Within three hours of my initial contact, where I told Devin what I needed and envisioned, I had a drawing and a quote. Measurements were made in a couple of days, and the full wall-size cabinets, shelves, and drawers for my basement were installed three to four weeks later. They matched the top molding perfectly to the molding that was in my room—the cabinets look they have always been there! The communication was great. I highly recommend True Cabinet.

From design to installation the True Cabinet team constantly over performed and provided great customer service. Stefee provided a design that worked with the space in a timely manner and held our hands multiple times through product selection making sure we stayed in budget. Each time we met at their store I was amazed by what I would consider the best showroom in the area. The lead times were great and once the cabinets arrived Jason and his team installed the cabinets with expert craftsmanship while leaving the space spotless. Since the installation True Cabinet sent the installation crew back out for a final adjustment after we loaded down the cabinets and once again they exceeded expectations. The team at True Cabinet has a passion for what they do and when you add their outstanding customer service and expertise you end up with a company that is worth spending time to write a review.

Chris runs an incredible shop at True Cabinet - and this is a gem to have close by in Hickory. The selection of options in hardware and cabinetry can be overwhelming, and we wouldn’t have ever gotten it done without Chris and the crew at True Cabinet. Chris found us a very unusual hinge for a custom application we could not find on our own after weeks of searching.They have an amazing selection in their showroom, and can get just about anything you might not see there.

I worked with Jeff and his staff this past summer on my kitchen remodel and was so pleased. Jeff was referred by a friend so I already knew he would do a good job. Jeff and his son were able to provide me with a detailed drawing that was exactly what I had communicated to him. I was able to find a cabinet in their beautiful showroom (that is incredible) that reflected the character of my house along with the perfect hardware. I even purchased the tile for my backsplash from Jeff. Jeff was great about giving me referrals to subcontract the electrical, plumbing, tile installer and painting. The cabinets arrived on schedule and the installation began immediately. Unfortunately, my project fell the week before the Fourth, so that presented a delay in my quartz installation; however, I was so impressed that Jeff stayed late into the evening to make sure everything was ready for the quartz installers to make their templates trying to keep the delay to a minimum. The cabinets are beautiful and the functionality is incredible. I definitely would recommend True Cabinet.

These are of some of the best cabinet/kitchen guys in the area. We did a full custom kitchen and they were involved from the very beginning. Not only did they do a great job with the cabinets and hardware but we also got our gorgeous backsplash tile from them.But don’t think you have to do a custom kitchen every time you walk through the door. I recently needed some hardware for another project and they helped me out with serval options and met my tight timeline.

Stefee has been wonderful to work with. She has made recommendations to meet my budget and has tweaked the design to fit our small space. I havent yet ordered the cabinets but intend to and will share an update once they are installed. And not just cabinets but they have been able to match or beat other estimates for flooring and countertops. Based on my experience to-date, I highly recommend True Cabinet.

I have worked on many DIY projects at my house. I traditionally use Home depot because they have what you need but, there selection is limited. I found True Cabinets on google, after make a short call they helped with all my building needs and have a larger selection with better quality. The price not only fit my budget but helped me save a little as well. This is where I will be shopping from now on. Thank you guys again. See ya soon

I did not buy a $5000 home remodel package, nor $3000 of cabinets; i simply needed two Lazy Susan hinges for my existing cabinets. Called and spoke to Jeff who instructed me best to bring the door in to get the right ones, which i did. He must have measured and spent 25 minutes looking in parts books, along with calling a friend to confirm his determining the right part. Having to order them he called me when they came in and mounted them on my door (i brought it in again) and told me to take them home and see if they would mount correctly then return to pay. All went as hoped and his bottom line charge for hinges only (he COULD not have charged enough for his time) was a very pleasant surprise having expected the high dollar. Not just knowledgeable craftsmanship, but such a friendly experience will bring my return for any cabinetry, flooring work in the future. i would not hesitate to pay MORE for such a combination, but to pay LESS is beyond anything you may hope. See Jeff, youll be doing yourself a favor!

I Was referred to this company while in search of granite countertops. JD And his staff were excellent in helping me pick out affordable quality cabinets. The cabinets I received were Solid plywood and not the cheap particle board that Lowes offers. In about a 2 week turn around time, they were ready to install and they look fabulous in my kitchen now. I saved about $2,000-$3,000 just on hardware and cabinetry, and more on installation in comparison to what Lowes quoted. Im very satisfied and look forward to future purchases from them! Thanks
