The ladies on staff were all incredibly friendly and even more friendly in how they treated everyone in the store, myself included. I’m not great with names, but Jennifer and Marci would be almost impossible to forget with the level of help and amazing customer service they offered. I found a great pear of glasses, at a surprisingly good price with all features and perks that I was looking for. I’ll definitely be recommending LensCrafters to my friends and family for their eyewear needs!

Ive lived all over the country and decided LensCrafters would be my best option for eye glasses as they are ubiquitous and manufacture most lenses on-site in just a couple hours. I have never been disappointed!Having settled back home in North Carolina, Ive developed an excellent relationship with my local store in Hickory. The people are great, very professional, and even remember me after my first visit 7 years ago.I highly recommend the organization as a whole and the Hickory location in particular. Kudos!

I purchased two new pairs of glasses with exceptional help from Louise! A truly lovely lady that clearly knows what the customer needs/wants. Her expertise in style, fit, and lens choice is far above par. Louise is very patient with customers and does not try to hurry you out so she can get to the next person. After our appointment at another eye place. We went to look at new frames for my daughters broken glasses. They lady that waited on us act like she couldn’t help us and didn’t try very much to find her some new frames. We left in hopes to find Sarah some new glasses or get them repaired we were greeted with a sweet lady name Jennifer and she helped us immensely! She was so kind and professional. She worked very hard to find Sarah a pink colored frames Today!! I mean we left with new glasses and the old ones tossed in the trash. Finished up with Marci she helped ordered new lens and warranty! We will be back!

Marci was very knowledgeable and helpful! She helped me find what I needed and fixed my current pair of glasses in under 30 minutes. The optometry staff were very nice and worked me in for an exam near closing, which saved so much time. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were there Monday evening 10/04/21. Dr. Kiser and her staff was amazing. The women at the front desk, along with the woman who took me to the other room to do the different tests on my eyes, were very nice. Dr. Kiser took time with me and answered all of my questions.

I used to be unadventerous in my choice of frames, but Marci helped me when I wanted to break this mold. She was patient when I took my time and offered great advise when asked. It truly makes my experiences here wonderful every time.

Have been a customer here for several years. They are too busy to assist and would rather spend their time selling. One employee selling and no one else available to help when should have been in and out very quickly. Other employees hanging around in the back while customers stand around waiting and not being greeted to find out what their needs are. My transaction to pick up glasses literally took 20 seconds but had to wait about 20 minutes. Spent about $500 on two pair of glasses and one pair was supposed to be sent to the store for pickup. They advised at the time of purchase they would call and email when they were ready for pickup. Never called and did not email after checking several times. ​Finally called the store to check status and was advised they had been there for four days. They blamed it on me for not getting the email. Glasses were needed as soon as possible but they were too busy to let me know they were ready for pickup. On a prior visit I tried to get frames replaced on their warranty that I paid extra for. Instead of replacing them they just bent them and told me they would not replace. Thanks for nothing as I could have done that. Will not purchase anything else from this store and have spent several thousand dollars here over the years.

Traveling through the area. Had been to 4 other LensCrafters in other states in the last month, just trying to get my new glasses to fit correctly. Gentleman here took my glasses in to their lab area, removed the lens from the frame, adjusted my glasses perfectly, then reinstalled the lens. AWESOME job…he did what 4 other locations couldn’t.

I had a couple of choices that my vision insurance allowed and Im definitely glad I picked LensCrafters. The overall experience was great. The staff is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Amy helped me during my visits and shes absolutely fantastic! I had an issue where I had a refund coming to me and Amy got it all squared away for me, very promptly. My glasses were ready within a week.

I wont lie, I have had my problems with Lenscrafters in the past but Marc has always come thru and made things right. This review i want to say thank you to Marc and his entire staff. They were the most friendly and helpful people I have ever dealt with when shopping for glasses. I would gladly go their over and over for my glasses.

