. The paper she gave him still showed a balance and my dad said something to her but she swore out that was his receipt. So to the end they sent a bill to a collection agency saying my parents never paid them. Lady you are a liar. I took it upon my self to find the CEO phone number and had my mom call. Well they met with the manager of the store William Butcher Reid and Mona Shaw today and she stood in my parents face and said he never paid her for the car. My parents are ministers and there is no one in the city of high point that would have one bad thing to say about my parents. Well now that my parents are stressed out and my father is recovering from cancer Im now stepping in. Im not going to stop until I get every News Station and City Mayor involved because these people are not going to get away with embezzling money from my parents. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!

SHOP INFORMED MY EMPLOYER ON FRIDAY MY TRUCK WOULD BE READY FOR PICK UP MONDAY. WELL WHEN I ARRIVED TUESDAY WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO PICK UP THE TRUCK, AND IT WAS NOT READY. WHEN I ASKED WHY SOMEONE WOULD TELL US THE TRUCK WAS READY, THE EXCUSE GIVEN WAS IT WAS THE END OF MONTH (A COMPLETE WASTE OF OUR VALUEABLE TIME AS THIS REQUIRE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AS WELL TO DRIVE THE SECONDARY TRUCK BACK..)I HAVE AN ISSUES WITH THINGS LIKE THIS IN TERMS OF INTEGITY AS IT TOOK SOME EFFORT ON MY PART TO GET UP TO THE SHOP AND ALL FOR NOTHING.AFTER MY ORIGINAL POSTING THE SHOP MANAGER CALLED AND EXPRESSED THAT HE WISHED I WOULD HAVE ADDRESSED HIM AT THE SHOP INSTEAD OF POSTING A REVIEW IF I HAD AN ISSUES, BUT THE OVERALL DEMINEOR OF THE RECEPTIONIST LEAD ME TO THINK IT WOULDNT HAVE MATTERED (MAYBE I WAS WRONG.. I have schedueled 3 times to get my car looked at and fixed. Part is a workmanship issues, i have clear coat peeling off my car and turning yellow in a number of spot.It has been 2 and half months trying to get this fixed. I am sure no body lol ikes to work on things twice. So i figured they would be hesitant. After explain i will pay out of pocket for fixing other things i just needed a qoute. So i just explained to them that i will be picking up my car and going somewhere else.Huge waste of my time and others time!I will recommend that everyone take their vehicles somewhere else!

I took my car here after hitting a deer. USAA insurance said this was a recommended body-shop, but I really wish I had taken my car somewhere else. When I picked up my car there was dust every where in the interior, my passenger side door had a ton of problems, and my front grill wasnt fully installed. Its unbelievable how incomplete the entire job was. I had to reinstall the grill (they left half the clips undone), my key barely works on the passenger door anymore, the entire interior door panel is still loose (they probably left half of the panel unclipped too), and had to clean the whole interior. Unless you want to re-do a lot the work yourself and spend a couple hours getting body-shop dust out of your car, youre better off finding another shop.

I was refered by my insuramce company USAA The receptionist was awsome she took time to let us know that we would recieve updates to the progress of the car as far as whoever handles the repair hadnt heard from any one in almost a month about the process of my car no one bother to keep us updated and when speaking to Bill he was very rude and seem to not understand the value of customer service as im expressing my concern on the status of my car i would not return back here due to that he told us the car is a total damage my insurance company released payment but i still havent rexieved my car yet i pray whateva there tryinf to xover up is exposed but ill never refer them to anyone

So i took my car there on 10/12 due to a hit and run on my front bumper while my car was parked in the parking lot at my job after only having the car 3 days ...my insurance company USAA recommended i take my car to this shop for repairs and service ...today is now 10/23 the repairs were supposed to only take 3 days to complete and they are doing a terrible job of keeping me up to date with the process of my car and have had to order parts three different times everytime i call they so oh we have to order another part for your car and im trying to figure out why the parts werent ordered all at once ...anyways hopefully when i pick my car up it doesnt have any problems so i wont have to take it back ..the most aggravating process ive ever had to go through

Do not go to this place. I went there twice. They didnt measure my hood correctly. When I went back and asked them to look at it again they didnt. They buffed my car and didnt do it correctly. I have white stains on my rearview mirrows that will not come off.
