The owner is a drunk... The stuff he sells is junk.. And if any of his dealers looking at this he gets his outdoor furniture in ohio.. Cheapppp

We have shopped with Furniture Closeouts Direct on two occasions and have found Mike and Misty great to work with; they are knowledgeable, patient and value the client relationship. Our first purchase included a custom designed fire pit, a small patio table and several pots. The price point was well below other sources and the quality exceptional. The pots purchased today again were priced well below other retail outlets and the selection outstanding. It is a pleasure to recommend this store. Thanks Mike!

I purchased probably furniture from these guys and they guaranteed that it would not rust which is held up very well except for the metal bar that sign in the front part of the chair in the metal bar on the back part of the chair and makes it swing. It was painted black and the black peeled off and it’s completely rust down and they will not stand behind it. I informed him that this was going to be at her Beachhouse in San Augustine and all I asked for was 16 new bars that I would put on myself that come in stainless steel with other furniture that is similar

This place sucks terrible management

The owner is a hot head!! When we purchased a lot of furniture with this company (the owner), he showed us a gel foam mattress that had electronic controls to move the top of the mattress up an down. Both myself and my husband laid on the mattress to make sure it was one we would like. When the mattress was finally delivered it was the wrong one, it was your basic (and very cheap) gel foam mattress without controls. I called the owner and told him we received the incorrect one and he told me theres no way I would sell you the controlled mattress at the price of $700.00. I informed him the mattress he showed both of us, and the one we tried in the store was the one we were told we would get. He began to literally yell at me on the phone, I told my husband I would not speak to someone so out of control and gave the phone to him to handle. He told Mike to please tone it down and discuss this as adults. He then not only yelled, he started screaming obscenities at my husband. My husband told him because of his unprofessional manner he would never again buy anything from him and the owner literally hung up on my husband (SOO very unprofessional) . If you decide to buy from this owner, make sure EXACTLY what you are paying for or he may be screaming at you too!! And the mattress we are stuck with is a very cheap gel foam mattress that is one of the most uncomfortable mattresss I have ever slept on. I looked online and found much better quality mattresses for $400 to $500.00. Do not believe you are getting any kind of good deal though this company, shop around and you will see for yourself. *** The rest of the crew from Pete (the store helper) to Roberto (one of the delivery guys) were all extremely nice and professional, MAYBE the owner should take some lessons from them.