1st time and Definitely not going back. Im taking my business somewhere else once my insurance renews. If I could give this place -1/5 I would! The place wasnt pact. There were 3 associates and 3 other customers and I was the 4th. My Oakley sunglass was $200. Im ready to checkout and go on my day but nope, the associates just want to make small talk with the customers and I ended up waiting 40 freakin minutes because everyone wanted to talk about their dogs, and how their daughters loved how their glasses looked. Cmon!!! LETS GO!! To make matters worse, the store blocks out Phone Signals so I couldnt even entertain myself while I waited. They do this so you cant price match I guess but really? -2/5 I ended up getting checkout in less than 5 mins but wait theres more! Turns out my $200 Oakleys had a dent in the frame, OMG, when the associate took my glass in the back to disinfect, THEY SHOULD OF SAW IT, because you can feel the dent and yes, you can see it. So now, I have to go back and wait even longer in order to get a replacement. Plus, they didnt even give me the case that goes along with the Oakleys!!!!!! -3/5. While I was there, an associate had a phone call and the person on the other end wanted to speak to a manager so, all they did was, put the person on hold and chit chat for like 20 mins and after, picks the phone back up and pretends to be a manager. Like wow, super shady, horrible customer satisfaction for a company that states, 100% customer Satisfaction. Should be renamed to Wait Lens Chit Chat Crafters. UNACCEPTABLE -5/5

I love the drs here and the fact that I can get a Sunday appointment works well with my work schedule ..I have been coming here for years .. yes I went to some of the other eye dr offices in area but they were cold and not friendly and glasses outrageous .. here my glasses have been affordable and staff is very helpful and friendly

I was there 3 different times before I ordered the glasses I wanted. Not their fault. It was very busy the first and second times I was there, not so much the third time. But everyone was served in their turn and the specialists were very professional and friendly.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon with no appointment. I was seen for an eye exam with only a very short wait after being told they would work me in then I chose my safety glasses and went to wait for them at the food court. I was told it would be about two hours but they were ready in less than an hour. Everyone was wonderful and very professional. I will definitely be returning.

Doctors who do prescriptions is affordable and great...Skip next door and go to Walmart or your place you like and save HUNDREDS!

The staff here were so great! I was on vacation lost a lense in the ocean. My doctor in Texas faxed them my old script. They got me fixed up and able to see again in 1 hour and I have bifocals. Best service, superior staff. Greatly appreciated.

We’ve been going to LensCrafters since my son was a toddler with special thick bifocals. We have to get new lenses each year and sometimes twice a year. He’s twelve now. They have always treated us like family and made sure he’s happy and comfortable in his glasses. They are so patient and kind. They always make sure to get it right. Very Disappointed in Kiser Eyecare at this location. We have been coming here for about 5 years. This morning I called when they opened. My son had stepped on his glasses and broke them this morning! Explained to the receptionist he had exams the following day (tomorrow morning) and he couldn’t see to take them. She basically said sorry about your luck. We can’t see him today. Hello! He can’t see to take his exams! So I was able to find another local optometrist to see him today. They just lost our business...a family of 8.

Doctor Woo and everyone at Kiser Eye were very kind, efficient and professional. They are there to make sure you get what you want, while receiving what you need. My eye appointment was an hour, including my contacts consult. Ordering my glasses with Lenscrafters took 20 mins. They or very efficient. It was my first time and they have me for life.

Ive been coming to lenscrafters for three years. This last time I went to pick up my prescription, they told me it would be 30 mins before the glasses were ready. I returned after 30 mins and they continued to tell me 15 more mins (twice by two different employees) and after the second 15 min, Im still waiting. The service wasnt as great as it had been in the past.

This was my first time at this lenscrafters and I was very pleased with the service. Jennifer was the young women that helped me and she was a pleasure to deal with. Ill be back to this store for my next pair of glasses.

I just want to update my last review... I have done some shopping around and found that the other stores do NOT have the quality of lenses that I can get through lenses crafters. I have a unique issue and the staff have been very patient with me about finding the right glasses for my situation. I am very pleased with the products. I have been getting my glasses from lenses crafters for the last 10 years! And will continue to do so. Thank you for all your help.

Cant recommend this place for glasses. I have had so much trouble with the lens. The anti-glare coating that they basically force on you has bubbled up on my lenses twice (in a little over a years time). I use no cleanser on them so I know its just faulty work. First time they were covered under the warranty and they replaced them (but I still had to pay around $25 dollars or so) but now it is bubbled again and I refuse to pay to have them fixed (again!) so I am going elsewhere.When I say the coating is forced on you, I mean it. My husband refused it and they tried to talk him into it several times before submitting his order!The only plus is they do get them done in an hour. We never had to wait longer than that.

