After having a bad experience at two other hearing service providers, I decided to give Bowles Hearing in Hickory a try. It turned out to be the best decision I have made in my search for quality hearing care. From the first phone call to my last appointment, Deanna Howard has done a remarkable job in helping me be able to hear again after 20 years. She is very attentive to what, you as a customer, are looking for in a hearing aid. There are no sales pitches, with your hearing being her only concern. She is honestly the FIRST hearing provider that listened to what I wanted and what my needs were. After sales service is wonderful and Deanna lets you know any time you need help with your hearing aids, she wants you to come in so she can address your hearing need. I thought the prices on their hearing aids were much better than anyone else I had talked to.Micki, the receptionist, is also extremely nice and actually listens to you. She is great at dealing with any insurance you may have or with hearing aid companies. Here again, she actually makes you feel like your hearing is her number one priority.Thankyou both for a seamless, stress free experience in restoring my hearing. I would (and have) recommend Bowles Hearing to anyone who needs that service.

I cannot express how great Deanna and Nikki were from the initial phone call setting up moms appt to the day mom received her hearing aids. Professional and caring individuals that wanted the best for my mom.....I had no idea how hard it was for mom to hear...Deanna explained to me her hearing loss and actually let me experience what mom was hearing....WOW that was an eye opener. I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience at Bowle’s Hearing Care Center. I developed Tinnitus last year and now wear hearing aids with maskers to help cope with it. Deanna had been so supportive and helpful throughout this entire experience physically and mentally. I’m so blessed to know her and the staff and highly recommend them to anyone with hearing or tinnitus issues.

I went to the Hickory office...DeAnna (s?) is the most knowledgeable, personable caring person! She knows everything there is to know about hearing aids! Her explanation of what has happened with my hearing and how the hearing aids work was truly unbelievable! She doesnt speak to her patience as a doctor, she uses terms that a laymen can understand! I highly recommend Bowles Hearing Care Services. SHE is worth the drive to Hickory!!!

Deanna is not only a board-certified hearing aid specialist, but a very nice person as well. She knows her stuff, and is willing to work with your existing hearing aids, with absolutely no sales pressure. I could not recommend her more highly.If in fact you do need new hearing aids Deanna will help you with that as well.

These folks really care about my hearing!! They arent there just to sell hearing aids. They make me feel that improving the quality of my life with hearing aids is the goal. I am pleased.

I have been wearing my hearing aids fitted for me at Bowles for about two years. I have a very positive experience. The price was reasonable, and even economical considering that I have had several visits to adjust them to my needs. I was impressed that they allow a generous time for you to try them out and you can return them for no charge, if, after doing all you should, it does not work out.Not my case. I have am very satisfied. The personnel are friendly and welcoming. I can call in for an adjustment at no charge. It is a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere, where people are really interested in doing a good job. I highly recommend Bowles Hearing Care.
