10/10! I showed up about an hour before closing. I had already picked the base color online so I knew what I wanted and how I wanted it altered. The employee listened and gave me the EXACT custom color I had in mind. Im really happy with my choice and the excellent service I received while in the store. Thanks for being polite and listening to me.

Store closed at 4 on sundays and was closed with doors locked at 3:45. Just needed to check a sample before making an order .

Nice clean store with many different paint products. Courteous staff willing to help you as best they can. If you need to make a special order they will assist in helping you with that.

Excellent Customer Service. I called the store with questions about a paint removal product. The sales associate answered questions promptly about in stock items and called me back regarding stock they could order, including price and comparative qualities with in stock items. I decided on an item they had in stock. When I arrived in the store, the associate recognized me from our phone conversation, answered further questions and assisted me with my sale. Thats the way it should be.

The Lady at Hickory store was very nice and helpful. I got a awesome price on quality paint and supplies that was on sale.

The staff was very friendly and one of the salesclerks even gave me a swatch book of paint colors. It was free and so nice to have!!

Very high quality paint, extremely pleased with results.

Product needed was not in stock. Wish I had not started staining our new deck with this product. Now I feel stuck that i have to finish it, and its aready peeling!Only 1 person working at this busy store.

Little pricey but GREAT products

The manger has a bad attitude . I have been in there a couple times and seen it . When dealing with the public that is the wrong type of person to be put in that position . Bad for business.