I DO NOT recommend this business. Ordered a $600.00 pair of glasses and was told they would be there in 10 days. They werent. Called on day 13, no glasses. Day 18 went into store to find out what gives. Was then told that they had come in twice, incorrectly, and was sent back to the lab. Wonder why no one had told me this over the phone? Was given a loaner pair to get by till mine came in. Was told they would be in hopefully on that Friday. They werent. I canceled my order. Went to an independently owned location and got the same glasses for $270.00 less. Yes, they up sold me to bump up their commission. Imagine that. BEWARE!

Its very unfortunate to have to post this. I have worked in customer service 20 plus years now and feel like I know what Customer Service means. It is with my deepest regret to say that on my 2 visits within the last 2 weeks, both visits were lacking in this field. Now to be fair, the assistant and the Dr. once I was taken back were great. Im speaking specifically about the counter staff.It all started with the first visit. My appointment was scheduled for 5:15 and I had mistakenly thought it was 5:30. I showed up at 5:23 and was told I missed my appointment and they would have never made a 5:30 appointment for anyone. Forget the fact that during all of this there were still people coming in and being called back for exams. Keep in mind, they are open till 6 M-Sat.So I made another appointment a week later for 4:30. Making sure that I showed up extra early. While sitting in the waiting area filling out paperwork, I could over hear the same lady who turned me away the week before call a client to inform him he had missed his 4:15 appointment and then began to tell him they have a 15 minute grace period from there designated appointment time. I stopped writing and looked up at her and you could tell she realized she had turned me away a week before for being 8 minutes late. Once I was called back, I went through with steps of my exam when the assistant began to talk about the cost of my copay, which she said would be 65.00 to 85.00 dollars. I remembered my wife reminding me from the night before that it should only be 10.00 dollars for my visit. Keep in mind that my wife and my daughter went 3 weeks earlier and both visits only costing 20.00 dollars. Now I know mistakes happen. My issue is not that they charged me 8 times what the cost should have been, its how this same individual handled it. My wife called to discuss the mistake with her and she said I should call back to give her my card to get the refund. Once I gave her my card number and then I said thank you the next thing I heard was click. No apologies. No anything. Needless to say my experience was sub par at best.

Amy with Lenscrafters took time to find the right flex frame for my prescriptions. My second time purchasing here. Always professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

If you go to LensCrafters be sure and ask for Marci. She is an expert at fitting clients with progressive bifocals. Her customer service skills are excellent; she knows how to build a rapport with the customer, she is skilled with the technology to get the proper fitting and she she is attentive to the customer. Ive had my progressive bifocals for a week and they have been perfect since day one. Thank you Marci for a very positive experience.

Horrible experiences at this location. I had visits with 2 different eye doctors and still had an incredibly blurry prescription. I wasted my 1 visit a year that my eye insurance covers.

I called them to see about a walk-in for my fiance, they said to be there by 2:30, we went in about 1:50 and they took his information down, made an appointment for 3:15 as they were going to take their lunches and we walked around until time for the appointment, came back, extremely friendly staff at the front desk, friendly eye doctor, friendly people working in the glasses area and they got his glasses done the same day (an hour). This was an emergency considering his contacts were ruined and they came through. Great prices as well!

If I could put zero stars I would.My mother called, they said if she got their by 2:30 then she could have been seen. She got there at 2:15 and they said they had been busy so they had to take their lunch, for her to come back in 30 minutes. When she returned after 30 minutes, they had her to sit and wait and they’d be right with her. They called her up to the desk and informed her that they were no longer taking anymore walk-ins and offered to reschedule for another time.My mother has no means to see, she is borderline blind without contacts or glasses. It infuriates me that they told her that they could see her and then decide that she’s not a big enough priority. This has got to be some of the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen.

Worst glasses place Ive ever been to. Took well over an hour to get my lenses, didnt even last a week before the coating started to come off. Best $350 Ive ever spent, would not recommend it to anyone.
