The customer services was great. Everyone was polite and helpful for me getting my two pair glasses. They were able to fix my father glasses as well. I would definitely recommend this place to get glasses!

I love getting glasses at Eyemart Express in Hickory, NC. I got 3 pair with no insurance for what I would have paid for one elsewhere. Two of the three were ready within an hour and they are good quality Glasses. Their customer service is exceptional and Sheri did a wonderful job working with me to find exactly what I wanted. This is where I get all my glasses and I recommend them to all my friends.

Oh my, the associate lady, Jane, i think, was bubbly and personable. Knew her products and was very helpful. It is overwhelming to see all the options and yet she had great patience with me. All done in a timely fashion. Got my sunglasses within a couple of hours as predicted and my second is expected in 7- 14 days. Another thing I liked, the store was laid out in a free flowing and comfortable fashion, not cluttered or cramped. Very good experience.

Every person here was extremely helpful with my daughter picking out her very first lenses. The people here made it so special for her and I, they even let her ring a cow bell as loud as she could after she got her glasses. I couldn’t be happier with our experience. Eyemart Express is a nice store with helpful and friendly staff. With my insurance I was able to get two pairs of glasses for under $150 which was amazing to me, so I feel they are reasonably priced. Pretty nice selection of Eyewear, but it seems my style if glasses are in style, but I did mange to find some that I liked well enough.

Had an excellent experience and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a great selection of frames and got out with two frames with lenses for a low cost. They were done in 30 minutes. Couldnt be any happier with EyeMart!

This place is ok but they need to do better on making the glasses. When glasses have been ordered they should be ordered and being prepared right away no if’s and’s or buts . No excuse to have forgotten to order the glasses to be prepared. People pay straight out the pocket to have glasses made so others can wear them. My daughter had to wait for 4 weeks because the last 2 weeks someone supposedly forgotten to have them ordered and prepared.

My son ordered a pair of glasses and the frame got scratched while they were inserting the lens. It was the last pair they had so they let him take that pair home while the owner ordered another frame. Since I live 1 hour from the store, the manager graciously shipped the new pair to my house. Very much appreciated!!!

This place went above and beyond to make sure my girls got their glasses that day. The machine was broken and somehow got the glasses done while trying to fix it. We came in pretty close to closing time but Gwen did not make us feel rushed or seem like she was irritated at all! I usually go to America’s best for my eyeglasses but they take forever to come in. My dog had ate my glasses and I needed glasses ASAP, but could not pay $300 + like other same day stores cost. I paid only $38 for 2 glasses and they were literally done within 20 minutes! They had a huge selection of eyeglasses as well, and they were priced extremely well!! Everyone was extremely nice and was not trying to force extra cost onto me. I will definitely buy my glasses from here forever! I loved this place!

52 miles & 2 days not ready. Got a text next day they were ready, went in nobody could find them? They said come back in an hour...gave them 2 hours, still not ready asked if we could come back again, that would be 3 days! I said no, she said they would put in mail, still waiting!!!

Linda was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. She helped me choose and compare glasses based on my preferences, and was very thorough in price comparisons for different frames, lens types, coatings, and warranties. I had two pairs of glasses done and ready to pick up in less than an hour and the older gentleman who helped me fit them (I didnt get his name) was kind, knowledgeable, and similarly thorough. Absolutely excellent service.All of the staff was also clear about Covid-19 requirements and precautions- every station was sanitized between visitors, all staff wore masks, and they were careful to set aside and sanitize each pair of sample frames after the customer viewed/tried them on.

My finance and I were passing through and I need glasses bad., the staff at the optometrist office worked so hard to fit me in and successfully did so, while waiting to be worked in went next door to pick out my glasses the staff there was amazing! I would recommend this office greatly. Very friendly staff and they all went above and beyond to help me and get me in and out as quickly as possible. Thank each and everyone one of you so much! They were very busy the day I went to pick out frames, but they were attentive to everyone’s needs. My glasses could not be completed in the store, but I received them earlier than expected.

This was my first visit to Eyemart Express. If I were grading them, they would get a score of 100.In the past, I drove a 100 mile round trip to another big chain. Those guys make good glasses at a good price, but the lenses never quite fit the frames. And, it took a week to get the finished product.The day I walked into Eyemart Express, I had no idea they worked as quickly as they do. I picked out my frames while waiting my turn. It took about ten minutes for them to get to me. It was enough time for me to find the frames I wanted. After the young lady took my information, she said they would text me when the glasses were ready. Twenty Six freaking minutes folks!!! I got a text 26 minutes after I left the store! How is THAT for quick? :)The glasses look great, and the lenses fit perfectly.Thanks to all the folks at Eyemart Express for ending my year on a high note. Happy New Year to you all!!!

I went in and was quickly met by Lisa and already had my prescription. So I picked out a frame and she did all the paperwork and got my glasses ordered. They were back in a week and are perfect. When I went to pick them up Lisa had me try them on and see how I liked them. And explained the warranty. Was treated more like a friend than just a customer.

When testing was completed, I was given option of staying for my glasses or coming back. The estimated time was a hour. I decided to come back the next day. This was my first time with Eyemart Express and they did not disappoint. They have a rather large selection to choose from and in all price ranges. Also, many designer frames that are very reasonable. I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 35 years, so I have been through many state of the art progressions. I need a high index lens as I am quite near sighted, this new HD digital lens I selected is even better than the Nikon lens I usually use. Very impressive, it’s even thinner and more clear. I couldn’t be happier. The staff at the Hickory location were so helpful and patient, I swear I tried on almost everything available in women’s eyewear. Even their sunglasses, they didn’t mind that I took so long to make a selection, they encouraged me knowing how important a decision glasses can be. Unless you have a eye doctor percreption piece of paper which is about as fake as americas degrees because of the cost. Wouldnt bother going if all the greedy old folks just want more money and not to help a customer get a replacement glasses when they saved their perscription

I took my granddaughter here to get glasses yesterday. She had her prescription but they were going to take 2 weeks to come in. Lisa went above and beyond to get the insurance information she needed. She patiently helped a 6 year old pick out a pair of glasses she liked, that met mine and her mothers approval. The frames for her free pair were too small for her face, so she went through the entire drawer, and some womens frames to get a winning pair. We were very pleased with the service. We went for food while we waited for them to get ready. We had just ordered, and I got a text saying the first pair were ready. 5 minutes later I got a text saying the second pair was ready. It took 29 minutes for the first pair, 24 for the second. I was pleased with their service, speed and the way they handled a rambunctious 6 year old. Made an appointment for my glasses next week!

Great experience! I went to Eyemart yesterday to find a pair of glasses. I haven’t gotten a new pair in probably 10 years. I was greeted when I walked in and given time to look on my own, which I appreciated! Summer came to help me and showed me several pairs. I am a super indesisive person and took forever to decide! They had my glasses completed in 30 minutes, even with them being progressive lenses. Their hours are convent making it easy to be able to take your time in choosing what is best for you. This place ROCKS! I paid over $300 at another place last year, and that was for plain lined bifocals, no extras like UV protection or progressive lenses.At Eyemart Express, not only did I get TWO pair of glasses for $126.82, one of my pair of glasses was tinted for prescription sun glasses and I got the UV protection and the progressive lenses.The staff was wonderful. They were courteous and extremely helpful. They had both pair of glasses done in less than 2 hours.
