Great service this lady there to help anyway she can

The new hearing aids work great, if we could get someone to file the insurance we would be happy. Everytime we talk to someone, there has been a mix up or they are short staffed, or they are taking care of it immediately. If we had known this we would not have gotten new ones. Muliple visits to the office and phone calls have produced nothing but aggravation.

Doctor explained my condition and made adjustments to my aids. Also helped my wife with hers. Have always helped us with needs.

Got my 1st hearing aid there. A really top notch professional business. Just had them do a free cleaning. I wish I had gone there years ago!
