I have suffered from hear loss for many years. So I bought 3 different pairs on-line and was so dis-satisfied every time. I come to realize they were just amplifiers and in no way could they be fitted to my hearing loss, but I didnt feel I could afford the real deal. Boy was I wrong! After wasting so much money on the knock-offs, I found Alps Mtn. Affordable Hearing.What a blessing!I was treated with compassion and concern throughout the whole process by both the receptionist and the doctor. He knew exactly what I needed and worked with my insurance to get the best possible hearing devices suited for me.I was tested one day and was presented with my hearing aides within the week.I cant even explain how happy I am with my hearing aides and how pleased I am with how I was treated.I cried when I left...because when I walked out the door I heard birds chirping; first time in many years. I’ve dealt with hearing difficulties my whole life, and tried numerous hearing aid brands and styles. Sadly, they usually ended up in a drawer, as they didn’t perform to my expectations. I have been extremely satisfied with Jeff Cline and the staff at Alps Mtn. I have worn hearing aids for 15 years and still struggled with being able to hear, especially in a crowded room. I also had a Baha 5 implanted which did very little to help my hearing loss.
