Never ever had any problems here. Always prompt, affordable, and caring eye care.Has always helped me when I needed prescription information for ordering eyewear.Would give 6 stars if possible!

I have been going here for 4 years never had a problem. I do pay them cash because I dont have eye Insurance.

Terrible, Terrible customer service. I was told by my insurance company that I was covered under Walmart Eye Care. I believed Foothills Optometry was part of this because well IT IS in Walmart. Anyway I go to my appointment and Dr. Fariha Peters starts the exam, my eyes go blurry as expected and then Im told to pay as I wait for her to finish the exam. Ive never heard of paying a doctor in the middle of the visit-but thats what happened-while my eyes were dilated. THEN I was informed that they dont accept insurance....wait what?....So I had to pay full price for my exam that should have been free because I pay for insurance to cover annual exams. The lady at the front desk is never happy to be there, which who can blame her when the doctor berated her about a task she needed to do and when I call the front desk lady always says she isnt the full time person and just filling in...all the time? Odd how people can get away with unfair practices considering the doctor did the SAME thing to the man in front of me. He stumbled to pay and said he hoped his insurance would reimburse because like me, he wasnt expecting to pay that day. Now a year later I have left multiple voicemails to receive a copy of my prescription and nothing....finally I get someone on the phone and they say they cant find it but will keep looking and call back...still nothing. I just wish that Walmart would care more about their customers and not allow an unethically sound doctor like this one in their store. She doesnt even deserve the one star.
