I have purchased my multifocal toric contact lenses from Looking Glass Vision for a couple of years now. I found them via Google and they are truly an amazing company. The customer service is second to none. Their employees go above and beyond. They really care that the customer is satisfied. You just dont find that very often anymore. I am truly grateful.

Ive been going to Looking Glass since 1984 and highly recommend them. I tried another place for glasses 3 years ago and wasnt happy with them so I returned to Looking Glass this year. I can always count on Diane and Ryan to find the perfect pair of glasses for me. They are professional and courteous with all their customers.

Our whole family’s eye care is taken care of by Looking Glass. My adult son has special needs and they are wonderful with him. They are patient, kind and suggests the best options to meet his needs. They also take care of my husband and my eye care too. We recommend it highly.

Looking Glass is the only place our nearsighted family shops for glasses! The selection is great for adults and kids. He makes the Silhouette glasses in the shop, so no more waiting a month for the optometrist offices to get them in. Turn around for new glasses is typically a couple of days, and he has been able to source out of production replacement parts for me twice with no issues. 100 stars.

Ive been going to Looking Glass for years for my contacts. They have the best prices around & great customer service! Im always greeted with a smile & a friendly, how are you today? Recently I went to a new eye doctor & had the worst experience ever! I was very upset the day I went for my contacts only to realize they gave me a prescription for glasses, not contacts. Rhyne was very kind, patient & extremely helpful that day with information I was unaware of! I couldnt have ask for better consideration in a time where I was on the verge of tears. This is THE BEST eyeglass store in Hickory HANDS DOWN! The staff is top notch and know their products like no other store I have ever been too! The prices are the best I have found yet! I am paying a considerable amount LESS for my contacts than anywhere else (including Sams Club) I have been. When it came time for me to buy glasses I checked around (online and local) and these guys beat the prices and have a much better product!

The service was excellent. The make sure you get the frames you want and take the time. They talk style, what is selling, and show you similar frames that may not be in the store. I got my glasses in 48 hr and at half the price I was expecting (Sams club/Cosco) when I walked in the door. Plus it is a local business, and the owners are super nice!
