The most unprofessional sales person I have ever dealt with. Ryan Osbourne is a game show host. We purchased our couch in February 2021and it was delivered in September 2021. The couch came in 3 sections with one section being damaged. I called Ryan and advised while the delivery guys were here. He advised me to send the damaged section back and keep the other 2 sections. I did that. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get this repaired and shipped back to us. This was on 9/18/21 and it is now November 6 2021 and we still do not have our section of the couch back. I have called Ryan numerous times only to be told that it is basically out of his hands. I went to the store to speak with Ryan on November 5th and he basically made a phone call and said that the piece that needed to be replaced would be sent to the delivery company Star Delivery on November 19. The couch is paid in full and all I get is the run around about this matter. All Ryan does is blame everyone else instead of taking responsiblity for this and following up with us regarding the resolution of this matter. Not once has he followed up with us to let us know what is going on with the status. We had to pay the couch in full in August and still only have 2/3 of a couch. Never again would I purchase anything from this company. This company takes your money and then does not deliver the product. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTING FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT TRUST RYAN OSBOURNE THEIR SALESPERSON!!!!

What a wonderful experience purchasing a sofa and loveseat at Leather and More in Hickory, NC. Everyone was friendly, but our salesman, Ryan Osborne, did an OUTSTANDING job educating us about the products and options they offered. He never got frustrated with my back and forth decisions, never made us feel rushed or pressured. It was apparent he wanted us to find the exact product that made us happy (even when I kept changing my mind). What a great way to find the perfect pieces for our home. Go, you won’t be disappointed.

Terrible service! Ryan the salesperson is rude and not helpful after spending over $4000 there. Stay away from this store not worth the aggravation!

Superb experience working with everyone at Leather and More. The very sofa I wanted happened to be in stock and was delivered in a very timely manner. Even the delivery guys were great. They suggested I place felt pads on the feet of the sofa. The sofa itself is perfect and exactly what my room needed. Very pleased!!

Wonderful experience working with salesman, Mike Allen! What stood out was his easy going informative style - he wasn’t pushing us to buy! Mike made us feel that it was important to him to ensure that my husband and I got the pieces that would make us happy. He went the extra mile even after the sale to provide excellent customer service with knowledge on how to care for our new leather sectional. I purchased a leather motorized lift chair for my grandfather last year, and he absolutely loves it. No offense to grand dad, but he is rough on his chairs, and he uses them constantly. This one has withstood the test of time. I would say I would get him another chair later, but honestly I dont think he will ever need another one. Great quality and super friendly salesman. The extended warranty also was very comforting. It covers EVERYTHING!! A+++

I was never a leather person and when my sister came from NY to visit they suggest we go to Hickory After looking at the mart for hours I was almost done. When we walked into leather and More it was a wonderful experience. Jason took the time to help us become educated on everything to know about leather, deep seating, styles, coloring, pillows and more. Well 2 full sets of living room were purchased and I recently got my beautiful leather couch. Jason knows his business and the staff was also well educated and kind. Please shop the other furniture store that you know there name and sadly you will learn the piece is not fully leather then to to leather and more in Hickory. Worth the drive from Rock Hill.

Couldnt be happier with new leather couch! Incredibly well made, I expect to hand this down to children someday, never had a piece of furniture this nice. Mike was very patient in helping me make decisions, and thrilled with the result! Highly recommend.

We purchased a power reclining leather love seat sectional. Great sales and delivery experience and we love our new sectional.

My wife Stasia went to Hickory shopping for new couches and ended up at Leather and More. We ended up getting two new couches from there and could not be happier! The service from the company was great, the couches are of super nice quality and comfort, and the delivery went off without a hitch. We highly recommend Leather and More!!!

Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the sectionals we looked at. Great products and good value.

The leather I got scratches extremely easily, the Eugene or Dante leather. The scratches are unrepairable on this type of leather. I dont recommend purchasing this type of leather on such an expensive couch.

In early October 2021 my husband and I visited the Furniture Mart in Hickory, looking for a sofa that was in stock so that we would not have to wait for a special order to be made. Jason Dunn at Leather and More spent a lot of time explaining the different types of leather, cushions and support that was available. He pointed out a floor model that was just the style and color we were looking for. We bought it and were promised a delivery date of 4-6 weeks to our home in Florida.The sofa was delivered in less than 5 weeks, beautifully protected and in perfect condition. It is even more beautiful than I remembered and my friends are amazed at the quality of the design, the leather and the sturdiness. We couldn’t be happier and thank you Jason for doing this for us!!!
